[Objective] To discuss the nursing to the common complications in perioperational period of lung cancer treated with ultrasonic guidance transdermal radiofrequency ablation(RFA). [Method] 12 cases of peripheral lung cancer treated with ultrasonic guidance transdermal RFA, took active mental nursing, closely cooperated in operation, strictly observed the disease condition after operation, had good nursing of perioperational period, and were strengthened on observation of complications and prevention. [Result] 12 cases had smooth operation, part of them had pain at puncture spot, fever, little aerothorax and hydrops, with blood in sputum at cough, and were relieved timely with active observation and clinical nursing, without other severe complications, final y they were discharged from hospital upon recovery, without death in perioperational period. [Conclusion] The ultrasonic guidance RFA is a safe and effective method to treat peripheral lung cancer with little invasion; the nursing point is to closely observe disease condition before and after operation, and do wel general nursing.

The practice of catastrophic disease insurance in China is an important attempt to decentralize administration and build a service-oriented government.Under the developing model of governmental service purchase, an efficient supervision is the key part of ensuring and upgrading the effectiveness of catastrophic disease insurance system.Starting from theoretical analysis on the service outsourcing of the operating mechanism and its features, this paper discusses the legal attributes and supervision responsibilities of catastrophic disease insurance in China, and then explores the main problems of the current regulation system in view of regulatory responsibilities, supervisory subjects, as well as supervision contents, methods and means, etc.For these problems, it's urgent to re-draw a definite boundary of government responsibilities for the system, determine the supervisory subject as human resources and social security departments, and develop unified standards at provincial level for the bidding process.It's also necessary to establish a scientific performance evaluation system, promote multi-sector joint supervision among different government sectors involved, practice information sharing and means of digital regulation, in order to achieve efficient supervision of catastrophic disease insurance in China.

The standardized resident training is an important and necessary way to cultivate high-quality medical talents.The goals between clinical and imaging residents in standardized training of ultrasound department are different.For clinical residents,the purpose is to understand the ultrasound images of various common diseases,combine clinical manifestation with ultrasound images,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.For imaging residents,the goal is much higher and stricter;they need to master solid ultrasonic knowledge,independent operational and diagnostic ability,in order to provide reliable and accurate ultrasonic diagnosis.We individually design the teaching plan and methods in ultrasound department,in order to improve teaching efficiency and quality.

Objective To make a comparative study of the two intelligent Pubmed-based retrieval tools,Gopubmed and Pubmedpro.Methods We took lung cancer literatures as an example in this article,probed into the difference between these two tools in several aspects including retrieval tech niques,browse,boolean retrieval,statistical analysis items,statistical analysis accuracy,access and retrieval speed.Results Gopubmed and Pubmedpro shared the similar retrieval techniques,but the latter had more browse,boolean retrieval and statistical analysis functions,and had better analysis accuracy,easier access and faster retrieval speed.Conclusion Pubmedpro had advantages over Gopubmed in general.

The key policy for the Chinese governments to support the health insurance development has been to provide high percentage of premium subsidies in the 1 . 1 billion Yuan insured for the two of the basic medical insur-ance systems. According to the current policy, governments should share the responsibility of several hundreds of bil-lions Yuan of subsidies per year. However, because of the indistinct of the responsibility between governments at all levels and the shortage of systematic and long-term duty share mechanism, the current system has been directly affect-ing the fairer and more sustainable health insurance system development. Concerning these issues, this paper primari-ly thought about the contributory principle of subsides after analyzing the present situation and the main problems. Therefore, taking the three factors including disposable income per capita, consumption expenditure per capita and fi-nancial revenue per capita into account, it provides a“5 steps approach” about the contribution of the central govern-ment fiscal subsides using entropy evaluation method, and suggests a proposed program on the governments contribu-tion liability at the provincial or decentralized level based on the “fiscal subsides index”. Thoughts and conclusions drawn from this paper have a significant meaning into the establishment of a fairer and more sustainable financial sup-port mechanism for the basic medical insurance.

Thyroid cancer is the most prevalent cancer of endocrine tumors. Its correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis play very important roles in its treatment and prognosis. Ultrasonography, as its powerful tool, is clinically widely used. This article made a review about its main diagnostic methods, including conventional ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastography, in order to relfect their panorama.

Objective To observe and study the variation ofinterleukin (IL),trace elements and adhesion molecule in allergic rhinitis patients.Methods Forty-seven allergic rhinitis patients who were diagnosed from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected as observation group.Among the total,intermittence was 27 patients,continuity was 20 patients,mild was 15 patients,moderate was 19 patients,severe was 13 patients.Forty-seven healthy person at the same time were selected as control group.The level of IL,trace elements and adhesion molecule in two groups were compared,and all the indexes of observation group with different types and severity were compared too.Results The level of IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-10,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM)-1,soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule (sVCAM)-1,soluble P-selectin (sP-selectin),soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [(28.97 ± 3.27) ng/L vs.(4.35 ± 0.65) ng/L,(17.46 ± 2.15) ng/L vs.(2.71 ± 0.34)ng/L,(10.39 ± 1.28) ng/L vs.(5.96 ± 0.94) ng/L,(31.36 ± 3.44) ng/L vs.(5.53 ± 0.76) ng/L,(483.72 ± 39.25) μ g/L vs.(319.65 ± 29.86) μ g/L,(516.85 ± 50.27) μ g/L vs.(327.46 ± 31.53)μg/L,(12.58 ± 1.36) μg/Lvs.(3.43±0.76) μg/L,(31.34 ±2.84) μg/L vs.(10.22± 1.52)lμg/L] (P＜0.05).The level of serum Zn in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group[(7.14 ±1.35) μ mol/L vs.(16.83 ± 1.71) μ mol/L] (P ＜ 0.05).The level of serum Cu and Mn in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [(23.24 ± 2.79) μ mol/L vs.(13.15 ± 2.08) μ mol/L,(4.13 ± 0.27) μ mol/L vs.(2.24 ± 0.19) μ mol/L] (P ＜ 0.05).In observation group,the change of above indexes in continuity and severe patients had significant difference compared with intermittence and mild,moderate patients (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The change of IL,trace elements and adhesion molecule in allergic rhinitis patients are obviously,and among different types and degrees,the change are obviously too.So,these indexes can be the important basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The rapid development of MOOC is both an opportunity and a challenge for the higher education in our country .The information literacy of college and university teachers plays an important role in the success implemen-tation of MOOC.The development and characteristics of MOOC were described, the problems existed in information literacy of college and university teachers under MOOC environment were analyzed with strategies put forward for improving the information literacy of college and university teachers from the aspects of ideological concept , training methods, assessment criteria, and information environment .

Objective To explore the expression of the mRNA level of Fas (CD95) ligand/FasL and Fas-associated phosphatase-1/FAP-1 in acute myeloid leukemia. Methods The expression of FasL and FAP-1 were detected in 54 patients with AML and 10 normal subjects by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). β-actin used as internal reference. The changes of FasL was observed after induction chemotherapy in 16 AML patients. The expression of Fas was detected in 54 patients with AML by flow cytometry. Results The mRNA levels of FasL and in 54 patients were remarkably higher(P <0.05) than the normal controls. The rates of first complete remission(CR) were significantly higher in FasL(+) (77.78 %) than in FasL(-) cases(16.67 %) (P<0.01). The FasL level declined in 10 patients with good response to therapy (P<0.01), and high level in 6 nonresponding patients with poor response (P>0.05). The mRNA levels of FAP-1 in 54 patients was remarkly higher than that of the normal control. 8/29 cases in Fas-positive group were positive for FAP-1 mRNA expression. 19/25 cases in the Fas-refractory group didn't express FAP-1 mRNA. Conclusion The expression of FasL was high in AML. The rates of complete remission were high in FasL positive cases. The FasL level declined in patients with good response to therapy. The expression of FAP-1was partly expressed in AML. The expression of FAP-1 was less in Fas positive group.
