Lawyers, with their constant opportunity for parctive, show a talent for public oratory that few dictors canequal. However, the physician, despite his more modest and hesitant delivery, has one great advantage over themost experienced lawyer. He is allowed to use slides. Slides of good quality conceal defects in oratory and theymake for a confident speaker and a contented audience. By contrast smudged, complicated or ill-prepared slides maydraw attention to minor defects in delivery and make the audience inattentive.

Talent is one of the basic and strategic supports for building a modern socialist country in all aspects. Since the 1980s, the establishment of forensic medicine major and the cultivation of innovative talents in forensic medicine have become hot topics in higher education in forensic medicine. Over the past 43 years, the forensic medicine team of Shanxi Medical University has adhered to the joint education of public security and colleges, and made collaborative innovation, forming a training mode of "One Combination, Two Highlights, Three Combinations, Four in One" for innovative talents in forensic medicine. It has carried out "5+3/X" integrated reform, and formed a relatively complete talent training innovation mode and management system in teaching, scientific research, identification, major, discipline, team, platform and cultural construction. It has made a historic contribution to China's higher forensic education, accumulated valuable experience for the construction of first-class major and first-class discipline of forensic medicine, and provided strong support for the construction of the national new forensic talent training system. The popularization of this training mode is conducive to the rapid and sustainable development of forensic science, and provides more excellent forensic talents for national building, regional social development and the discipline construction of forensic science.

6.The Relationships among the Service Education Satisfaction, Service Involvement, and Customer Orientation of Hospital Employees.
Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing 2011;20(3):337-345
PURPOSE: This study was conducted to evaluate the relationships among the service education satisfaction, service involvement, and customer orientation of hospital employees after yearly-planned MOT service education. METHODS: The data collection was done through the questionnaire survey in a university hospital located in D city from March 15 to 31, 2010. The statistical analysis was done by SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. RESULTS: The enrolled employees were two hundred and seventy six. Among the characteristics of employees, adequate work load, good payment, reasonable promotion system, suitability of work aptitude and good relationships with staff improved the service education satisfaction, customer orientation, and service involvement of hospital employees. For the customer orientation, old age and lower educational background were positive factors. The correlations among the service education satisfaction, customer orientation, and service involvement of hospital employees were significant. The factors that affect customer orientation and service involvement were found to be age, suitability of work aptitude and service education satisfaction. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, customer orientation and service involvement were related with the satisfaction of employees for working condition and service education. In terms of good medical service quality, plans for maintaining adequate working environment and systematic service education should be established.

7.The Optimization of Muffin with the Addition Dried Sweet Pumpkin Powder.
Journal of the Korean Dietetic Association 2007;13(4):368-378
This study was conducted to develop a optimal composite recipe of a functional muffin including Sweet pumpkin powder and to have the high preference to all age groups. Wheat flour was partically substituted by Sweet pumpkin powder to reduce the content of wheat flour. This study has produced the sensory optimal composite recipe by making muffin, respectively, with each 5 level of Sweet pumpkin powder(X1), sugar(X2), butter(X3), by C.C.D(Central Composite Design) and conducting sensory evaluation and instrumental analysis by means of RSM(Response Surface Methodology). Sensory items showed very significant values in appearance, flavor, texture, overall quality(p<0.05), color(p<0.01), and instrumental analysis showed significant values in lightness, redness(p<0.01), yellowness(p<0.001), hardness, gumminess(p<0.05). Also sensory optimal ratio of Sweet pumpkin muffin was calculated as Sweet pumpkin powder 29.5g, sugar 72.6g, butter 79.3g, and it was revealed that the factors of influencing muffin aptitude were in order of Sweet pumpkin powder, butter, sugar.

Journal of Korean Neuropsychiatric Association 2013;52(1):3-16
Neuroaesthetics is an area of research on the essence of aesthetic experience according to the neurobiological perspective. The purpose of this article is to introduce both the important results from some studies based on neuroaesthetics and some neuroaesthetic reports in specific psychiatric disease. Aesthetic experience is thought to be a series of cognitive and affective processes for pursuing aesthetic judgment and aesthetic emotion. According to the present neuroaesthetic studies, the important domains are reward system, embodiment, aesthetic perspective in contrast with practical perspective, sublime, and so on. The neuroaesthetic approach to specific psychiatric disease is just beginning; however, case studies on the sudden appearance of artistic talents in neuropsychiatric patients have been frequently reported. We expect that neuroaesthetics is likely to continue to contribute new knowledge regarding the ultimate causes of various psychiatric diseases and the creativity of many psychiatric patients.

BACKGROUND: Given the importance of test anxiety among gifted students, the present study was conducted to assess the intervening role of alexithymia in the relationship between test anxiety and attachment styles. METHODS: By means of simple random sampling, 300 participants were selected out of all the students at two high schools in Khorramabad, which are affiliated with the Iranian National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (SAMPAD). Test anxiety, alexithymia, and attachment style questionnaires were used for data collection. Pearson correlation and path analysis tests were used to analyze the data. RESULTS: The results showed a positive relationship between test anxiety and avoidant and anxious attachment styles. Alexithymia and test anxiety were also positively related. Moreover, the results indicated that 12% of changes in test anxiety were explained by avoidant and anxious attachment styles as well as alexithymia. The relationship between the avoidant attachment style and test anxiety was 0.06 through alexithymia. However, no significant relationship between anxious attachment and test anxiety through alexithymia was found. CONCLUSION: The avoidant attachment style leads to test anxiety when the level of alexithymia increases in an individual.

10.A Study On The Relationship Between Personality, Study Satisfaction And Academic Achievement of Medical Students.
Korean Journal of Medical Education 1999;11(2):271-284
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between personality type and study satisfaction and academic achievement of medical students. The personality of the students was examined based on MBTI personality theory. According to MBTI theory, personality type consists of 4 dimensions, and each dimension has two contrasting preferences. These preferences are as follows: extraversion(E)-intraversion(I), sensing(S)-intuition(N), thinking(T)-feeling(F), and judging(J)-perceiving(P). For this study, 269 students were sampled from the first to forth year of medical school. MBTI test was administered to the students and information about their study satisfaction was collected. The results of this study were as followss: First, the result of MBTI test showed that most medical students are personality type ISTJ(22.4 %), followed by ESTJ (11.6%), ISTP (10.4%). Second, the relationship between study satisfaction and personalty indicator "E-I" and "J-P" was statistically significant. Also, the relationship between adaptation as a subscale of satisfaction and personality indicator "E-I" and "J-P" was statistically significant. The relationship between attitude and personality was except for the indicator "S-N", statistically significant. Finally the relationship between satisfaction and personality indicator "E-I", "S-N", J-P" was statistically significant. Third, the result of t-test showed that academic achievement was significantly associated with student's personality in the dimensions Thinking(T) and Feeling(F). Students with personal type Thinking(T) had higher academic achievement than students with personal type Feeling(F). These results imply that a diagnosis of personality can be used to develop programs for medical students which can help them to be satisfied with academic environment and therefore to enhance their academic achievement. As well, these results can be used to analyse the appropriate aptitude for medicine which is very important in the selection of medical students.
