Integrin is a kind of crucial adhesive molecule on the membrane, and it exerts its function through activating its intra-cellular effectors. One of the most important effectors is integrin-linked kinase (ILK),which is a serine/threonine protein kinase located in focal adhesions and has a key position in transducing many of the biochemical signals. It plays an important roles in regulating fundamental processes such as cell-matrix interactions, growth, proliferation, survival, differentiation, migration, invasion and angiogenesis under both physilogical and pathological processes.

Based on the language problem and cultural background difference of foreign medical students,we applied Problem-based Learning in their pediatric clinic probation teaching. This method could raise students learning activeness, enhance self-teaching ability and cultivate individual clinical thinking, which is a beneficial trial in medical foreign students educational practice.

In the clinical practice of foreign students in neonatal department, the experimental group followed PBL method, while the control group took traditional "master and disciple" way. The performance records of the clinical examination and questionnaire findings are significantly different between the two groups, which confirms that PBL is a good method to be widely used in the foreign students'pediatric clinical practice.

The article is to study the status of academic communications, providing useful exploration to enhance the scientific research ability of postgraduate students. In the base of summing up the forms of the internal and external multi-level academic communications,we point out varies of problems existing inall levels. The level and publicity of some academic communications are poor; the postgraduate students' participation is not powerful enough; the guide form supervisors and graduate management are in shortage. These factors are restricting the role of academic communications in training postgraduate's research ability. Therefore,we should take some appropriate improvements. The effect of academic communications in training graduate students' research ability should be enhanced via improvements at various aspects.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) is a tumor suppressor with dual protein and lipid phosphatase activity.PTEN is involved multisystem diseases and cancer, though the mechanisms of PTEN regulation are far from clear.Recent advances concerning regulation of PTEN including protein-protein interaction, phosphorylation, ubiquitination, oxidation and acetylation will be discussed.

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of bronchoscope combined with hot and cold ablation in treatment of benign and malignant tumors in primary tracheal and bronchial. Methods From January 2013 to November 2015, 30 cases of pathological types of primary tracheal / bronchial benign and malignant tumors patients include: 8 cases of hamartoma, 1 case of lipoma, 4 cases of granuloma, 1case of clear cell carcinoma, 7 cases of small cell lung cancer, 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, were treated by using carbon dioxide cryotherapy combined hot ablation under bronchoscope. Then investigated the outcomes. Results 30 patients, 22 males, 8 females, suffered from 1 month to 2 years, underwent surgery bronchoscope interventional treatment under local anesthesia combined with intravenous anesthesia, are taking joint cold ablation technique. All patients airway is completely opened, the lifting of the airway obstruction. Including 19 cases of disposable surgical removal of the lesion; 8 cases of lesions due to wide distribution, 2 times surgery; three cases three times surgery, no serious complications, follow-up without recurrence, blood gas analysis and dyspnea index were significantly improved. Conclusion Bronchoscope cold joint ablation techniques in the treatment of primary tracheal, bronchial benign and malignant tumors is effective, simple, minimally invasive and safe.
9.Side effects of phototherapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2012;14(5):396-400
Blue light has been widely used for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia since the 1950s. Neonatal phototherapy can decrease plasma unconjugated bilirubin level, thus preventing bilirubin encephalopathy, and greatly reduces the exchange transfusion rate. Generally, it is accepted that the side effects of neonatal phototherapy are not serious and seem to be well controlled, however recent research has provided new evidence. The short-term side effects of phototherapy include interference with maternal-infant interaction, imbalance of thermal environment and water loss, electrolyte disturbance, bronze baby syndrome and circadian rhythm disorder. In addition, phototherapy may be associated with some long-term side effects such as melanocytic nevi and skin cancer, allergic diseases, patent ductus arteriosus and retinal damage. Therefore, it is necessary to develop evidence-based guidelines, new light devices and alternative agents, as well as individualized treatments, to minimize the side effects of phototherapy.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2006;22(2):103-105
OBJECTIVEFor reconstruction of secondary orbit-zygomatic deformities after severe malar fracture.
METHODSWe made shaped segments in orbito-zygoma region using lamella osteotomy, rearranged inferior and lateral orbital segment with inner and upper movement, and fixed the zygomatic fragment in new place with lateral and upward movement. Pre and post operative measurements including Hetel measurement and the angle between orbital horizontal level with bilateral tragus linkage(A-OT) have been done.
RESULTSIn our 22 cases list, lateral and inferior orbital segment was moved to upper and inner direction with 8.1 mm in average, while zygomatic fragent was lift 9.2 mm and pushed 1.5 mm in average. In average 6.5 months follow-up, good facial contour were maintained in most of our list and no obvious relapse was occurred.
CONCLUSIONSLamella osteotomy with separated segments movement was benefit to most of secondary deformities in orbito-zygoma displace.
