1.Analysis of Human Papillomavirus Infection in Male Patients in Northeast of Sichuan

Objective To investigate the distribution and the infection status of human papillomavirus (HPV)genotype in male outpatients with sexually transmitted diseases (STD)in Northeast of Sichuan.Methods Totally 259 male outpatients with STD were performed to examine for HPV-DNA genotype by using Polymerase chain reaction and gene chip technolo-gy.Results 202 samples had positive HPV among 259 samples,the positive rate was 77.99%.Among 202 samples of HPV infection,60.89% were infected by single HPV genetype,26.24% were infected by two HPV genetypes,12.87% were in-fected by multiple HPV genetypes;27.41% were infected by high risk HPV genotypes,74.13% were infected by low risk HPV genotypes.In the rate of HPV genetype infection,the percentages of HPV6,HPV11,HPV16,HPV43,HPV33 and HPV58 were 52.97%,48.51%,16.34%,6.93%,5.45% and 5.45% respectively,and the rates of other HPV genetype in-fection were less than 5.00%.Among different age groups of men,there were insignificant differences in the infection rates of HPV (χ2=2.31,P>0.05),but there were statistical significance in the infection rates of high risk HPV subtypes (χ2=9.79,P<0.05).Conclusion The situation of HPV infection was comparatively severe and the mainly HPV infection types were low risk HPV genotypes infection or single HPV genetype infection in Northeast of Sichuan male outpatients with STD.The most frequent infection of high risk HPV subtypes was HPV16,and the nexts were HPV33 and HPV58;HPV6 and 1 1 subtypes were the most HPV subtypes among the low risk HPV infections.

Compared to normal counterparts,cancer cells exhibit metabolic changes owing to both genetic and epigenetic alterations. Some abnormal alterations happen in tumor cells including glycolysis,mito-chondrial biogenesis,glutaminolysis and lipid synthesis. These metabolic changes have great significance to development of tumor and clinical targeted therapies.
3.Application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in liver cancer patients interventional treatment

Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in liver cancer patients interventional treatment.Methods Fifty-four liver cancer patients were selected,all patients underwent MSCTA examination,after the image post-processing,and with 17 cases of patients with the same period digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination results for comparison,in order to analyze the application value of MSCTA in liver cancer patients interventional treatment.Results The patients with liver cancer were seen MSCTA arterial phase varying degrees of tumor staining,2 cases had hepatic arteriovenous fistula.Some patients in the portal vein and hepatic vein were found vein tumor thrombus.MSCTA showed 10 cases of hepatic artery variation,variation rate of 18.5% (10/54),in line with the DSA rate of 100.0%.MSCTA showed 11 rami liver cancer parasitic artery,1 case of DSA was not found for the right phrenic artery of liver cancer,there was no significant difference in showed liver cancer parasitic artery between the two methods (P > 0.05).Conclusion MSCTA as a minimally invasive diagnostic method of tumor blood supply,can clearly show the origin of the hepatic artery and its branches and walk the line,liver cancer feeding artery,liver cancer parasitic artery with DSA showed highly consistent results,interventional treatment of liver cancer with important guiding significance.
4.Effects of high-flow nasal cannulae on the rate of tracheal intubation after extubation

Objective To observe whether the high-flow nasal cannulae (HFNC) can reduce the rate of re intubation after extubation in patients with tracheal intubation in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods 134 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were divided into 2 groups according to the order of ICU. The control group and the observation group were divided into 67 groups. Patients in control group were used routine oxygen inhalation (nasal duct and mask) after weaning, while the observation group was HFNC. All the other patients with the same treatment and care. The rate of re intubation was compared between the 2 groups. Results In the observation group, the rate of reintubation was 4.48%(3/67) of all. The control group was 14.92%(10/67), two groups of patients with reintubation rate difference was statistically significant (χ2= 4.17, P < 0.05). Conclusions HFNC can decrease the rate of re intubation after extubation in patients with tracheal intubation.
5.Effect Observation of Ultrasound-guided Clavicular Brachial Plexus Block in Upper Limb Surgery

Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided clavicular brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery.Methods: Eighty patients undergoing upper limb surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups: ultrasound-guided clavicular brachial plexus block group (ultrasound guidance group, n=40) and nerve stimulator-assisted positioning of the supraclavicular brachial plexus block group (nerve stimulator group,n =40).The block effect, anesthesia effect, anesthesia completion time, nerve block onset time, nerve block duration and complication were compared and analyzed statistically between the groups.Results: The completed rate of block was 97.5%in the ultrasound guidance group, which was significantly higher than that in the nerve stimulator group (65.0%) (P<0.05);the uncompleted rate was significantly lower than that in the nerve stimulator group.The fine/excellent rate of anesthesia was 95.0% , which was significantly higher than that of the nerve stimulator group (75.0%, 30/40) (P<0.05);the complete time of anesthesia and nerve block onset time were significantly shorter than those in the nerve stimulator group (P<0.05);the duration of nerve block was significantly longer than that in the nerve stimulator group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications was 7.5%), which was significantly lower than that of the nerve stimulator group (37.5%, 15/40) (P<0.05).Conclusion: In upper limb surgery, ultrasound-guided nerve stimulator assisted positioning of clavicular brachial plexus block is better than nerve stimulator assisted positioning of clavicular brachial plexus block.
6.Antibiotics resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in intensive care unit

Objective To investigate the specimen source and antibiotics resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from in‐patient in Intensive Care Unit(ICU) .Methods Specimen source and antibiotics resistance of 520 strains of Acinetobacter bauman‐nii ,isolated from patients of ICU in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from 2011 to 2014 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Results The main source of Acinetobacter baumannii was sputum specimens ,accounting for 90 .4% .Acinetobacter bau‐mannii isolates showed the lowest resistance rates to cefoperazone‐sulbactam and minocycline(32 .0% and 25 .2% ,respectively) .A‐bout 68 .1% and 74 .9% of these strains were resistant to trimethoprim‐sulfamethoxazole and levofloxacin ,respectively .More than 86 .0% of the strains were resistant to other tested antibacterial agents .Conclusion Acinetobacter baumanii strains ,isolated from ICU ,could have high resistance rates to many kinds of antibacterial agents ,and cefoperazone‐sulbactam and minocycline might be with fine antibacterial activity against Acinetobacter baumanii .Drug resistance monitoring of Acinetobacter baumanii should be strengthened ,and antibacterial agents should be selected and used rationally according to the results of drug sensitivity test .

With the rapid economic growth and the development of transportation in China in recent two decades, the number of motor vehicles in China keeps increasing at an annual rate of approximately 13%. The air pollution related to traffic has become the focus of attention and the air pollution pattern in some large cities in China has been shifting from the coal-burning pollution to that mainly from the traffic. The traffic pollution deteriorates the environment and has been related to an increased risk of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases in the population. The state of automobile exhaust pollution and the related health effect in the urban areas of China was discussed in the present paper.

9.Analysis on drug resistance in 404 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii isolated from Neurosurgery wards

Objective To investigate the specimen source and drug resistance in the strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the submitted samples in the neurosurgery wards of our hospital during 2011-2014 in order to provide the reference for clini‐cal treatment and nosocomial infection control .Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of clinical dis‐tribution and antibacterial drugs sensitivity in 404 non‐repeated strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the samples of neurosurgical patients .Results The mainly specimen source of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from neurosurgical patients was sputum and cerebrospinal fluid ,accounting for 89 .1% and 7 .9% respectively .Acinetobacter baumannii isolates showed the lowest resistance rates to minocycline and cefoperazone/sulbactam (28 .6% and 31 .8% respectively) .The resistance rates to imipenem and meropenem were 79 .4% and 83 .2% respectively ;the resistance rate to other antibacterial drugs exceeded 69 .0% .Conclusion Acinetobacter baumanii strains isolated from the neurosurgery department have higher resistance rates to many kinds of antibacteri‐al agents ,minocycline and cefoperazone/sulbactam still has good in vitro antibacterial activity against Acinetobacter baumanii .Clinic should strengthen the management of antibacterial agents ,increases the rate of drug susceptibility test and rationally uses the anti‐bacterial drugs .
10.Research advance on vasculogenic mimicry in glioma

Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a pattern of neoplasm cells,which achieve their blood supplements through deformation and simulating capillary channels.Cumulative studies show that the formation of VM in glioma have a close relation with the glioma stem cells.In addition,some molecules such as microRNA,epithelial cell kinase-A2,vascular endothelial cadherin,transforming growth factor-Jβ,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 and galectin-1 play important roles in the forming process of vasculogenic mimicry.Recently,it is found that VM is associated with the poor prognosis of patients with glioma and anti angiogenesis drug efficacy.So the research on VM about the discovery,formation mechanism,prognostic impact and the clinical significance will provide an opportunity for diagnosis and therapy of glioma in early stage.
