1.Study on space distribution of rabbit P3a potential
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(10):47-48
Objective To investigate possible nerological origination of rabbit P3a potential. Method we simultaneously recorded the ERPs at dura and various depths beneath the skull in a point of rabbit skull, similarly did some in different points of rabbit skull. Result In the Brodmann 25 and 32 areas(AcgI), the polarity of P3a to those at dura was markedly reverse and the reverse rate of P3a(81.3%) was significantly higher than other locations, the P3a without polarity reversal showed steep voltage gradient. There was an increasing trend of the P3a reversal and moderate voltage gradient nearby the AcgI, but not other regions. Conclusion Rabbit P3a potential possibly originate from the AcgI acea.

4.Prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm with free radical scavengers after subarachnoid hemorrhage
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(10):782-786
Cerebral vasospasm is a common complication after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and its pathophysiological mechanism is poorly understood. A growing body of research suggests that free radicals play an important role in inducing cerebral vasospasm. In recent years, the research about free radical scavengers in the prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage is continuing to increase, This article reviews the roles of many types of free radical scavengers in the prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
5.Progress in tumor combination treatment of chemotherapy and immunotherapy
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(5):351-354
Methods involved in the treatment of malignant tumor are surgical therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Although some effects have been showed in tumor therapy, the limits of single use of those methods can not be avoided. Therefore, combined therapy has been pursued in order to achieve better results. The effects of those combined methods such as chemotherapy combined with cytokine, chemotherapy combined with tumor vaccine, chemotherapy combined with adjuvants have been approved both experimentally and clinically. These results, in some extent, will provide us a new way to fight against tumor.
6.Fractalkine and its receptor CX3 CR1 and cerebrovascular diseases
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2010;18(2):142-145
Fractalkine is a new member of chemokine family, which exists in membrane-boundd form and soluble form. It has both adhesion molecular and chemokine activities. CX3 CR1 is its specific receptor. Both of them were expressed in many diseases of the nervous system. At present, fractalkine and its receptor CX3CR1 polymorphism and the research of cerebrovascular diseases mainly involve in the risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and bone marrow stem cell transplantion, which are expected to become a new target for clinical treatment.
7.Automatic segmentation for cryo-electron micrograph image based on wavelet transformation and difference of Gaussian
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(48):9479-9482
Segmentation of cryo-electron micrograph (Cryo-EM) image is crucial to identification of macromolecular particles. In this paper, the features of Cryo-EM image are discussed and a new automatic segmentation algorithm for Cryo-EM image based on wavelet transformation and difference of Gaussian (DoG) is also provided. This method uses wavelet decomposition to do the multi-resolution analysis, which can depress noise and enhance contrast. After DoG image is segmented by using OTSU method, main edges are selected by the combination of gray and grads information. Experiment results show that the algorithm has good result.

9.Infection results analysis of immunofluorescence method detection of RSV
China Medical Equipment 2015;(3):70-72,73
Objective:To analyze the infection results of The immunofluorescence detection of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in huazhou region from 2009 to 2010.Methods: The N gene sequence of RSV was taken as a reference to design specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probe and to establish real-time The immunofluorescence method to detect sensitivity and specificity.21548 swab samples of children with acute respiratory infections in huazhou region from 2009 to 2010 were tested with real-time fluorescence. The immunofluorescence method. Results: The specificity and sensitivity of real-time fluorescence. The immunofluorescence method for detection of RSV infection were higher, without cross-reactivity to other respiratory viruses.10,477 cases of clinical specimens in 2009 were detected, with positive RSV infection rate of 9.73%, by real-time The immunofluorescence method detection. Positive detection rate of RSV infection had two peaks, which lied in February and December; the positive rate was 11% and 11% respectively. RSV infection rate was the highest for children under 6 years old. Conclusion: Real-time fluorescence features convenient detection, high specificity, and high sensitivity, which can be used for clinical detection of RSV infection. From 2009 to 2010, RSV infection remains a major pathogen of acute respiratory infections in children in huazhou region.

Wen WU ; Zongyao WU ;
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the generative and regulatory effects of AchMR on P 3a and its mechanism in different subregions of rabbit cingulate gyrus. Methods Event related potentials(ERPs) P 3a potentials in Normal, AcgI, AcgⅡand Pcg regions were recorded after microinfusion of 0.5 mmol/L scopolamine at three different time points(instantly, at the 15th minute and at the 30th minute), 2 mmol/L acetylcholine and 1 mmol/L scopolamine. Results The P 3a amplitude decreased and/or P 3a latency increased with scopolamine in time and dose dependent pattern in AcgⅠ, AcgⅡ and Pcg, and P 3a might disappear only in AcgⅠ and the P 3a again be recorded after microinfusion of acetylcholine in AcgⅠ. Conclusion The action of AchMR in AcgⅠ area markedly affects the generation and/or regulation of P 3a and confirms the AcgⅠ is the source of rabbit P 3a potential. The action of neurons in AcgⅠ might facilitate the P 3a potential.
