1.The Forensic determination of Post-Traumatic Epilepsy in 21 Patients
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2001;17(1):25-27
To evaluate the forensic determination of post cerebral traumatic epilepsy. Methods In 21 patients, traumatic history and previous history were analysied combined with the demonstrations of electroencephalogram(EEG), X-ray, CT and MRI. Results Post-traumatic epilepsy, manily in late stage, usually occurred following serious cerebral trauma. The type of traumatic epilepsy was determined by the traumatic location and extent. Abnormal epileptic wave in scalp EEG and 24h dynamic EEG and medical image examinations were helpful for qualitative analysis. Conclusion The forensic determination of post traumatic epilepsy must be on the basis of traumatic and previous history combined with EEG, CT and MRI analysis.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):43-46
The factors influencing the integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries were divided into objective factor, subjective factor and social factor according to their connotation and significance. Certain measures for their integration were proposed, such as strengthening network construction, perfecting literacy education systems, and carrying out systemic training.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries can improve information service, promote wide application of MOOC and information literacy ed-ucation in academic libraries.
5.Effects of Genistein on Epithelium-Mesenchyme Transition of Alveolar Type Ⅱ Cells
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(10):63-66
Objective To investigate the effects of genistein on the epithelium-mesenchyme transition of alveolar type II cells; To discuss its mechanism of improving pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The activity of genistein with different concentrations and TGF-β1 intervention cells after 72 h were determined by CCK-8 method; epithelial and mesenchymal markers as well as the key regulatory factors in the transformation process were determined by RT-PCR; changes of p38 and JNK signaling pathways were determined by Western blot. Results The A549 cells were transformed into fibroblast phenotype stimulated by TGF-β1 for 72 h; mesenchymal markers increased and endothelial marker decreased. The results of RT-PCR indicated that genistein inhibited this phenomenon in a concentration-dependent manner. The results of Western blot showed that, genistein possibly inhibited the epithelial-mesenchymal transition through inhibiting the phosphorylation of p38 and JNK signaling pathways and its downstream transcription factors. Conclusion Genistein has anti-fibrosis effects through inhibiting A549 cells undergoing epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
6.Relative Bioavailability of 2 Products of Loratadine Tablets in Human Body
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the relative bioavailability between2loratadine tablets(LORAX and LORAS)in human body.METHODS:22healthy male volunteers were enrolled to receive oral single dose(20mg)of either LORAX or LORAS tablets by crossover way, plasma concentrations of loratadine were determined by HPLC and pharmacokinetic param-eters were calculated by3p97program.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of LORAX vs.LORAS were the fol-lowing,t 1/2Ke (3.03?0.98)h vs.(2.65?0.81)h;C max (8.59?6.70)vs.(9.59?8.22)ng/ml;t max (1.08?0.41)h vs.(1.21?0.28)h;AUC (0~t) (27.29?24.54)vs.(27.92?20.64)(ng?h)/ml.The relative bioavailability of LORAX was(100.63?14.27)%.CONCLUSION:2loratadine tablets were bioequivalent.
7.Analysis of international discharge planning guidelines
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;(35):53-56
Objective To provide a theoretical reference for building a discharge planning program suitable for China's national conditions based on a comprehensive content analysis of international discharge planning guidelines. Methods Discharge planning guidelines from 1995 to 2012 which were retrieved from PubMed,NGS (National Guideline Clearinghouse),google were analyzed by 5W1H method. Results A total of 11 discharge planning guidelines were collected from 21 through the full text screening. Conclusions This study shows that discharge planning should focus on patients with their needs as orientation,to provide continuous care through interdisciplinary and interagency coordination and cooperation, and an effective planning should be implemented standardized management and carried out early on admission.
8.Surveillance for Distribution and Resistance Rate of Clinical Strains from Neonatal Sepsis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and resistance rate of clinical isolates from neonatal sepsis in Hubei hospitals.METHODS The antimicrobial susceptibility of clinical isolates from(neonates) blood culture derived from sixteen hospitals in Hubei from 2000 to 2004,was retrospectively analyzed and tested by KirbyBauer(method).RESULTS A total of 1 019 strains were isolated from blood specimens,Gram-positive and Gram(-negative)(bacteria) accounted for 93% and 7% of these isolates, respectively. The main isolates were coagulase(-negative) staphylococci(CNS,79.8%),Enterococcus spp(7.0%),Staphylococcus aureus(SAU4.5%),Klebsiella spp(1.7%),Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(1.2%),and Escherichia coli(0.9%).71.3% CNS and 19.6% SAU were meticillin resistant,46.5% enterococci resistant to ampicillin and almost strains were susceptible to(vancomycin)(except E.gallinarum).ESBLs were detected in isolates of 56% E.coli and 35% K.pneumoniae.S.maltophilia was susceptible to trimethoprim(-sulfamethoxazole) and levofloxacin with resistance rate of 8.3% and 0%.In strains of other Gram-negative rods, resistance rate to imipenem, amikacin and fluoroquinolones were detected between 0% to 15%,and to cephalosporins Ⅰ-Ⅳ were between 20% to 70%.CONCLUSIONS Gram-positive cocci are important pathogens in neonatal sepsis, antimicrobials should be used on the result of(antimicrobial) susceptibility test.It is more important to reduce health care-associated(nosocomial) infections.
9.A MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF CONNECTIONS BETWEEN ENKEPHALIN IMMUNOREACTIVE TERMINALS AND ?-AMINOBUTYRIC ACID IMMUNOREACTIVE NEURONS IN THE ROSTRAL PORTION OF THE NUCLEUS TRACTUS SOLITARIOUS OF THE RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To observe the connections between enkephalin immunoreactive(ENK-ir) terminals and ?-aminobutyric acid immunoreactive(GABA-ir) neurons in the rostral portion of the nucleus tractus solitarious(rNTS) of the rat. Methods Double-immunofluorescent labeling method and the pre-embedding immunohistochemical staining combined with immuno-gold particles labeling technique for electron microscopic detection were used in the present study. Results Under the laser scanning confocal microscope, dense ENK-ir fibers and terminals and some GABA-ir neurons were observed in the rNTS.Close contacts between ENK-ir terminals and GABA-ir cell bodies were also detected.By using the electron microscopic technique,ENK-ir reaction products were found to be mainly localized on the surface of round clear vesicles and dense-cored vesicles in the axon terminals.ENK-ir terminals formed symmetric, which was a dominant pattern, and asymmetric synaptic connections with GABA-ir and immunonegative cell bodies and dendrites. Conclusion The ENK-ir terminals might take part in the transmission and regulation of the taste information in the rNTS through inhibiting, exciting the GABAergic neurons or inhibiting directly the activity of neurons within the rNTS.
