1.A COMMENT ON THE CONCEPT AND DIAGNOSIS OF MULTIPLE SYSTEM ORGAN FAILURE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Since the emergence of the new syndrome, termed multiple system organ failure (MSOF), about two decades age, it has aroused an outburst of enthusiasm in clinical and experimental studies among many clinicians and investigators both abroad and at home. Nevertheless, it has also created much confusion in the concept as well as the diagnosis of the syndrome, mainly because the present term does not clearly differentiate this syndrome from some other irrelevant clinical conditions, such as senile dysfunction of multiple organs, agonal state etc. As it has been documented to occur almost as a rule after a septic state and also under the intricate interaction of many humoral and cellular mediators, we suggest that the diagnosis of MSOF should at least include two concurrent conditions, i. e. septic response and organ failure.Inasmuch as the present diagnosis of MSOF designates only the terminal state of a series of pat-hophysiological process, namely systemic inflammatory response---sepsis--septic syndrome--MSOF,it is not conducive to an early diagnosis, which is of utmost importance in the prevention and early treatment of this frequently fatal syndrome. In the light of current investigations, we propose that the name of the syndrome be changed to "sepsis and organ dysfunction" or "mediator injury of organs*. Our humble opinion welcomes further comments and discussion.

3.Local Angiogenesis and Neurological Functional Recovery After Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral ischemia activates endogenous angiogenic factors, and increase microvessel density and form new capillaries in ischemic brain tissues.Exogenous angiogenic factors can more effectively promote angiogenesis and the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic regions and peripherial tissues, improving local blood supply and reducing infarct size. The further study of the mechanisms and methods in promoting regional angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia will contribute to improve neurologic deficit.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(12):-
Objective To observe age-dependent feature of damage of hippocampus to different maturational stages rats after kindling repeated seizures. Methods The effects of 5 daily pentylenetetrazol-induced convulsions in different rats beginning at postnatal day 10,20,60(P10,P20,P60)were evaluated. In the 3 groups,Thionin staining method was utilized to observe morphological changes and cell counting of dentate granule cells,CA3,CA1,and hilar neurons.Timm's method of silver sulfide staining was adopted to observe the mossy fiber sprouting. Results 1.Cell counting of CA1,CA3 and hilar neurons in P10 and P20 groups demonstrated no differences from controls in rats, whereas P60 with daily seizures had a significant decrease in CA1,CA3 neurons(8.22?1.88,5.62?1.68 vs 6.31?1.50,3.62?1.40)(t=2.246,2.587 Pa

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
This system is designed to effectively grease stacin, moisture and particde in the com- pressed air through various fictering mater als.In the same machine,it can finish a series of proce- dures such as washing, drying, filling and sealing the ampoules. It not only shorten the production process, reduce contamination links, but also increase the end product rates by 10% whereas de- crease the ampoule loss rates by over 5%.Simple,safe and reliable,it saves time, labour and elec- tric energy.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2017;32(8):780-783
Objective: To study the relationship between blood pressure (BP) rhythm and cognitive function in elder hypertension patients. Methods: Our research included in 2 groups: Hypertension group:n=74 patients≥80 years and Control group, n=36 elder subjects without hypertension. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) was conducted in both groups. According to nocturnal BP reduction rate, Hypertension group was further divided into 4 subgroups as Dipper type BP subgroup, Non-dipper type BP subgroup, Anti-dipper type BP subgroup and Super-dipper type BP subgroup. Cognition function was evaluated by Mini-menta state examination (MMSE) form, MMSE score was compared among different groups and subgroups. Results: By MMSE score, the abilities of orientation, memory, attention, calculation and recall were different between Hypertension group and Control group,P<0.05. By MMSE score, the abilities of orientation and memory were different between Anti-dipper type BP subgroup and Dipper type BP subgroup,P<0.05; the abilities of orientation, memory, attention, calculation and recall were different between Non-dipper type BP subgroup and Dipper type BP subgroup,P<0.05; the memory was different between Super-dipper type BP subgroup and Dipper type BP subgroup,P<0.05. Conclusion: In elderly hypertension patients, compared to those with normal BP rhythm, the abnormal BP rhythm patients had the higher probability to suffer from cognitive dysfunction which was mainly as decreased abilities of orientation, memory, attention, calculation and recall.
