This is a case of a 44- year old female presenting with an 18cm x 17cm
soft, movable, non-tender mass at the right axilla extending to the
lateral aspect of the right breast. Computerized tomographic scan of the
chest revealed a lobulated, multi-septated hypodense mass. The patient
underwent excision of the right axillary mass and final histopathology
revealed cystic lymphangioma. Adult-onset cystic hygroma of the axilla
is a rare case, with less than 10 studies documented in PubMed. Total
surgical excision remains to be its primary treatment.

Ectopic breast tissue may be seen along a diagonal line drawn from axilla to groin and it is rare with only a few reports in the world. There is a relatively frequent occurrence of ectopic breast tissue close to the breast or in the axilla, but the vulvar location is rare. We experienced a case of ectopic breast tissue in the vulva and reported it with brief review of literatures.

Carcinomas of apocrine glands are rare and their diagnostic features are poorly defined. Only about 35 cases were reported in the literatures from 1911 to 19871. Their occurrence has been reported mainly in the axilla and breast area. We present a case of apocrine carcinoma arising from the left axilla. The literature is reviewed with respect to clinical and histopathologic findings.
