Objective To compare tbe efficacy of conventional therapy,psychotherapy,serotonin reuptake in- hibitor,and psychotherapy combined with serotonin reuptake inhibitor in rehabilitating nerve function in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with post-stroke depression were divided into a control group(A),a group treated with serotonin reuptake inhibitor (B),a psychotherapy group (C) and a group in which psychotherapy was combined with serotonin rcuptake inhibitor(D).These groups were graded with the SDS for the degree of their depression and with the MESSS for their muscle strength before andafter treatment.Results The anti-depression therapies showed significantly different effects in improving depression.After eight weeks,group D showed significantly less depression than the others.However,muscle strength did not show statistically significant differences until twelve weeks,when group D again showed better progress than the others.Conclusion Psychothera- py combined with serotonin reuptake inhibitor can promote the rehabilitation of nervous function-after stroke.

Objective To investigate the effects of first external fixator and second locking plate fixation in treating open tibiofibular fractures. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the 36 patients with Gustilo'sⅢtype tibia and fibula fractures from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010. All the patients were treated with first external fixator and second locking plate fixation,and the curative effect and the extremity function were evaluated.Results All patients were followed-up for 18 months (6 to 24 months) in average,and all the fractures were healed in 5.5 months averagely. According the Johner-Wruhs evaluation standard, excellent was in 24 cases, good was 10 cases,and bad was in 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 94%. According the Merchant evaluation standard, excellent was in 26 cases,good was in 5 cases,fair was in 4 cases,bad was in 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 86.1%.The outcome was satisfactory. Conclusion The first external Fixator and second locking plate fixation in treating open tibiofibular fractures can improve the healing rate and the functional recovery.

Objective: To investigate the anti asthmatic effects and its mechanism of Yumian Anti asthma Formula (DYA) on asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods: Observe the change of the latent period of asthma inducing of normal guinea pigs and that of them after DYA preventing. Determine the plasma cAMP and cGMP contents. Objective To determine the ED50 of remifentanil needed for tracheal intubation without neuromuscular relaxant in children when combined with sevoflurane inhalation.Methods Twenty-five ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ children of both sexes,aged 4-9 yr,scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled in this study.Anesthesia was induced with inhalation of 5% sevoflurane in 100% oxygen and PETCOM2was maintained at 30-35 mm Hg.Remifentanil was injected intravenously over 30 s after 3 min inhalation of sevoflurane.Tracheal intubation was performed 90 s after the completion of remifentanil injection.The experiment was performed using the modified Dixon's up-and-down method.The initial dose of remifentanil was set at 1.2 μg/kg and the ratio between two successive doses was 1.2.Intubation conditions were assessed by a blinded observer using Viby-Mogensen scale.If the conditions were not good,roenronium 0.3 mg/kg was then injected intravenously to facilitate intubation.The ED50 of remifentanil and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were calculated.Results The ED50 of remifentanil combined with inhalation of scvoflurane required for successful intubation was 0.68 μg/kg in the absence of neuromuscular relaxant,and 95% CI was 0.65-0.71 μg/kg.Conclusion The ED50 of remifentanil required for tracheal intubatiun without neuromuscular relaxant drug is 0.68 μg/kg (95% CI 0.65-0.71 μg/kg) when combined with 5% sevoflurane inhalation in children.

Objective To investigate the effect of nicorandil pretreatment on myocardial mitochondria in a rabbit model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R). Methods Tirty-two healthy male New Zealand white rabbits weighing 2.0-2.5 kg aged 4 months were randomly allocated into 4 groups ( n = 8 each): Ⅰ group sham operation (group S); Ⅱ group I/R; Ⅲ group nicorandil pretreatment (group N) and Ⅳ group nicorandil + 5 hydroxydecanoic acid (group N + 5-HD). Myocardial I/R was induced by 30 min occlusion of left circumflex coronary artery followed by 120 min reperfusion. In group N and N + 5-HD a bolus of nicorandil 100 μg/kg was given iv at 10 min before myocardial ischemia followed by continuous infusion at 10 μg· kg-1 · min-1 until the beginning of myocardial ischemia. In group Ⅳ a bolus of 5-HD 5 mg/kg was injected iv at 20 min before myocardial ischemia.The animals were sacrificed at the end of 120 min reperfusion. The mitochondrial membrane potential was measured by flow cytometry using JC-1 fluorescence probe as indicator. Bcl-2, Bax and cytochrome c protein expression was determined by immuno-histochemistry. Myocardial ultrastructure was examined with transmission electron microscope. Results Red fluovescence intensity indicating normal live cells was significantly higher, the green fluorescence intensity indicating apoptotic cells was lower and red/green fluorescence intensity ratio was higher; the Bcl-2/Bax ratio was significantly higher and cytochrome c protein expression lower in group N than in group I/R.5-HD administration negated the protective effect of nicorandil pretreatment against myocardial I/R injury. Conclusion Nicorandil stabilizes mitochondrial membrane potential, decreases cytochrome c protein releasing, and suppresses mitochondrial apoptotic signal transduction by opening the mito-KATP channels.

OBJECTIVE: To build the model of pharmaceutical industry space layout evaluation and explore the spatial layout of pharmaceutical industry. METHODS: Constructed the evaluation index system of the spatial distribution and designed the spatial layout model with the system cluster analysis method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Based on clustering analysis of 31 provinces, with the region and objective reality, according to the principle of similar level of development region, pharmaceutical industry spatial layout is divided into innovative research and technology area, manufacturing area, industry development hot spot area and other areas of four levels of industrial level.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupoint thread-embedding method for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in pattern of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.
Methods: A total of180 cases in conformity with the diagnostic criteria of NAFLD in pattern of liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 90 cases in each group, and finally 88 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group were recruited for statistics. The treatment group was managed by acupoint thread-embedding method, and the control group was treated by oral administration of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine capsules. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Before and after the treatment, liver enzymology, blood fat test, abdominal B ultrasonic examination, and assessment of clinical effects were respectively processed.
Results:After treatment, alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride (TG) decreased in the treatment group, and were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment (allP<0.05). There was no statistically significant inter-group difference in the degree of fatty liver (by B ultrasound examination) before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the improvement degree of fatty liver in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rates were 89.8% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion:The acupoint thread-embedding method can reduce the levels of ALT, AST, TC and TG in NAFLD patients, and can improve the pathologic degree of fatty liver and its clinical effects are remarkably better than that of oral medications.

Objective To research the affection and problem of Curriculum integration teaching method in eight-year term Medical Education.Methods Combination teaching and tradition teaching methods were employed in 100 students (Eight-year-term) and 127 students (Seven-year-term) respectively.A questionnaire survey and teaching effect were analyzed at last (employx2 analysis).Results Currculum integration is more acceptable(x2 =3.92,P ＜ 0.05),effective (x2 =11.07,P ＜0.01 ),systematic (x2 =11.82,P ＜ 0.01 ) and improve self-study ability better(x2 =8.51,P ＜ 0.01 ).But it's not helpful for the study enthusiasm(x2 =0.90,P ＞0.05).Conclusion Combination teaching method is more acceptable and effective than tradition method.However,the enthusiasm of study is not improved obviously.Combination Curriculum integration teaching method is a good one and worth popularizing.

Objective To analyze the effect of smoking on blood lipid before percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in male coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The clinical data in 124 cases of CHD with PCI were randomly extracted and divided into the smoking group (n = 88 )and the non-smoking group (n = 36 ).The age,past disease history,triglycerides (TG),cholesterol (CHOL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were retrospectively investigated.Results The LDL level of the smoking group was(3.1±1.34)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than(2.5 ±0.95)mmol/L in the non-smoking group with statistical difference between them(P <0.05);the level of TG,HDL and LDL in the CHOL≥4.5 mmol/L group were (2.5±1.49)mmol/L,(0.99±0.29)mmol/L and(3.6 ±1.13)mmol/L respectively,which were hither than(1.8 ±1.23)mmol/L, (0.88±0.20)mmol/L and(2.2±0.69)mmol/L in the CHOL≤4.5 mmol/L group respectively,the differences among them had statistical significance(P <0.05 );the Sperman analysis found that there was a positive correlation between the level of vascular change with CHOL and LDL,at the same time the smoking level was negatively correlated with LDLA.Conclusion Smoking, CHOL and LDL have a close relationship with the male coronary heart disease.Moreover,smoking can affect the lipid metabolism and probably increase the risk of coronary heart disease.

Objective To evaluate the reliability of Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) score in evaluating the preoperative anxiety of Chinese people.Methods One hundred sixty Chinese patients of both sexes, aged 18-60 yr, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ-Ⅲ, scheduled for elective surgery, were enrolled.Preoperative anxiety of the patients was assessed with APAIS score and Spielberger's State-Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) questionnaire during the preoperative interview.Cronbach's alpha of total anxiety and need for information scores was calculated.Four thresholds of total anxiety score in identifying preoperative severe anxiety was set as 10, 11, 12 and 13.S-AI questionnaire was considered as the standard, and the correlation between total anxiety score and S-AI questionaire was tested.Results The Cronbach's alpha of total anxiety and need for information scores was 0.84 and 0.71, respectively.When the threshold of total anxiety score in identifying preoperative severe anxiety was 12, the total anxiety score was highly correlated with S-AI questionnaire, the Kappa value was 0.62, 95％ confidence interval was 0.46-0.78, the sensitivity was 0.71, the specificity was 0.90, and the positive predictive value was 0.78.Conclusion APAIS score can be used to assess the preoperative anxiety of Chinese people.
