1.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
2.Looking for the ideal insulin regimens for Chinese T2DM patients——Clinical application and research advance of high-ratio premix insulin analogues
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(3):285-288
Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.
3.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis: controversies and facts
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(1):89-92
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.

7.Experience of surgical treatment on the Pilon fracture of 20 cases
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(6):395-397
Objective To study the surgical methods and surgical timing on Pilon fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis in accordance with fractures types and soft tissue damage degrees using different methods of internal fixation surgery for 20 eases of Pilon fractures. Results Clinical observation of all cases averaged 18 mouths, all bone healing,Ruediand-Allgawer Ⅰ type had a good rate of 100%,Ⅱ -type 80%,Ⅲ type 67%.Conclusions According to patient's age, general condition, fracture and articular surface of cartilage, the degree of soft tissue injury of different factors,we should select the appropriate surgical meth-ods and surgical timing for Pilon fractures to obtain a satisfactory outcome.
8.Scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis after total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(18):11-13
Objective To present the experience with scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis to decrease the anastomotic leak. Methods An analysis of the clinical outcome of 86 consecutive patients from January 2000 to October 2008 who underwent scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis after total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Results Two of these patients died, the operative mortality rate was 2.3%. Eighty-four survivals were followed up for 2-95(44±3) months. None of the survivals developed anastomotic leak and reflux esophagitis. Anastomotic strictures occurred in 4 patients (4.8%) treated before December 2004, and transgastroscopy dilatation was effective treatment. There was no anastomotic stricture developed after surgical technology improved. Conclusion The new scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis has more advantages to reduce anastomotic complications and total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma, is safe and effective.
9.Comparison of skin prick test and skin press test in detecting allergen
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(11):22-23
Objective To observe the tolerance and positive reaction of skin prick test and skin press test in patients with anaphylactic disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with allergic asthma, rhinitis and other anaphylactic disease were tested by the two tests with specific allergens simultaneously and patients discomfort and scare degree was evaluated, the detection results of specific allergens by the two tests were al-so compared. The results underwent statistical description andχ2 test. Results The difference of the posi-tive rates of allergens between two tests had no significance. Most patients were willing to accept skin press test. Conclusions The results of two tests were similar. But patients receiving skin press test suffer little pain and less fear and are easy to accept the test. So skin press test can substitute for skin prick test in clinical practice.
10.Dynamic distribution of foot pressure when undergraduates jog
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(46):9109-9112
BAcKGROUND:The specific research on the interaction between feet and ground when jogging, plays an important role for a deeper understanding of the basic laws of human motion.OBJECTIVE:To test dynamic foot pressure distribution during jogging of 64 undergraduates.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A single sample design, the experiment was carried out in Tianjin Normal University Sports Institute in March 2009.PARTICIPANTS:A total of 68 male collego students, without history of foot traumatic or deformities and with normal ankle joint, were involved in this study.METHODS:Totally 68 university students were analyzed by the Footacan USB2 system(RSscan,Belgium)when jogging atnormal gait(5m/s).Dynamic foot pressure was determined three times.Analysis of foot pressure distribution system could gain a complete gait cycle of foot pressure distribution, data acquisition and analysis software used footscan SOFTWARE7.0,foot process of analysis was divided into 10 regions:the first phalange, the second to the fifth phalanges, the first metatarsal, the second metatarsal, the third metatarsal, the fourth metatarsal, the fifth metatarsal, arch, medial heel and lateral heel.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Foot pressure, intensity of pressure, force interval and impulse when jogging.RESULTS:The foot stress-time curve showed a single peak;foot maximum pressure located at the second metatarsal, the site of impulse descending order was the third metatarsal.the first metatarsal, heel, the first phalange, the fourth metatarsal, the fifth metatarsal, the second to the fifth phalange, arch;the distribution of both feet was similar. The pressure of right foot in the second metatarsal, the first metatarsal and the first phalange was significantly greater than the left foot; The contact phases of the full foot and deport from ground occupied 90% of support time, the pressure center was densely in the middle of half sole, the fore intarval of sole was long. The contact time of right foot was significantly larger than left foot. The biggest impulse was the site of the second metatarsal, the order from great to small was the first metatarsal, the third metatarsal, the first phalange, heel, the fourth metatarsal, arch.the second to the fifth phalange, the fifth metatarsal;the distribution of both feet was similar. The impulse of right foot was greater than left foot, while the impulse of the second metatarsal, the first metatarsal and the first phalange were greater than left foot, the difference had statistical significance.CONCLUSI0N:The largest pressure part is the second metatarsal when jogging, the pressure center in the foot locates in the middle of half sole, and the largest impulse is the second metatarsal, most of the impulse focus on the front end of the first to the third metatarsals of the half sole.It is indicated that the middle part of the footpad would be injured easily when jogging,so we should pay attention to the selection of shoes when exercising.
