This paper introduced a case of colonal duplication before operation diagnosed by X-ray. The colonal duplication is rare benign congenital abnormality. The prognosis depends on the extent of lesion and combination of other abnormality. By obsersation study, authors researched applying process of preperation of fresh homograft heart aortic valves. The result showed that: 85% (12/14) cases was good. The maximum kipped time was 8 weeks but the best time was in 6 weeks. The antibiotic-nutrient solution may be stored for up to 4 weeks in the dark at 4oC.
