AIM:To establish a method for determining notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside Rg_1 and ginsenoside Rb_1 in Jingkang Capsules(Radix Rehmanniae praeparata,Radix Polygoni multiflori,Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng,etc.). METHODS: A Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase was used for gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 203 mn. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0.327-2.180 ?g for notoginsenoside R_1(r=(0.999 4))(the average recovery was 98.23% with RSD of 1.53%(n=6)),0.909-6.060 ?g for ginsenoside Rg_1(r=1.0)(the average recovery was 99.04% with RSD of 1.00%(n=6)),0.672-4.480 ?g for ginsenoside Rb_1(r=0.999 8)(the average recovery was 98.17% with RSD of 1.31%(n=6)).CONCLUSION: The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Jingkang Capsules.

Objective To explore the effect of the Yu-tone music to reduction of fear emotion. Methods 72 undergraduate students listened to Yu-tone Music or had a rest for ten minutes after elicitation of fear emotion by film clip;and measured from autonomic nerves system include skin conduction,BVP amplitude,heart rate,respiration,finger temperature and self-report subjective experience. Result 1.Compared with silence[(0.96±1.64)1/Ω,(0.85±1.73)min-1,(4.48±43.54)μV,(-5±15.37)min-1],music was associated with a significantly decreased skin resistance,respiration rate,heart rate and myoelectricity after fear emotion[(2.04±2.22)1/Ω,(0.09±1.79)min-1,(8.47±26.24) μV,(1.57±20.88) min-1,P <0.01,P <0.01,P <0.01,P <0.05]; 2.Compared with silence[(-0.37±2.71)μV, (0.13±1.16) ℃ ],music was enlarged BVP amplitude and skin temperature[(-0.53±3.8)μV,(-0.02±0.87)℃],but there was no significant difference( P ＞0.05,P ＞0.05).Conclusion Music advance the restore of negative emotion,and reduce excitability of the sympathetic and improve function of the parasympathetic nervous systems. Simultaneously,music significantly enhance the feelings of happiness as well as quietness of positive emotion.

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of organizational factors with occupational burnout among doctors. Method740 doctors were assessed by CMBI, Job Demands and Decision Latitude scale, Distributive and Procedural Justice scale, Cross-Culture Role Conflict, Ambiguity, and Overload scale, Work Interference With Family and Family Interference With Work scale, Social Support scale. ResultsHierarchical multiple regression indicated that 27.8% variance of doctors' Emotional Exhaustion(EE), 36.8% variance of Depersonalization(Dp), 21.0% variance of Reduced Personal Accomplishment(RPA) were explained by Organizational factors. Work Interference with family, role conflict, work-family conflict, distributive justice and workload can significantly predict EE(Standardized β was 0.204, 0.102, 0.249,-0.109,0.093); Family interference with work, role ambiguity, family support, procedural justice and workload can significantly predict Dp(Standardized β was 0.506,0.192,-0.122,0.105,-0.068); Role ambiguity, family support, job control, work Interference with family and superior support can significantly predict RPA(Standardized β was 0.245,-0.179,-0.172,-0.106,-0.069). ConclusionOrganizational factors have significantly effect on doctor's burnout, especially work-family conflict and role character.

Objective To acquaint the condition of learning burnout of medical students and to explore the relationship of learning burnout with professional commitment and social support. Methods 610 medical students were evaluated with Learning Burnout Scale, professional commitment scale and social support scale. Results ①In general, learning burnout index of medical students was 2.84±0.49; in terms of gender difference, male students [(2.83±0.65) and (3.08±0.61)] were higher than females[(2.70±0.63) and (2.96±0.60)] at the level of emotional turndown and behavioral unsuitableness, the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05); in terms of grades, medical students'learning burnout of different grades was significant( F =4.244,P <0.01); there was no difference in profession. ②Learning burnout was significantly negative correlation with professional commitment and social support( P <0.01). ③Multiple regression analysis showed that affective commitment and family support had significant predications on learning burnout of medical students( P <0.01). Conclusion Medical students'learning burnout level is comparatively high, learning burnout closely relates to professional commitment and social support.

Objective To investigate the coagulation and fibrinolytie system changes in liver cirrhosis (LC) patients with and without portal vein thrombosis (PVT). Method Twenty-six cases of LC with PVT (PVT group) and 61 eases of LC without PVT (control group) were chosen. Platelet(Pt), prothrpmbin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrin (Fib), D-dimer, tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-l) were determined. SPSS 11.5software was used for statistic analysis. Results In PVT group, the average level of D-dimer was (0.97±0.53 ) mg/L,signifieantly higher than that in control group (0.61±0.40) mg/L. No significant difference was found between the two groups in Pt PT, APTT, Fib, t-PA and PAI-1. PT and APTT were progressively prolonged from Child-Pugh grade A to B and then to C. Fib was progressively decreased from Child-Pugh grade A to B and then to C. Decreased Pt and increased t-PA, PAI-1 were found in LC patients, but had no sighifieant difference. Conclusions The changes determined of coagulation and fibrinolytie system in patients with LC are abnormal. The average level of D-dimer is higher in LC patients with PVT than that in LC patients without PVT. D-dimer may be a helpful tool to rule out the presence of an underlying PVT in LC patients.

Objective To discuss the non-antibiotic Chinese medicine therapy for the non-gonococcus conjunctivitis in newborns, and reduce the use of antibiotic and the production of bear-medicine-bacterium. Methods 0.9%-sodium chloride was used as the inoculation fluid, Shuanghuanglian (freezing and drying) was uscd as dissolution injection. Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 1ml: 5mg was added, mixed-fluid 16ml was matched to spray the eyes after ultrasonic-atomization equipment atomizes. Results 56 examples 103 eyes which had the nongonococcus conjunctivitis in newborns were treated only with the injection with the Shuanghuanglian dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection mixed with the fluided ultrasonic-atomization equipment atomizes and the total effectiveness reached 97.08%. Conclusion The Shuanghuanglian-ultrasonic-atomization way to treat non-gonococcal conjunctivitis in the newborns is safe and effective.

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of treating depression with plum-blossom needling.Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into a acupuncture treatment group and a medicinal control group,with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needling, and the control group was treated with oral administration of Citalopram. Results The effective rate in the acupuncture treatment group was 87.5%, which was better than 72.5% in the medicinal control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Plum-blossom needling is better than medicinal control therapy on depression, which is safe and with no side effects.
