Hemophilia is a common pediatric hereditary bleeding disorder,including hemophilia A (FⅧ deficiency) and hemophilia B (FⅨ deficiency).Children with hemophilia tend to spontaneous bleeding or bleeding after minor injuries or surgery.In this review,we briefly discussed the preoperative diagnosis and classification of hemophilia,dynamic monitoring of FⅧ or FⅨ,dose of clotting factor and duration of treatment and some other perioperative issues when surgery is needed,to guide hemophilia children's surgery and postoperative rehabilitation.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Danchong liniment.METHODS:Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC.The content of Paeonol was determined by HPLC in which Hypersil C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(45∶55)at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:Clear characteristic spots of Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume were noted in TLC identification.The linearity of Paeonol was good in the range of 0.048 2～0.482 0 ?g(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 99.01%(RSD=1.60%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Danchong liniment.

Objective To understand the difference of Demodex prevalence among medical students living and studying together with different classes, sexes and nationalities. \ Methods\ Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis were detected by using cellophane tape on the nasolabial grooves. \ Results\ The overall prevalence was 51\^5% in 2 248 medical students. Prevalence in different classes and sexes was: freshman 42\^6%, sophomore 49\^6% and third year students 66\^8%; 55\^7% in males and 48\^7% in females. Purpose:To investigate the relationship between the expression of NF?B family proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines with chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cell lines. Methods:First, 13 ovarian cancer cell lines were cultured, and then protein was extracted separately from cytoplasm and nucleus. Using Western blotting and MTT chemosensitive testing, the relationship between the expression of NF?B family proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines with chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cell was observed.Results:It was found that the expression of positive rate of P65, P50 and IKB in cytoplasm was 76.9%, 81.8% and 84.6% respectively, and the significant positive expression of P65 and P50 was also found in the nucleus, with a rate of 15.3%, 45.5% respectively. In OV MZ 5 and OV MZ 2774, the expression of P65 was positive and their IC 50 reached a significant value. Conclusions:It was concluded that P50 and P65 affected the growth and development of ovarian cancer cells with the effect of P50 being more obvious. P65 had a close relationship with the chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer cells, and thus P65 could be expected to be a new marker in the observation of prognosis.

AIM: To determine tanshinone Ⅱ_A and salvianolic acid B by HPLC gradient elution. METHODS: HPLC was used with Hypersil-ODS C_(18) column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water 0~20 min(35-90:6510),20-25 min(90-95:10-5),25-30 min(95:5)gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with column temperature at 30 ℃.The UV detection wavelength was at 286 nm in 0-20 min and 270 nm in 20-30 min,respectively. RESULTS: The linear range of tanshinone Ⅱ_A and salvianolic acid B were in the range of 0.014 448-0.096 32(r=0.999 97), and 0.198 6-3.972 ?g(r=0.999 94),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.62%(RSD=2.28%) and 100.58%(RSD=2.5%),respectively.(CONCLUSION:) The method is accurate、sensitive、reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Chaidan Jieyu Granules.

Objective To understand the relationship between Demodex and bacteria infection in rosacea (brandy nose), and to find effective means for the treatment. MethodsCellophane tape was used to detect Demodex on the nasolabial grooves and the face; sebum and tissue on face was scraped and cultured to examine bacteria under microscope. The hospital_made anti_rosacea lotion was used on the affected part two times a day for 7 days. Results It was found that 193 (74^2%) of 260 cases with rosacea were infected by Demodex and 209 (80^4%) of the patients were infected by bacteria. The overall effective rate of the treatment for rosacea was 73^5%. Conclusion Bacteria infection in rosacea is an important factor inducing rosacea. The curative effect of the anti_rosacea lotion is good.
