Objective:To report one case of mushroom poisoning complicated with multiple organ disfunction syndrome treated by sequential blood purification, and to explore the treatment method and principle of mushroom poisoning complicated with multiple organ disfunction syndrome. Methods:Hemoperfusion was performed in the patient, once every other day, combined with sequential blood purification of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis, and supplemented by hormone therapy and anti-infection.Results:The patient was out of danger, and the vital signs were stable;liver function, kidney function and blood routine were recovered. Conclusion:Early application of hemoperfusion combined with sequential blood purification can effectively treat the mushroom poisoning complicated with multiple organ disfunction syndrome and thrombotic microangiopathy, and improve the prognosis.

Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of CT coronal scan to foreign body in bronchus of children. Methods 30 cases appearances of CT coronal scan to foreign body in bronchus of children were analysed. The appearances between CT coronal scan and axial scan,X-ray examination of chest were contrasted in some cases. Results Foreign body in bronchus or granuloma around part of foreign body were shown clearly by CT coronal scan in 30 cases,28 cases obstructive emphysema,13 cases obstructive pneumonia and 3 cases obstructive atelectasis were also shown clearly.Another,CT coronal scan showed the double margin sign of 16 cases diaphragm and 11 cases mediastinum. Conclusion CT coronal scan could show direct and indirect signs of the most foreign body in bronchus of children and it may be acte as primary examintion.

Aim To investigate the effects of metformin on phospho-signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(p-STAT3) expression in the spinal dorsal horn in rats with bone cancer pain(BCP).Methods Healthy female SD rats weighing 200~220 g were randomly divided into four groups(n=12 each): Sham+NS, Sham+Metformin, BCP+NS, BCP+Metformin groups.Normal saline or metformin(200 mg·kg-1) was given intraperitoneally once a day at 7~14 day after surgery in four groups.Mechanical withdrawal threshold(MWT) was measured on-1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14 day after BCP.The L4-6 segments of spinal cords were used to detect the expression of p-STAT3 by Western blot and immunohistochemical staining technique after the behavioral test was completed on day 14.Results Intraperitoneal injection of metformin reversed hyperalgesia and suppressed the expression of p-STAT3 in BCP rats. Conclusion Metformin can attenuate BCP by inhibiting the expression of p-STAT3 in the spinal dorsal horn.

Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of Taoren-Honghua herb pair (THP) on syndrome of bloodstasis based on the network pharmacology. Methods: We collected THP's compounds from traditional Chinese Medicinedatabases and input them into Pharm Mapper to get their potential targets, and collected the known targets of compoundsby Scifinder. Then we did KEGG-pathway analysis by DAVID database. Finally draw and analyze the network byCytoscape by information above. Results: Seventeen compounds of THP acquired 74 known targets, which was associatedwith four modules: improving the hemodynamics, anticoagulation, anti-inflammation, regulating apoptosis andproliferation. We also got 317 potential targets through PharmMapper and got 128 signaling pathway through pathwayenrichment including 39 disease-related pathways, 25 endocrine-related pathways, 11 immune-related pathways and soon. Conclusion: The four modules of the known target are exactly related to the four characteristics of the syndrome ofblood stasis. The potential targets and the 128 signal pathways involve a variety of pathophysiological processes of thesyndrome of blood stasis. These reflect the molecular mechanism of THP intervention in the syndrome of blood stasis
