Objective:To explore the current status of vicarious posttraumatic growth (VPTG) among emergency nurses, and analyze its influencing factors and pathways of action. Methods:From March to May 2022, convenience sampling was used to select 532 emergency nurses from 20 public general hospitals in Anhui Province as the research subject. A survey was conducted on emergency nurses using the General Information Questionnaire, Posttraumatic Growth Inventory, Chinese Version of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. AMOS 24.0 software was used to establish the structural equation model and analyze the path relationships between variables. Results:A total of 532 questionnaires were distributed, and 480 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 90.23% (480/532). The score of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory for 480 emergency nurses was (49.35±15.82). Empathy, psychological resilience, and perceived social support all had a positive impact on VPTG, with total effect values of 0.503, 0.261, and 0.163, respectively. Empathy directly or indirectly affected VPTG through perceived social support and psychological resilience. Perceived social support indirectly affected VPTG through psychological resilience, and psychological resilience directly affected VPTG.Conclusions:VPTG of emergency nurses is directly and/or indirectly positively influenced by empathy, psychological resilience, and perceived social support. Nursing managers should pay attention to the interaction between factors, take effective measures based on the association between factors, and promote the positive transformation of emergency nurses after trauma.

Objective:To investigate the latent classes and influencing factors of vicarious posttraumatic growth among emergency nurses. Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select the 498 emergency nurses of 20 public general hospitals in Anhui province as the survey objects. The general information questionnaire and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory were used to investigate. Latent class analysis was used to classify vicarious posttraumatic growth of emergency nurses, and the influencing factors of latent classes were analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results:There were two latent classes of vicarious posttraumatic growth of emergency nurses including high growth-high fluctuation group (24.1%, 120/498) and low growth group (75.9%, 378/498). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that professional title, average monthly income and self-rated health status were the factors influencing the latent classes (all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are obvious classification characteristics of vicarious posttraumatic growth among emergency nurses. Nursing managers should formulate and implement targeted intervention measures according to the classification characteristics and influencing factors to improve their vicarious posttraumatic growth level.

Although NPM1 mutations are frequently found in acute myeloid leukemia patients, therapeutic strategies are scarce and unsuitable for those who cannot tolerate intensive chemotherapy. Here we demonstrated that heliangin, a natural sesquiterpene lactone, exerts favorable therapeutic responses in NPM1 mutant acute myeloid leukemia cells, with no apparent toxicity to normal hematogenous cells, by inhibiting their proliferation, inducing apoptosis, causing cell cycle arrest, and promoting differentiation. In-depth studies on its mode of action using quantitative thiol reactivity platform screening and subsequent molecular biology validation showed that the ribosomal protein S2 (RPS2) is the main target of heliangin in treating NPM1 mutant AML. Upon covalent binding to the C222 site of RPS2, the electrophilic moieties of heliangin disrupt pre-rRNA metabolic processes, leading to nucleolar stress, which in turn regulates the ribosomal proteins-MDM2-p53 pathway and stabilizes p53. Clinical data shows that the pre-rRNA metabolic pathway is dysregulated in acute myeloid leukemia patients with the NPM1 mutation, leading to a poor prognosis. We found that RPS2 plays a critical role in regulating this pathway and may be a novel treatment target. Our findings suggest a novel treatment strategy and lead compound for acute myeloid leukemia patients, especially those with NPM1 mutations.

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of low carbohydrate diet (LCD) management compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) so as to provide a basis for improving diet compliance of patients. Methods:From May to September 2019, we selected 16 T2DM patients participating in LCD project for three months in Department of Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University as interviewees by purposive sampling. The semi-structured interview was carried out for them, and Colaizzi analysis was used to interview data sorting and analysis. Results:A total of two themes were extracted, the promoting factors and obstructing factors. The promoting factors included the perceived benefits, positive psychological effect, multiplex social support, strengthening diet and blood glucose management as well as operational diet plan; the obstructing factors involved the perceived no benefits, difference between diet knowledge and actual demand, diet habit facing a challenge, increasing social role stress, difficulty carrying out diet plan. Conclusions:LCD management compliance of T2DM patients have many influencing factors. Patients, family members and medical staff should be paid attention to integrated management of LCD for diabetic patients in future.
8.Research progress on application of obstructive sleep apnea preliminary screening scale in pregnant population
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(27):3833-3837
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the most common sleep-disordered breathing disease, with high incidence and serious harm. Polysomnography (PSG) is currently the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of OSA, but its clinical application in pregnant population is restricted in many ways, so the preliminary sleep screening scale has become an effective choice for evaluating and predicting the occurrence of OSA in pregnant people. Therefore, this paper reviews the current status of application of related sleep preliminary screening scales in pregnant population so as to clarify the screening value of every scale and provide references for future clinical research.
