7.Anemia feature in patients with the lupus glomerular nephritis in Bach Mai Hospital

The review of 125 medical records of 125 patients with lupus glomerular nephritis has shown that 82.3% of patients had erythropenia; 30.7% of patients had leucocytopenia and 7.2% of patients had thrombocytopenia. The rate of patients with anemia was significantly increased with worsen renal failure. These hematological parameters were improved after the load and maintenance treatment
