Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on T-lymphocyte subpopulations in rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods 56 rats were randomly divided into three groups the sham group ( n = 8 ),control group( n = 24) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy group( treatment group, n = 24), then the control group and treatment groups were divided into three subgroups of 8 rats each undergoing euthanasia on days 1,3,7 after the acute pancreatitis induction. The CD4+ ,CD8+ subpopulations of T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood were detected respectively at the fist day and each day of the euthanasia. The sham group was used to make sure that the model was successfully induced. After euthanasia the pancrea was examined using electron microscopy. Results In the control group, the CD4+ cells in AP rats was significantly decreased and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ also decreased. After 7days of HBO therapy, compared with the control group, the CD4+ lymphocytes of peripheral blood in the treatment group markedly increased( P <0.01 ). The CD8+ lymphocytes also increased to a certain extent. And the CD4+/CD8+ ratio of peripheral blood was obviously increased(P <0. 01 ). Also more severe pathological changes appeared in the untreated group than in the treatment group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy could improve the oxygen supply in acute panereatitis, regulate T cell immune function.

Objective:To explore the effects of cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction on function of colon mucosa lymphocytes of ulcerative colitis in vitro. Methods: Prepared the rat cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction or Mesalamine. Collected colon mucosa of the 12 healthy ( as normal group ) and 18 ulcerative colitis, then isolated and obtained lymphocytes from these samples. The lymphocytes were divided into pathological group, IL-12 group, cerebrospinal fluid group cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction group, cerebrospinal fluid contained Mesalamine group. After exposing to various treatment, the proliferative capacity was measured by CCK-8,the cell cycle and the ratio of CD4+T was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM), the content of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α was detected by ELISA. The expression of IL-2 were detected by Western blot analysis. Results:Compared the cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction group with the IL-12 group or cerebrospinal fluid group, the proliferative capacity and the percentage of CD4+T was decreased, the cells significantly arrested at G0/G1 phase, the secretory capability of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α were obviously reduced; the expression of IL-2 was also significantly down-regulated. Conclusion:The cerebrospinal fluid contained Sijunzi Decoction could decrease the function of colon mucosa lymphocytes of ulcerative colitis, the mechanism involved in may be Sijunzi Decoction regulating the secretory capability of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α.

After the application of associated data in digital library and in library resources integration was described, the necessity of library resources integration was analyzed, the semantic association process of library resources and the problems of library resources in research on semantic association were studied in terms of system construction, technical implementation and discovery algorithm. The semantic integration of library resources was achieved by de-signing the integration framework, ontology and associated data.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(8):2239-2249
Toll like receptors (TLRs) are the earliest discovered natural immune pattern recognition receptors (PRRs). The abnormality of TLR signal transduction pathway is the key factor leading to chronic inflammatory, cancer, nervous system disease and cardiovascular diseases. The development of TLR agonists and inhibitors has attracted much attention. Currently known TLR2 agonists, such as lipopeptides or their derivatives, have certain limitations in drug development due to their difficult synthesis, easy hydrolysis, and triggering inflammatory cytokine storms, while inhibitors have been rarely reported. New small molecule TLR2 agonists or inhibitors with higher stability are more likely to be developed as tumor immunotherapy or anti-inflammatory drugs.

A commonly used Chinese crude drug Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus has been shown to possess good anticancer activities and related properties such as antioxidation, nitrite scavenging, nitrosamine synthesis blocking and immune enhancement, and has been widely used as an effective auxiliary drug in the treatment of some malignant tumors. This paper systematically reviews the advances in the study of anticancer-related activities of Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus's various components such as raw juice, extracts, saponins, volatile oil, polysaccharides, nitrogen compounds, etc.

Objective To study the association of the expression of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) antagonist gremlin and vascular calcification in radial arteries of patients with stage 5 of chronic kidney disease (CKD).Methods Radial arteries of 40 patients with stage 5 of CKD were collected as specimens of the study group, which were trimmed off during arterial venous fistula operations.Splenic trabecular arteries were collected as specimens of the control group, which were removed from 38 patients with simple traumatic splenic rupture. All the arteries were examined histologically for calcification with yon Kossa stain.Expressions of gremlin and BMP-2,-7were detected by immunohistochemistry and their serum concentrations were detected by ELISA.Images of histological sections were semi-quantitatively analyzed by Image-Pro Plus 6.0.SPSS 19.0software was used to perform statistical analysis. Results Significantly positive von Kossa stain was found in radial arteries from 12 of 40 patients (30%) in study group, which located in the layer of medial smooth muscle cells. However, there was no obvious positive stain in control group.Additionally,in study group, significant expressions of gremlin and BMP-2 were detected in those radial arteries of positive yon Kossa stain, which also located in the layer of medial smooth muscle cells.Positive correlations were found among gremlin expression level,BMP-2 expression level and yon Kossa stain intensity. However, the BMP-7 expression intensity in arteries of study group was much weaker as compared to control group. Conclusions Both gremlin and BMP-2 may be involved in the process that the smooth muscle cells of radial arteries in patients with stage 5 of CKD phenotypically transform into osteoblast-like cells.However,BMP-7 possibly prevents this process.
