Objective:To observe hemostoisis efficacy and safety of Perclose vascular closure device on femoral artery in transfemoral pathway radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) .Methods :A total of 199 patients undergoing transfemoral RFA of SVT were divided into Perclose vascular closure group (Perclose group ,n=98) and artificial pressing group (n=101) .Immediate success rate ,hemostasis time ,braking time and in-cidence rates of postoperative complications were observed between two groups .Results:There was no significant difference in immediate success rate of hemostasis (98% vs .100% ) between Perclose group and artificial pressing group , P> 0.05. Compared with artificial pressing group , there were significant reductions in hemostasis time [ (18.9 ± 9.1) min vs .(2.7 ± 0.7) min] ,braking time [ (21.6 ± 3.4) min vs .(6.3 ± 2.4) min] and total inci-dence rate of complications (16.8% vs .4.1% ) in Perclose group , P<0.05 or <0.01. Complications:incidence rate of vagal reflex in Perclose group was significantly lower than that of artificial pressing group (0 vs .7.9% ,P<0.05) ,other incidence rates of complications between two groups were no significant difference ( P> 0.05 all) . Conclusion:Perclose vascular closure device could shorten the duration of hemostasis and braking ,and reduce the complications .It could be the preferred choice for femoral artery hemostasis .

To explore the prognostic value of heat shock protein-90α (HSP-90α) plasma levels on breast cancer and non-breast malignant tumors, monitoring the response of chemotherapy, and the predictive value of cancer recurrence and metastasis. Methods: A total of 615 female patients were enrolled between June 2016 and September 2016 in Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, who were divided into the examination (n=389) and control (n=216) groups. The former group consisted of static (n=289) and dynamic (n=110) groups, which were analyzed by stages, histological and molecular type, and so on. The latter group in-cluded healthy people (n=103), and those with breast benign tumors (n=51) and non-breast malignant tumors (n=62). In all the plasma samples, HSP-90α was detected using a double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The receiving-operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the effectiveness of plasma HSP-90α in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Wilcoxon's rank test and the Kruskal-Wallis test were used to analyze the association between clinical characteristics and levels of plasma HSP-90α. Results: The levels of plasma HSP-90α were significantly higher in patients with breast cancer than in healthy controls (P<0.001). When the cut-off value was set as 59.7 ng/mL for the diagnosis of breast cancer and 43.22 ng/mL for disease recurrence, the areas under the curve were 0.834 and 0.877, sensitivities were 90.3% and 95.7%, and specificities were 78.6% and 74.5%, respectively. The levels of plasma HSP-90α sig-nificantly decreased after achieving a response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy or surgery (P<0.05). Conclusions: Plasma HSP-90α has good clinical value in the diagnosis and monitoring of response and recurrence in breast cancer.

The purpose of this study is to establish and apply a correction method for titanium alloy implant in spinal IMRT plan, a corrected CT-density table was revised from normal CT-density table to include the density of titanium alloy implant. Dose distribution after and before correction were calculated and compared to evaluate the dose deviation. Plans were also copied to a spinal cancer simulation phantom. A titanium alloy fixation system for spine was implanted in this phantom. Plans were recalculated and compared with the measurement result. The result of this study shows that the max dose of spinal cord showed significant difference after correction, and the deviation between calculation results and measurement results was reduced after correction. The method for expanding the range CT-density table, which means that the density of titanium alloy was included, can reduce the error in calculation.

Objective:To investigate the fertility needs and outcome of pregnancy in patients with young breast cancer in China. Methods:A retrospective cross-sectional investigation was conducted on 374 young breast cancer women from Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Young patients with breast cancer were defined as patients who got initial diagnosis of breast cancer at age no more than 40 years old. We conducted a questionnaire survey and collected clinical data from medical chart. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the possible factors influencing patients′ fertility intention.Results:308 young women with breast cancer completed questionnaires, and the response rate was 82.4%. 81 patients (26.3%) had fertility needs after diagnosis. Of them, 6 cases took active measures to preserve fertility. 72 patients (23.4%) received fertility counseling during treatment. 7 patients were successfully pregnant, including four cases who delivered normally. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patients under 35 years old ( OR=4.81), bachelor degree or above ( OR=3.26), receiving breast-conserving surgery ( OR=2.15) and childless patients ( OR=3.03) were more likely to have fertility needs after diagnosis of breast cancer (all P<0.05). Conclusions:The fertility needs of young breast cancer women in China are gradually increasing. Healthcare providers associated with tumor patients should actively offer corresponding fertility consultation and individualized diagnosis and therapy plans for patients with fertility needs.

【Objective】 To study the risk factors of blood donors confirmed to be positive for syphilis, so as to avoid highrisk groups, guide the recruitment of blood donors and improve blood safety. 【Methods】 From September 2021 to August 2022, 44 514 blood samples were screened using two enzyme-linked immunosorbent reagents for syphilis, and the reactive samples were confirmed by TPPA. Blood collection time, blood collection location, blood donation numbers, gender, age, marital status and educational level of blood donors were taken as the prediction risk factors, and factors with statistically significant differences by univariate Logistic regression analysis were further analyzed using multivariate factor Logistic regression analysis to determine the final independent risk factors. 【Results】 A total of 121 syphilis antibody reactive samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and 64 were confirmed positive by TPPA. Excluding those with incomplete information, a total of 44 505 blood donors were included in the analysis. Logistic regression analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in blood collection location, blood donation numbers, age and education level. 【Conclusion】 Based on the analysis results of risk factors of syphilis positive blood donors in Wuhu, it is necessary to strengthen the consultation of blood donors in blood donation sites. The high-risk groups are first-time blood donors over 50 years old, with education level of junior high school or below.
