Objective To investigate nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continued education and analyze its influencing factors. Method One hundred and seventy-nine nurses were enrolled in the survey and the general information questionnaire, education participation scale and continuing education learning satisfaction scale were used in the investigation. Results The average score by nursing education participation scale was (3.26 ± 0.59), and that of continuing education learning satisfaction scale was (2.74 ± 0.48). There were statistically significant differences in age, length of employment, professional title, marital status, employment mode between the scores by the two scales (P < 0.01). Conclusions Nurses′ learning motivation and learning satisfaction with continuing education are in the medium level. Pertinent guidance such as bringing continuing education in depth and width is suggested to improve satisfaction and motivations of nurses.

Objective To report three-year-old twin brothers with speech stunting.Methods The clinical program of twin brothers with speech stunting were reported.Results The development quotient of Neuropsychological Developing Table of 0 to 6 Years-Old Nurselings was 59 for elder brother,and 57 for the younger.PET showed hypogenesis in the frontal lobe.Their linguistic rating showed both speech stunting,and the brain-audition evoked potential and the autistic evaluation(ABC and CARs)were normal.Conclusion The etiology of twin brothers' speech developing disorders is related with heredity,brain development,and speech environment,but the exact cause is being further studied.

Objective To investigate the interactions between melanoma-derived exosomes and the microenvironment.Methods The exosomes were isolated from the culture medium of mouse melanoma cells and then co-cuhured with mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) after identification.Immunofluorescence assay was performed to observe the exosomes engulfed by MSC.CCK-8 and transwell assays were used to evaluate the proliferation and migration of MSC.Effects of the exosomes on the expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in MSC were analyzed by Western blot.Results Co-culture of MSC with melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA.All of the changes mediated by the exosomes could be blocked by using the inhibitor of TGF-β receptor.Conclusion Melanoma cell-derived exosomes enhanced the proliferation and migration of MSC as well as the expression of α-SMA through TGF-β signaling pathway,which provided an advantageous microenvironment for melanoma progression.

Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a linear polysaccharide chain composed of alternating ?-1,4-glucuronic acid(GlcA)and ?-1,3-N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc)moieties.Construction of engineering strain has become the prevailing strategy for increasing yield and improving its quality,especially the molecular weight.Here the molecular mechanism of HA biosynthesis in Streptococcus strains was reviewed,involving fermentation strains,operon structure,crucial enzyme and construction of engineering strains.In addition,the prevalent problems in HA fermentation production were also discussed and the protocols were tentatively put forward for the upcoming research and industrial production.

One of the purposes for the improvement of forages efficient utilization in rumens was to adjust the physiological function of ruminant in Tibet,and to improve the disadvantage influences under the altitude environment.The electrocardiography,rumen electromyography and tension in the rumen were drawn the before and after catgut embedding in the liumai acupuncture point to the Tibet sheep.The result showed that catgut embedding in the liumai acupuncture point could promoted the blood circulation,alleviated the overload of myocardial and remedied the right deviation of heart electrical axis up to 40°.The VPP and RA of rumen were significantly lower and the tension of rumen decreased 1/3 after catgut embedding.The result indicated that it could relaxed the right ventricular hypertrophy,reduced the tension of rumen,improved the function of gastrointestinal tract and blood circulation,ensured sufficient time to digest the forage in rumen.

Objective To investigate the effect and psychological intervention of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in preoperative bowel preparation for gynecologic tumor patients. Methods According to the different drugs,nursing interventions will be January 2015 to March 2017 in third affiliated hospital of Tianjin medical university for surgical treatment of gynecological cancer patients 80 cases groups:control group with routine nursing intervention observation group with mannitol, psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte with intervention;observation of two groups of patients improve psychological status and intestinal cleaning and the incidence of adverse reactions,the strict record related data and make comparative analysis. Results The psychological nursing and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(observation group)intervention in patients with gynecologic tumor significantly,the psychological state of patients with improvement than the control group,the bowel cleaning is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);two patients with adverse reaction rate comparison,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The preparation of intestinal tract tumor patients before gynecologic selection of psychological nursing and intervention effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can significantly improve the psychological state,full bowel cleansing patients with high effective rate,and will not increase the adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To analyze the hospital service scope and source characteristics of patients , to provide reference for hospital medical market expansion .Methods Hospital clinic patients survey information sources were made by descriptive statistics analysis , data processing by using the PEMS3.1 statistical software package.Results of respondents, women accounted for 63.5%, 30.1% men; age: 25 years old -45 years old 298 people accounted for a large proportion of 49.8%; occupation: workers of state -owned enterprises accounted for a relatively large 27.9%;residence: the hospital peripheral resident for more than 55.1%.Conclusion Based on the patient demand for the hospital, we should enhance the level of medical technology , the influence of attention, geographical location factors of hospital, continue to expand mainly around the hospital resident , non resident communities surrounding the city medical service, optimize treatment process, improve service quality, and strive for expanding the share of hospital disease .
