Introduction. Luteinizing hormone is slowly increasing in menopausal transition phase, it’s maintain to increase till early post menopause phase (Gore et al. 2004). It is related to steroid hormone’s negative feedback and estradiol’s positive feedback (Rossmanith 1995), and in addition, recently years kisspeptin-10 of hypothalamus [1]. LH is dramatically decreasing at the rather late of post menopause phase (Hall et al. 2000, Gill et al 2002). By the year 2030, more than 1.2 billion women in the world will be at least 50 years old. This increasing proportion of the female population will be experiencing the menopausal transition with its accompanying physiology and pathophysiology [2]. Recently researchers more focused to study the comparative analysis of hormones at the menopause phase in different ethnic groups. This kind of study have not implemented in our country yet.Goal.Determination of serum LH level changes in relation to aging. Materials and Methods. In this study were involved 161 healthy Mongolian women aged above 35 years. Subjects were randomly selected and undergone physical examination by geriatrician. People, who are receiving hormone replacement therapy, using in proper use of alcohol, injured and had survey, were excluded from our study. Blood samples were collected in the morning 8.30-10.30 AM, after a night fasting. Blood was separated immediately by centrifugation, then obtained sera were stored at -20 0C until assayed by ELISA kit from United Biotech CoLTD, USA, which sensitivity is 1mlU/ml. Statistical analyses have been performed by statistical software SPSS 17, using ANOVA, Pearson correlation.Results. Average level of LH was 29.95±3.31mIU/ml, 15.87±5.86mIU/ml at the age 35-45, 33.12±7.1mIU/ml at the age 46-55, 15.87±ImU/ml at the age 56-65, 38.15±6.6mIU/ml at the age 66-75, and 56.42±11.1mlIU/ml over 76 age in the all participants, considering by person correlation coefficient, between age and LH are moderate and direct correlation (r=0.264, ð 0.003).Conclusion. Average level of LH was 29.95±3.31mIU/ml in women aged over 35. Considering by person correlation coefficient, between age and LH are moderate and direct correlation (r=0.264, ð 0.003). LH increases with aging till round 70 and decreases after 70 years.
2.Study of attitudes towards interprofessional education

Innovation 2020;14(1):36-42
Background:
The resulting 5 core competencies that should be common in health professions’
education aAAAAwzzzzere imbedded in the following vision statement from the summit. In our
(the authors) roles as clinical educators and health professional education researchers, we often
hear clinician colleagues describe interprofessional competencies as “soft skills” and see them as
the “poor cousin” to clinical skills.
Methods:
The survey instrument contained four scales to evaluate faculty attitudes toward IPE
and teamwork adapted from the methods of Curran et al (2007) To define the structure clearer,
an exploratory factor analysis using varimax rotation was conducted. The level of significance was
p<.0001 for all tests.
Results:
As shown in results mean score was “Attitudes towards health care team” was 3.85,
“Attitudes towards interprofessional education” was 4.02, “Attitudes towards interprofessional
learning in the academic setting”.was 3.8. The Kaiser–Meyer-Olkin index was 0.735, indicating
sampling adequacy, and the Bartlett Sphericity Chi Square index was 357.8 (p <0.0001).
Cronbach’s alpha of the 14 items was 0.793, revialing a high rate of internal consistency. The
modified ATHCTS questionnaire was categorized into the four factors “Quality of care”, “Team
efficiency”, “Patient centred care”, “Negative factors”.
Conclusions
Findings suggest that the positive attitude of students towards IPE indicates the
need for IPE training.

Mongolian Medical Sciences 2021;197(3):87-89
Introduction:
According to the World Health Organization, 251 vaccines against coronavirus
infection are under development. Although vaccination has been introduced nationwide to prevent
coronavirus infection, vaccine activity varies (50-95%), and the risk of infection and complications
may vary depending on the individual’s physical condition and immune activity. In addition, due to
the prevalence of variant of concern, which reduces the activity of some vaccines and increases
the risk of complications and mortality of COVID-19, each country and region needs to improve the
knowledge and attitudes of citizens about the vaccine. there is a need to study.
Goal:
To study the knowledge and attitudes of people who have been vaccinated against COVID-19
among the target population of Uvs province.
Materials and methods:
The study was conducted using a descriptive method of observational
research. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to collect the survey data, and the data
were collected in April 2021 through a questionnaire. A random sample of 4,212 people from 11
organizations involved in the Covid-19 vaccine was randomly selected from 24 organizations, and
a total of 264 people were surveyed using 12 types of Covid-19 vaccine and analyzed using SPSS
software.
Result:
According to the results of the survey, 4212 people from 11 organizations and 24 people
from each organization were randomly selected from a total of 264 people. Mostly female participants
(57.5%) have been included in this study. 67.4% of the respondents reported that they do not feel
fear associated with vaccination and it means that most of the participants did not show any signs
of panic. 91.2% participants did not have any symptoms after the vaccination. 30.4% from total
participants was used anti-inflammatory or pain relief pills after vaccination at home. 45.8% of the
respondents self reported that they have moderate knowledge about Covid-19 vaccine.
Conclusion
Overall knowledge of people from Uvs province was insufficient. However, attitude was
good enough.
