2.Role of HMGB1 in Inflammatory-mediated Injury Caused by Digestive System Diseases and Its Repair.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(4):919-923
High mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), a damage-associated molecular pattern, exists ubiquitously in the cells of mammals. It contributes to maintaining the structure of nucleosome and modulating transcription of gene in nuclei. Extracellular HMGB1 plays two-way roles in promoting inflammatory and tissue repair. Released actively as well as passively following cytokine stimulation during cell death, HMGB1 may act as a late inflammatory factor and an endogenous damage-associated molecular pattern recognized by its receptors. And it may mediate the occurrence, development and outcome of the inflammatory injury of digestive system diseases, such as gastric mucosal injury, inflammatory bowel-disease, liver injury, pancreatitis, and so on. This review mainly concerns the research progresses of HMGB1 in the inflammatory injury of digestive system diseases. At the same time, HMGB1 itself, or as a therapeutic target, can promote tissue repair.

Clinically Shengmai injection, Acanthopanex injection, Breviscapine injection, Fleabane injection, Safflower injection, Astragalus injection, Shuxuetong injection, Xin-ding injection and Panax notoginsenoside injection were commonly used to treat the disease with good clinical curative effect.
5.Mechanism of elevated proinflammatory cytokines in aqueous humor of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma
International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1465-1468
Glaucomais a group of diseases characterized by optic atrophy and visual field defect. In China, primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) is the most common type of glaucoma. The mechanism of glaucoma has many theories, such as mechanical theory and vascular theory.Recent researches found that inflammation may be involved in the pathogenesis of glaucoma.A variety of proinflammatory cytokines significantly increased in aqueous humor of patients with PACG.In this study,we summarized the methods for the detection of aqueous humor, and analyzed the mechanism of the increasing of proinflammatory cytokines in the aqueous humor of patients with PACG.
6.Diagnosis and therapy of intra-abdominal hernia
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the causes of intra-abdominal hernia and improve the level of early (diagnosis) and therapy of intra-abdominal hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 68 cases of intra-abdominal hernia was made. Results The postoperative confirmed diagnosis was para-occal hernia in 1 patient;herniation of efferent jejunal loop through the space between the afferent jejunal loop and the mesocolon after Billroth II gastrectomy in 6 patients, one of which had bowel necrosis, all of the 6 patients were cured after reduction of the hernia or enterectomy after and enteroanastomsis;internal henia though (ruptured) pelvic (peritoneum) after Miles operation in 4 patients;internal hernia though the space between the (descending) colon and the lateral abdominal wall after colostomy of descending colon in 6 patients;internal (hernia) caused by (adhesion) of omentum to the intestinal wall of sigmoidostomy in 1 patient;internal hernia through hiatuses caused by postoperative or post-peritonitis adhesions to the peritoneum, ovaries, urinary (bladder),uterus,(intestinal) wall or between loops of intestine in 50 patients(73.5%),including 3 cases of bowel (necrosis). All of those patients were cured after reduction of the hernias, repair of the hiatuses, release of (adhesions) or enterectomy and enteroanastomosis. Conclusions Preoperative diagnosis of internal abdominal hernia is difficult. The possibility of internal abdominal hernia should be cansidered in patients with a history of operation, and who complain of frequent abdominal pain or bowel obstruction.Early diagnosis and prompt (operation) is necessary to prevent the occurrence of bowel strangulation and bowel necrosis.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(9):100-102
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of mouse nerve growth factor combined with paravertebral block on lung cancer associated herpes zoster neuralgia, and prefer a portable diagnosis and treat. Methods: The patients were collected from our hospital during the year January 2011 to April 2014. Sixty-two patients with lung cancer associated herpes zoster neuralgia were divided into two groups: Observation group (n=31) and Control group (n=31). The observation group receiving mouse nerve growth factor and paraertebral block anesthesia, while the control group were receiving gabapentin and paraertebral block anesthesia. Visual analogue scale and curative effect were assessed at before and after treatment at the weak 1, weak 2, weak 3, we4k 4.Results: There were no significant statistic difference on VAS score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05), while there were significant difference between two group in VAS score after 1~4 weak’ treatment(t=5.885,t=8.566,t=6.659,t=8.751,P<0.05). The effective rate of observation group was 96.8%, while the control group was 80.6%, there were significant difference between the two group(x2=4.47,P<0.05).Conclusion: The total Effective rate of mouse nerve growth factor combined with paravertebral block on lung cancer associated herpes zoster neuralgia was 96.8%, which was safe and reliable and was worthy of clinical practice.
9.Research progress of mechanisms outer membrane proteins of Helicobacter pylori and its adherence
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(2):249-252
Helicobacter pylori is a predominant pathogen inducing long-term chronic infection of stomach. Its outer membrane proteins (OMPs) mainly include lipoprotein, fimbriae protein and some adhesions. The adhesions are closely related to the pathogenic processes of adherence, colonization, persistent infection and severe clinical outcomes. In addition, the fact that adherence is vital for colonization and pathogenicity has made it a focus to study the vaccines against adherence. The OMPs related to adherence, their receptors, mechanisms of adherence, and the vaccines are summarized in this review.
10.Research progress of cytokines in aqueous humor of patients with glaucoma
International Eye Science 2017;17(10):1864-1866
Aqueous humor is the product of the ciliary body. It provides nutrition for the iris, cornea, lens, and trabecular meshwork. Compared to the blood, the aqueous humor can better reflect the intraocular environment. Therefore, the detection of cytokines in the aqueous humor has become one of the hot topics in ophthalmology in recent years. Altered cytokine levels in the aqueous humor have been observed in many ocular diseases, including glaucoma. Some investigators hypothesized that cytokines in the aqueous humor are associated with the pathophysiology of glaucoma, and even affect the prognosis of glaucoma filtering surgery. In this paper, the changes of several cytokines in the aqueous humor of glaucoma eyes were summarized, and the relationship between them was analyzed.
