1.Analysis of 107 Cases of Carcinoma of Stomach by means of Gastroscopy
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
From Jeunary 1986 to June 1991 107 cases of carcinoma of stomach were found by gastroscopy, in which 100cases were proved pathologically by biopsy (93.5%).The biopsy of other 7 cases was negative and the diagnosis was confirmed lately by operation.gastroscopy and pathological characteristics and their clinical significane were discussed (103 cases of carcinoma of stomach cases of early stage carcinoma ventriculi case of pinpoint carcinoma). The authors suggested that ulcer, erosion, nodule and stiff surface on the depressed mucosa at the antrum be examined carefully by means of gastroscopy and biopsy be done in order to discover early stage carcinoma ventriculi and make a correct diagnosis.Being aware of these features in not only beneficial to the reasonable clinical treatmet but also helpful to the diagnosis of carcinoma of stomach.

4.Preparation of Nystatin Buccal Adhesive Tablets and Adhesiveness Study
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare nystatin buccal adhesive tablets and to study their properties of bioadhesion.METHODS:Nystatin buccal adhesive tablets of different formula matching ratio were prepared with carbomer(CP)and hy?droxy-propyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)as adhesive material and slow-release framework, and the adhesive power, duration of adhesion, swelling percentage and surface pH data of which were determined.RESULTS:There were great differences regarding bioadhesive properties among the adhesive tablets that of different formula matching ratio, the adhesive tablets that prepared in a formula matching ratio of1:1between CP to HPMC were of the best adhesiveness outcome.CONCLUSIONS:The buccal adhesive tablets were prepared successfully, and which can be used for the further study both in vivo and in vitro.
5.Analysis Clinical Drug Use of Amikacin in a Hosiptal
China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To reference clinical utilization of amikacin of a hospital.METHODS:By retrospective survey, the clinical information of 30 inpatients who were treated with amikacin and received plasma concentration monitoring from Apr.2006 to Feb.2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of primary disease, results of pathogen culture and drug sensitivity test, dosages and usage, plasma concentration, clinical efficacy, adverse drug reactions, etc.RESULTS:Clinical response rate was 55.2% and dosage of amikacin was small as well as measured value and reference value of plasma concentration. No adverse drug reaction was observed.CONCLUSION:The proportion of amikacin should be increased and plasma concentration monitoring of amikacin should be strengthened.Individual regimen is realized to improve effectiveness and safety of drug use.
6.Research progress of the mechanism of hepatic injury after cardiopulmonary bypass
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Since the first launching of heart lung bypass machine in animal model in 1937,cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) has become more and more consummate, but it still brings about many complications, including pulmonary, renal and hepatic dysfunctions.Among these complications, hepatic dysfunction plays an important role in the impairment after cardiac operations. The liver function indices such as aspartate aminotransferase,glutamate-pyruvate transaminase, bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase will step up obviously during 3 to 5 days after the operation. The physiological changes deteriorate patient's condition, and even influence the prognosis. This clinical phenomenon puzzles cardiac surgeons. All these demand us to answer the following questions: Is the cardiopulmonary bypass harm the liver? What's the mechanism? We review the different researches on hepatic injury after cardiopulmonary bypass.
7.Laparoscopic Transcystic Duct Exploration for Cholecystolithiasis Complicated with Stones in the Non-Dilated Common Bile Duct
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic transcystic duct exploration for cholecystolithiasis complicated with stones in the non-dilated common bile duct. Methods Before the resection of the cyst, the cystic duct was cut under a laparoscope, and then a C tube was inserted for cholangiography.Stones in the common bile duct were removed under the guidance of C-arm X-ray.Then,C-tube drainage was carried out after removal of the calculi. Results The stones were completely removed in all of the 36 cases with a mean operation time of 125.4 minutes(90-150 minutes). The C-tube was withdrawn in 3 or 4 days after the operation. The mean postoperative time of this series was 4 to 7 days. The patients were followed up for 3 months, during which no patients had biliary leakage, residual stones,or stenosis or dilation of the common bile duct. Conclusions Laparoscopic transcystic duct exploration is minimally invasive, safe, and effective for cholecystolithiasis complicated with stones in the non-dilated common bile duct.
8.Observation and Nursing of Hemorrhage Complications in Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolysis
China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3236-3237,3238
OBJECTIVE:To explore the observation and nursing points of hemorrhage in intravenous thrombolysis after using alteplase. METHODS:128 patients underwent alteplase intravenous thrombolysis were selected as the research object. The occur-rence of hemorrhage in each part were observed within 48 hours after medication and nursed timely. RESULTS:128 patients re-ceived intravenous thrombolysis. 48 h later,26 patients suffered from hemorrhage complications (20.3%). Among them, there were 6 cases of nose bleeding (4.7%),8 cases of subcutaneous congestion (6.3%),6 cases of gingival bleeding (4.7%) and 6 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding(4.7%). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications among those groups (P>0.05). The time of nose bleeding was (3.2 ± 1.3) h,the time of subcutaneous congestion (3.5 ± 1.2)h,the time of gingival bleeding(1.5±0.7)h,and the time of gastrointestinal bleeding(4.1±1.8)h. The time of gingival bleeding was earlier than that of other groups, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference among other groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:In alteplase intravenous thrombolysis, nurses should closely monitor hemorrhage and complications, especially the complication of gingival bleeding. Find out the complications timely and nurse it as early as possible.
9.Three-dimensional reconstruction of ultrasound blood vessel images based on Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit and the Visualization Toolkit
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(48):9476-9478
Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of medical images constructs the 3D models of organs using 2D medical image serials, which provide intuitionistic visual information for medical workers. However, most people concern about the CT images reconstruction, only few people focus on the reconstruction of Ultrasound images. In this thesis, it introduces Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK) and The Visualization Toolkit (VTK) firstly. Then it presents the process of Ultrasound image serials using ITK and VTK. At last, it presents the outcome of the experiment. The results show that the reconstruction of Ultrasound images can also get good effect by using ITK and VTK.
