Discuss the pathogenesis and treatment strategy of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura from the view of insidious pathogenic factors.The invasion,remission and recurrence of ITP implicated the theory model of insidious pathogenic factors,and it applied new thread for syndrome differentiation and treatment.

Objective To investigate the effect of tadpole extract(T871 3) on tumor cells and its mechanism. Methods We studied the effects of T871 3 on proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of HL 60 cells by cytomorphological observation, cytochemistry and TUNEL method. We also examined gene expression during the induction of apoptosis and differentiation in tadpole extract treated HL 60 cells by in situ hybridization and intact cell mRNA dot blot techniques. Results 1 T871 3 was able to inhibite HL 60 cells proliferation. 2 T871 3 was able to induce HL 60 cells to differentiate along monocyte macrophage lineage at low concentration, and apoptosis at higher concentration. 3 The differentiation of HL 60 cells was accompanied by downregulations of c myc,c myb gene expression, The apoptosis of HL 60 cells was accompanied by downregulations of c\|myc bcl 2 gene expression, suggesting that these genes may be involved in the apoptosis and differentiation process. Conclusion Tadpole extract may have effects on HL 60 cells through changing the oncogene expression. [

AIM:To develop a method for determining the contents of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule(Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Salviale miltiorrhizale,Radix Astragali,Radix et Rhizoma notoginseng,Flos Sophorale,etc.)METHODS:The column was Linksil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobil phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid(25:5:70).The detection wavelenght was set at 320 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.RESULTS:The calibration curves of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.004-0.08 μg,0.432-8.64 μg,0.088-1.76 μg,respectively(r=0.9999).And average recoveries(n=5)were 98.9%,100.1 % and 98.2 %,respectively and RSD were 1.1 %,1.5 %,1.4 %.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule.

BACKGROUND:Coculture of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s and human umbilical vein endothelial cel s can improve both osteogenic and angiogenic outcomes and provide a promising strategy for bone tissue engineering and osteanagenesis.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize recent researches and related progresses in coculture of human umbilical vein endothelial cel s and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s.
METHODS:A computer-based online search of CNKI database from January 2000 to March 2012, PubMed database and Web of Knowledge database from January 1980 to March 2012, was performed with the keywords of“human umbilical vein endothelial cel s, bone mesenchymal stem cel s, coculture, tissue engineering”both in Chinese and English. A total of 135 articles were screened out, 103 of them were excluded due to unrelated study objective and repeated contents, and final y 32 articles were involved in further analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At present, studies on coculture of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s and human umbilical vein endothelial cel s mainly focus on mimicking in vivo environments, the interactions between cel s, and the influence of different cel ratios and culture media. Most of these researches play important roles in bone tissue engineering and bone regeneration therapy, but the mechanism of action and concrete regulation in
vivo between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s and human umbilical vein endothelial cel s stil need further research and analysis.

Objective To know the hygienic condition of different kinds of drinking water plants in Shanxi Province.Methods In 2007,422 water plants and 2 083 secondary water supply units were selected and the information and data that provided by all Sanitation Institute for Health Inspection and Supervision in Shanxi Province were analyzed.Results The hygienic conditions of city's municipal administration water supply systems were the best.Total qualified rate of water quality was 97.67%.The hygienic conditions of rural school's homemade water supply systems were the worst,the qualified rates of all items in the program were the lowest.Most of them had no any analyst and laboratory for water quality test.Only 10.2% of them had water disinfection facilities.Total qualified rate of water quality was 75.32%.In most of water plants,the lack of water quality test facilities and disinfection facilities was one important problem in drinking water safety.In addition,the lack of clean and disinfection in secondary water supply systems was another problem.Conclusion The hygienic conditions of drinking water plans are unsatisfactory and should be improved in Shanxi Province.

Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP), one of the minimally invasive treatments available for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Methods A total of 337 cases of BPH were divided into 2 groups;of them 185 cases underwent HoLEP and 152,TURP.The volume of irrigating fluid absorption and blood loss,and other therapeutic results were measured and compared between the 2 groups. Results Comparison between HoLEP group and TURP group included the following:irrigating fluid absorption was (604.8?97.6)ml vs (1095.0?209.8)ml;blood loss,(124.3?24.1)ml vs (330.3?36.9)ml;resected prostate weight,(17.4?2.2)g vs (25.2?3.4)g;operating time,(54.9?20.0) min vs (45.1?18.0) min;catheterization time,(2.2?0.2) d vs (3.4?0.3)d;and length of hospital stay after operation, (5.2?1.1) d vs (8.8?1.3) d. Significant differences were found between the 2 groups (P

0.05).(3)The EIDD in group C was significan improved after intervention[(15.79?3.63)% vs(18.12?4.70)%,P0.05).Conclusion The EDD is improved by blood glucose,pressure and lipid control.While the EIDD was not improved.There was no conspiracy effect on the EDD when blood glucose,pressure and lipid control is combined with vitamine E or compound Dansen dripping pill.But the EIDD is improved after intervention with vitamine E.

The bioactivity tests showed that the induce resistance of oligochitosan was close relation with its degree of polymerization (DP) and its degree of deacetylation (DDA), the oligochitosan with low DP and high DDA has high induce resistance. In this paper, we used HPLC method and TOF-MS method detecting the DP and DDA of oligochitosan.
