With the increasing incidence of breast cancer, the relationship between tumor and immune function has attracted more and more attention. This article reviews the relationship between breast cancer and T lymphocyte subsets, in order to explore the changes of immune function before and after operation in breast cancer patients, so as to select appropriate surgical methods, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy for the patients.
2.Research on the Correlation between Nurses' Humanistic Care Knowledge Reserve and Humanistic Care Ability
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(10):1272-1275
Objective:To explore the impact of clinical nurses ' humanistic care knowledge reserve on their hu-manistic care ability .Methods:With the method of convenience sampling , a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1200 clinical nurses in post in 8 three grade hospitals in Shaanxi province .We analyzed the correlation be-tween nurses ' humanistic knowledge reserve and humanistic careability and sifted the independent influencing fac -tors of nursing humanistic care ability .Results:The total score of humanistic care ability was negatively associated with the four variables(P<0.05), such as thinking of the influence of humanistic care on their career development and so on, and was positively associated with other two variables (P<0.05), such as the main source of humanis-tic knowledge .Among them , four factors , such as thinking of the influence of humanistic care on their career de-velopment , the main source of humanistic knowledge and so on , were the independent influencing factors of nur-ses' humanistic care knowledge reserve .Conclusion: Nursing schools and hospitals should improve nurse ' s hu-manistic care ability by establishing the nursing concept of humanistic care , adding humanistic care courses , strengthening humanistic care education and carrying out humanistic care training and continuing education .

Objective:
To compare the distribution characteristics of left ventricular configuration in Chinese adult patients with hypertension under Chinese and international standard using echocardiography.
Methods:
A total of 201 patients with primary hypertension were included in the study.Left ventricular end systolic left atrial diameter (LAD), ascending aortic diameter (AO), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PWTd) and ventricular septal thickness (IVSd) were measured and then relative wall thickness (RWT), left ventricular mass (LVM), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were calculated. Left ventricular systolic left atrial volume (LAV) was measured by Simpson′s biplane method and left atrial volume index (LAVI) was then calculated. Ganau classification was done according to Chinese and international standard respectively. The differences of left ventricular configuration in hypertension were compared.
Results:
According to the Chinese standard, the analytic results of left ventricular configuration showed that there were 103 cases (51.2%) in normal configuration (NG) group, 28 cases (13.9%) in concentric remodeling (CR) group, 52 cases (25.9%) in eccentric hypertrophy (EH) group and 18 patients (9.0%) in hypertrophic (CH) group, respectively. Whereas, according to the international standard, there were 47 cases (23.4%) in NG group, 93 cases (46.3%) in CR group, 18 cases (8.9%) in EH group and 43 cases (21.4%) in CH group. Each group in the configuration analysis had significant difference between Chinese and international standard (

CUDC-101, an effective and multi-target inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), histone deacetylase (HDAC), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), has been reported to inhibit many kinds of cancers, such as acute promyelocytic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, no studies have yet investigated whether CUDC-101 is effective against myeloma. Herein, we proved that CUDC-101 effectively inhibits the proliferation of multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines and induces cell apoptosis in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Moreover, CUDC-101 markedly blocked the signaling pathway of EGFR/phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) and HDAC, and regulated the cell cycle G2/M arrest. Moreover, we revealed through in vivo experiment that CUDC-101 is a potent anti-myeloma drug. Bortezomib is one of the important drugs in MM treatment, and we investigated whether CUDC-101 has a synergistic or additive effect with bortezomib. The results showed that this drug combination had a synergistic anti-myeloma effect by inducing G2/M phase blockade. Collectively, our findings revealed that CUDC-101 could act on its own or in conjunction with bortezomib, which provides insights into exploring new strategies for MM treatment.
