2.Synthesis and antifungal, antibacterial properties of some 4-bromothiourea derivatives

The report suggested that the ways to synthesize substances belong to 4-bromothioure derivatives. By reaction between 4-broucroanilin and CS2 in amoniac environment, collected 4 bromophenyl dithiocarbamat. This substance react with nitrate lead and collected 4 flurothiocyanate, and then can synthesize above substance. Synthesized substances were measured pure level, defined it's physico-chemical constants as well as structure. For antibacterial and anti-fungus, the trial will have result when 3 microfungal strains and 3 bacterial strains contact with 4-bromothioure derivative

Chronic invasive fungal sinusitis is a relatively rare disease that can span from months to years in its clinical course and is described to be more common in immunocompetent patients. Most cases of chronic invasive fungal sinusitis are due to the Aspergillus species and have been treated with a combination of surgery and antifungal agents. However, the incidence is increasing with frequent use of antibiotics, cytotoxic drugs, and systemic corticosteroids. We report a case of chronic invasive fungal sinusitis with orbital complication in the patient who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis. Although chronic invasive fungal sinusitis is relatively rare, it is important for otolaryngologists to be aware of its diagnosis and treatment.

5.Solubility evaluation of some domestic antibiotic products according to the Vietnamese pharmacopoeia III

Drug's quality on the market must conform to standards of manufacturer based on Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia III. This report deals with standard about dissolubility of some antibiotic pill products of Pharmaceutical Factory X circulating on the market, such as amoxiciline, penicilline, cloramphenicol, ciprifloxacine, .... (10 types) by Dissolution test method, showed that there were 9 products (90%) attained standards Vietnamese Pharmacopoeia III. This is a impressed result of Vietnamese Pharmaceutical Industry in enhancing drug's quality

9.Synthesis and anti fungal activities of derivatives of thioure

By condensation of phenylisothiocyanate with amine compounds, thioure derivatives were obtained. The structures of the obtained products were determined by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. 10.Determination of chemical structure of antifungal Pityrosporum orbiculare ingredient from Alpinia galanga Swartz in Vietnam

Greater galangal rhizomes have been used as medicinal herbs to treat pityriasis versicolor and other diseases. By using a premilinary examination from TLC and the antifungal activity against Pityrosporum orbiculare, a new component was extracted from rhizomes of Alpinia galanga Swartz in Vietnam. The chemical structure of this component was determined by GC-MS and 1H & 13C NMR. Galangal acetate was a colorless, pungent and oily liquid. It showed the antifungal activity against P. orbiculare with MIC = 0.25 ml/ml
