Objective To carry on the theoretical research of nursing outcomes and indicators of hospitalized patients with coronary heart diease (CHD).Methods Self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted according to the Nursing Outcomes Classification, and then using it among 14 cardiology nursing experts. Results After experts questionnaire, determined 13 nursing outcomes,63 major indicators and 38 secondary indicators, while eliminated 9 indicators. Conclusion Formation of nursing outcomes and indicators of hospitalized patients with CHD is practical, professional, systemic and simplicity,it can be used as a tool to guide the clinical nursing practice.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Gingko Biloba extract (GBE) on acute lung hemorrhage induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in newborn rats. Methods 1. Acute lung hemorrhage models were reproduced by intraperitoneal injection with LPS (5 mg/kg). 2. Thirty two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,GBE groups (4 mg/kg,8 mg/kg, 16 mg/kg) and LPS group 5 mg/kg. Results In group LPS, extensive lung hemorrhage was observed after 4 hours of injection . TNF - ? iung content was obvious in LPS group. The expression of lung nuclear factor(NF-kB )immunohistochemistry wasobvious. While the parameters were obviously attenuated by GBE before LPS. Conclusion GBE may be useful in the treatment of acute pulmonary inflammatory disease.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare multivesicular liposomes-sodium polymannuronate microspheres(MVLs-Alg)for protein drugs and to study the physico-chemical property and elementary stability of MVLs-Alg.METHODS:MVLs and Alg were used as matrix and BSA as a model protein drug,MVLs-Alg microspheres were prepared by interior/gelatin method. The relationship between MVLs and Alg was analyzed by differential thermal analysis and the effect of temperature(4,25,40 ℃)on entrapment efficiency and peroxide value of phospholipid in base material was investigated.RESULTS:The MVLs-Alg microspheres were spherical.Analyzed by DTA,it was considered that physical adsorption between MVLs and Alg was potentially existed.Storing for 90 days at 4,25,and 40 ℃ respectively, the encapsulation efficiency of the MVLs-Alg microsphereswere were 85.36%,63.75%,and 50.49%,respectively.The peroxide value of phospholipid increased increasingly, but not significant as compared with MVLs.CONCLUSIONS:The stability of MVLs-Alg microspheres was heightened compared with that of MVLs and which can be used for the delivery of protein drugs.

AIM: To explore the role of synovium macrophage of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats in articular damage. METHODS: AA was induced in female Wistar rats by means of intradermal injection with complete Freud's adjuvant. X-ray on hind paws of AA rats was took at different time points and radiograph index (RI) was then evaluated. Synovium macrophages were detected through immunohistochemistry with ED 1 monoclonal antibody. The correlations between RI and synovial lining layer count/synovium macrophage count were also analysed. RESULTS: Synovial lining layer count, both macrophage count in synovial lining layer and sublining layer were positively correlated with RI. CONCLUSION: Synovium macrophages of AA rats may play an important role in articular damage.

Objective To describe the factors influencing medication compliance of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and provide a reference for health care workers developing effective response plans. Methods In-depth interview was conducted to 10 UC patients and the interview results were analyzed by phenomenology research method. Results There were five factors influence medication compliance of UC patients including drug affect, economic burden, living events,follow-up appointment and stigma. Conclusions The medication compliance of UC patients is mainly related to patients lacking of drugs knowledge, heavy burden on drugs cost and shortage of social support etc.The health education and medication supervision on UC patients should be strengthened and the social health insurance system on UC needed to be improved.

Objective To discuss the feasibility of constructing the system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing diagnosis. Methods Based on the theoretical analysis and status quo analysis, the feasibility of constructing the system of TCM nursing diagnosis was discussed, and the achievements and problems waiting for settlement were also narrated.Resuts It has the foundation of constructing the system of TCM nursing diagnosis, but some problems still need to be solved. Conclusions It is feasible for building TCM nursing diagnosis system, and the TCM nursing diagnosis system does not conflict with NANDA-I.

Microbiology 2008;0(08):-
Teaching principles and class content were stated for a experimental course of common pathogenic bacteria detection methods for the undergraduate student in food quality and safety major. They include course material preview, advanced teaching methods, combination of teaching and research, graduate teaching assistant, experimental reports writing and experimental skills evaluation. All these means lead to a good teaching outcome.
