1.Clinical study on efficacy of Aidi injection combined with PT chemotherapy protocol in advanced esophageal cancer patients
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;25(8):547-549
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of single PT (taxol, cisplatin) chemotherapy and the PT chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection in the medium and advanced esophageal patients,in order to maximize the strength chemotherapy' s effects, reduce the side effects, improve the patients' life qualities. Methods 106 cases of esophageal patients were randomly divided into two groups,53 patients for each group. The control group were treated by the single PT chemotherapy protocol, while the treatment group were combined with Aidi and PT chemotherapy protocol,21 days time peroid was taken as one circle. After two weeks, the effect, the patients' life qualities and the side effects between two groups were compared. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.37 % (48/53) and 81.13 % (43/53),respectively,there was no statistic significance (P > 0.05).The median-survival in two groups were 48 weeks and 42 weeks, which was statistic significance (P =0.027).The treatment group' s side effects incidence rate was lower than that of control group in Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree gastrointestinal reaction (Ⅲ degree P =0.026,Ⅳ degree P =0.027),Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree of inhibition of white blood cells (Ⅲ degree P =0.038,Ⅳ degree P =0.040),Ⅲ degree platelet inhibition (P =0.023) and Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree hypohemia (Ⅱ degree P =0.020,Ⅲ degree P =0.041).There were no statistically differences between treatment group and control group in liver, muscle, kidney toxicity and baldness (P > 0.05).There were significant differences in Karnofsky score and body mass between pre-and post-treatment in chemotherapy group (P =0.067),but those in treatment group were not (P =0.006).Conclusion The Aidi injection combined with PT chemotherapy protocol has a better effect in the esophageal cancer patients, longer median survival time, reduced the side effects and improved the patients' life qualities, which is deserved to be used in the clinical furtherly.
2.External Chinese medical therapy for pain associated with hyperplastic disease of the breast: study protocol of a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, controlled trial.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2012;10(4):384-9
Hyperplastic disease of the breast (HDB) is caused by a hormone imbalance experienced among women at a certain age. Slight breast pain is common in women before menstruation without need of treatment; however, if the pain becomes severe, it can cause physical and mental suffering. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to control this disease.
4.Reform of the Course Design for Anatomy in Bachelor Nurse and Thinking
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
The bachelor nursing education is an important period to cultivate high grade nursing talents.According to the existing issue in our college's anatomy teaching process, the article has explored the preliminary idea on the reform of course design for anatomy in bachelor nurse for discussion.
5.Changes of the Shift and Body Center of Gravity in a Bout of the Simplified Taichiquan Exercise
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(4):363-363
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of slow and mild movements in Taichiquan kinesitherapy.MethodsForty healthy males were divided into Taichiquan group and walking group with 20 persons in each group. The shift of practicing a 5-min bout of the simplified Taichiquan exercise, time of walking 18 m at a comfortable pace and change of one person's body center of gravity during exercise were measured respectively.ResultsTaichiquan group had (1796.4±91)cm shift during 5 min Taichiquan exercise; walking group spent (14.1±1.7)s when walking 18 m at a comfortable pace; and the downward shift of body center of gravity due to the exercise style undulated ( 5.5 ±12.7)cm vertically below the umbilicus (P>0.05).ConclusionSlow, mild and continual movement is the kinesiological basis of Taichiquan kinesitherapy.
6.Changes of the reacting force of the ankle joint and the achilles tendon force in a bout of the simplified-style Taijiquan exercise
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(2):100-101
ObjectiveTo explore changes of the reacting force of the ankle joint (J) and the achilles tendon force (A) in the sagittal plane in a weight-bearing leg in a bout of the simplified-style Taijiquan exercise.MethodsJ and A determined from 30 healthy young males were analyzed using the simplified free body method.ResultsJ and A increased during exercise, J produced by movement 10, 14 and A produced by movement 8, 12 were about 2.4 times and 0.7 times body weight of 67.3kg respectively.ConclusionTaijiquan can increase the force of ligment and muscle around the ankle joint, especially that of triceps muscle of calf, and it is helpful for remaining the stability of the ankle structure.
8.Expression and Regulation of Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 in Central Nervous System Diseases
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) is found in surface of cells in various tissues, which is a adhesion molecule with wide range of biological activity and plays an important role in inflammatory and immune response, signal transduction, tissue repair and many other physiological and pathological processes. In this paper,ICAM-1 expression and regulation in the body,as well as some actions in the pathogenesis of central nervous system diseases are reviewed.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2010;27(2):89-92
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) guided interstitial chemotherapy for the pancreas in canine model. Methods A therapeutic 19gauge needle was inserted into the pancreas with EUS guidance, and seeds with sustained release of 5-iluorouracil were implanted into the tissue. After 14 days of clinical observation, the animals were sacrificed and the tissue response to local chemotherapy was examined. Results All the seeds were implanted successfuUy and no migration was observed. Chemotherapy induced tissue fibrous necrosis was localized in the pancreas without significant complications. The apoptotic index of tissue within 1 cm of the seeds increased.Biochemical parameters were normal in all the dogs. Conclusion EUS-guided implantation of seeds is a safe, simple and minimally invasive technique for interstitial chemotherapy in the pancreas.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2010;8(9):824-8
Abstract: Various kinds of therapies have been clinically applied to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). However, the evaluation standards of therapeutic effect in different medical institutions are quite different from each other at present, thus bringing about many difficulties in the therapeutic effect evaluation of CSR treatment. Although many CSR-related scales have been developed, none of them could completely represent or reflect the exact curative actualities of CSR in China. Therefore, it is quite essential to establish a comprehensive evaluation scale for the therapeutic effect of CSR. And such evaluation system, in which the estimation of quality of life should be included, will become the developmental direction of CSR research in future.
