Hippocampus is an important structure of neural memory circuit , which plays an important role in learning and memory integration in human and animal .Vision is the most important channel for people to accept information , while the vision system is the most common organ contacting information from outside .The retina as an important part of the visual system , plays a key role in human cognition of the objective world .The study found that many of pathological changes of the body will make the patients cognitive function decline , but molecular mechanism remains unclear .With the research on cognitive dysfunction was penetrated , the link be-tween how VEGF , PKC expression in hippocampus and retinal tissue and cognitive dysfunction was reviewed in this article .

Objective: To construct the supervision index system operated in public hospitals based on artificial neural network, provide references for implementing the supervision of public hospital operation. Methods: To integrate qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, integrate site investigation and mathematical model. Through literature analysis and decide index by expert consultation, collect index data of 118 hospitals, construct the neural network model and calculate the index weight. Results: 7 indexes, such as proportion of medicine income in business income, debt ratio, doctors and nurses ratio and the weights of these indexes are concerned. There is no significant difference between the measure value and actual value by using this index system. Conclusion: The index system given by this analysis has higher reliability and validity.

To investigate the role of fibrinolysis in adhesion formation in the middle ear,40 patients(45 ears) with otitis media with exudation (OME) were randomly divided into 3 groups:Dexamethasone(G1),Batroxobin1BU/ml(G2),and Batroxobin 2BU/ml(G3).The results were assessed by tympanotomy and irigation to compare the efficacy of treatment of batroxobin and dexamethasone.31 patients (33 ears) were analyzed for statistical significance.The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated by qualitative analysis of symptom and the Hearing Threshold of Air conduction of pure tone audiometry (AHT) at frequencies 0 25～2kHz,and by quantitative analysis of AHT.Cure rates of G1,G2,G3 were 41 7%(5/12),54 5%(6/11),70%(7/10) respectively;G3 was higher than G1 and G2( P 0 05). Methods A total of 48 Mongolian gerbils were randomly divided into H. pylori infection and without H. pylori infection groups. Objective To determine the level of defensins(HNP_(1-3))and interleukin-8(IL-8)in colon tissue of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)and to explore the relationship between HNP_(1-3)and IL-8 and the severity of disease.Methods The level of HNP_(1-3)and IL-8 in colon mucosa of UC patients was detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results The levels of HNP_(1-3)and IL-8 in colon mucosa of UC patients were much higher than that of normal controls.The expression of HNP_(1-3)and IL 8 of UC patients was higher in involved mueosa than in corresponding normal mucosa.The expression of HNP_(1-3) and IL-8 was related to the extent of lesion and the degree of disease.The expression of HNP_(1-3)was significantly correlated with that of IL-8(r_s＝0.957,P＜0.01).Conclusions The induction of HNP_(1-3) and IL-8 was involved in process of inflammation and development of UC.Regulating mechanisms of HNP_(1-3)expression might be related with the induction of IL-8.

Objective To investigate the aassociation of a microRNA-137 (miR-137) polymorphism, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs1625579, with neurocognitive function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 250 patients with schizophrenia were included in this study. The positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate patients. The brief assessment of cognition in schizophrenia (BACS) scale was used to determine neurocongnitive functions in patients. Blood samples of patients were collected, and SNaPshot technique was used to compare the neurocognitive functions of different genotypes of rs1625579. Results The genotypes of TT, GT and GG were 221 (88.4%), 28 (11.2%) and 1(0.4%). There was no significant difference in PANSS score between TT genotype carriers and G allele (GG+GT) carriers. The detection of BACS showed that the digit sequencing score was significantly lower in patients with TT genotype than that of G allele (GG+GT) carrier ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences in other scores of BACS evaluation between two groups of patients. Conclusion The miR-137 polymorphism influences the working memory performance of schizophrenic patients in Chinese Han population.

Objective: To investigate the gravity center and spatial clustering of silicosis in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide the reference for improving silicosis prevention and control measures. Methods: Data on cases of silicosis in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022 was collected from the National Occupational Disease and Health Risk Factors Monitoring Information System. The spatial and temporal characteristics of silicosis incidence in Zhejiang Province were analyzed using the gravity center migration and spatial autocorrelation analysis. Results: Totally 2 902 silicosis cases were reported in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022. The reported cases in 2013, 2019 and 2014 ranked the top three, with 545 (18.78%), 373 (12.85%) and 372 (12.82%) cases, respectively. The silicosis cases were predominantly males, accounting for 99.04% (2 874 cases). The main occupation was mining and related industries, accounting for 50.41% (1 463 cases). Gravity migration analysis showed that the gravity center of silicosis incidence was in Shengzhou City in 2013; from 2014 to 2018, it migrated to the southwest, and was located in Dongyang City and Yiwu City; from 2019 to 2020, it migrated to the southeast, and was located in Xianju County and Tiantai County; then from 2021 to 2022, it migrated to the west, and was located in Pan'an County and Xianju County. Spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that there was spatial correlation of silicosis incidence in 2014, 2016, and 2021 (all Moran's I >0, all P<0.05). Ningbo City, Quzhou City, Wenzhou City and Taizhou City were high-high clustering sites. Conclusions The gravity center of silicosis incidence in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022 had a slight migration, and mainly gathered in the central regions. The high-high clustering sites were migrated from Ningbo City and Quzhou City to Taizhou City.
