OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in outpatients who had genital tract Mycoplas-ma infections in Yulin area. METHODS:Using the integration culture plate,19 836 outpatient's specimens with suspected Myco-plasma infection from Yulin Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital during 2012 to 2014 were tested, and then the results of drug susceptibility test were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:In the total of 19 836 inspected specimens,5 640 cases were positive with the rate of 28.4%. The positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu),Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),mixed(Uu+ Mh)infection were 88.0%,3.8% and 8.2% respectively. The positive rate of male patient with Mycoplasma infection was lower than female pa-tient(P<0.05). Male and female patients with positive maximum age respectively at the age of 25 to 40 (81.3%) and 20 to 35 years old(78.6%). From 2012 to 2014,Mycoplasma showed different degree of drug resistance to 9 kinds of antibiotics. In gener-al,the resistance rate of Uu to lincocin was close to 100%,Mh to erythromycin, roxithromycin and azithromycin were higher than 70%,and those of Uu+Mh were lower than 10% only to josamcine, minocycline and doxycycline. CONCLUSIONS:During 2012 to 2014,the rate of genital tract Mycoplasma infection in male and female outpatients of Yulin region increased year by year, and the infection mainly caused by Uu with a serious drug resistance. We should also pay attentions to the increase of Mh infection and mixed infection. Josamycin, minocycline and doxcycline can be used as a drug choice for empiric preferred treatment, and other an-tibiotics should be used based on antibiotics susceptibility test results.

OBJECTIVE:
To observe the expression and anti-apoptosis of microRNA-21(miR-21) in rat myocardium during early ischemia-reperfusion injury (I/R).
METHODS:
Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a control group (transfected with rAAV9-ZsGreen by coronary injection), a miR-21group (transfected rAAV9-ZsGreen-premiR- 21 by coronary injection), a sham group (open-chest only), an I/R group (I/R), and an I/ R+miR-21 (I/R after transfected rAAV9-ZsGreen-pre-miR-21 by coronary injection). Realtime PCR was used to assess the expression level of miR-21. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to determine the expression of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and Bcl-2/Bax.
RESULTS:
MiR-21 was increased by 4.43 times in the miR-21 group (P<0.001). MiR-21 was downregulated in the ischemia zone after I/R compared with the sham group (P<0.05), but that in the non-ischemia zone was significantly increased compared with the sham group (P<0.01). MiR- 21 expression was decreased in the I/R group compared with that in the sham group at 1 h, 2 h and 6 h after I/R (P<0.05), and it was up-regulated in the I/R+miR-21 group at the same time point compared with the I/R group (P<0.01). The expression of Bcl-2, Bax, and caspase-3 was upregulated and Bcl-2/Bax was decreased in the ischemia zone in the I/R group and I/R+miR-21 group than the sham group(P<0.05). Compared with the I/R group, the expression of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 was down-regulated and Bcl-2/Bax was increased in the ischemia zone in the I/ R+miR-21 group (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
MiR-21 expression is down-regulated and cell apoptosis is increased in rat myocardium during early ischemia-reperfusion injury. Myocardial cell apoptosis may be alleviated by miR-21 over-expression.

Objective To observe the effect of curcumin on behavior, blood brain barrier(BBB)and ex-pression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and cyclic nucleotide 3′phosphohydrolase(CNPase)in hippocam-pus of radiation injured brain(RIB)rats. Methods SD rats were divided into radiation group, treatment group and negative control group. RIB rats model were established by X ray,and rats in treatment group were treated by curcumin. Morris water maze test were taken to study learning memory of rats in each group. The expression of Ev-ans blue(EB)in brain tissue and the expression of GFAP and CNPase in hippocampus were detected to observe the effect of curcumin on the BBB of RIB rats. Results In RIB rats, learning memory were decreased significant-ly,permeability of BBB were increased. GFAP expression in brain tissue was increased, and CNPase was de-creased(P < 0.05). After the treatment of curcumin, learning memory of rats were improved, the permeability of BBB was decreased,GFAP was decreased, and CNPase expression was increased(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cur-cumin can significantly reduce the damage of BBB in RIB rats, decrease the expression of GFAP and increase the expression of CNPase in hippocampal, which indicate that curcumin has curative effect on radiation injured brain.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave treatment in the treatment of functional disorders after a palm crush injury. Methods:Forty patients who had experienced a hand crush injury more than 3 months previously were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group, each of 20. Both groups were given routine joint mobilization, ultrasound treatment, muscle strength training and occupational therapy every day in ten day units for 2 months. The combination group also received extracorporeal shock wave therapy three times a week for the two months. Before the experiment and after one and two months of treatment, both groups′ upper limb functioning was evaluted using the DASH score, grip strength and hand flexibility in the 9-hole wood board test. Results:After 2 months of treatment, significant improvement was observed in all of the measurements with both groups. The average scores of the combination group on all three tests were by then significantly better than the control group′s averages. Conclusions:Adding extracorporeal shock wave therapy to routine rehabilitation can improve the rough and fine functioning of a crushed hand.

Digital Chinese Medicine 2024;7(2):108-119
Objective:
To construct a precise model for identifying traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitutions, thereby offering optimized guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning, and ultimately enhancing medical efficiency and treatment outcomes.
Methods:
First, TCM full-body inspection data acquisition equipment was employed to collect full-body standing images of healthy people, from which the constitutions were labelled and defined in accordance with the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ), and a dataset encompassing labelled constitutions was constructed. Second, heat-suppression valve (HSV) color space and improved local binary patterns (LBP) algorithm were leveraged for the extraction of features such as facial complexion and body shape. In addition, a dual-branch deep network was employed to collect deep features from the full-body standing images. Last, the random forest (RF) algorithm was utilized to learn the extracted multifeatures, which were subsequently employed to establish a TCM constitution identification model. Accuracy, precision, and F1 score were the three measures selected to assess the performance of the model.
Result:
It was found that the accuracy, precision, and F1 score of the proposed model based on multifeatures for identifying TCM constitutions were 0.842, 0.868, and 0.790, respectively. In comparison with the identification models that encompass a single feature, either a single facial complexion feature, a body shape feature, or deep features, the accuracy of the model that incorporating all the aforementioned features was elevated by 0.105, 0.105, and 0.079, the precision increased by 0.164, 0.164, and 0.211, and the F1 score rose by 0.071, 0.071, and 0.084, respectively.
Conclusion
The research findings affirmed the viability of the proposed model, which incorporated multifeatures, including the facial complexion feature, the body shape feature, and the deep feature. In addition, by employing the proposed model, the objectification and intelligence of identifying constitutions in TCM practices could be optimized.
