1.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
2.Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis: controversies and facts
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2021;54(1):89-92
Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic recurrent atopic constitution-associated inflammatory skin disease mainly characterized by eczematous lesions and itching. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear, and there are many controversies about its origin, definition, clinical phenotypes and diagnostic criteria. This review analyzes and discusses these controversies in order to provide a meaningful reference for the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.
3.Looking for the ideal insulin regimens for Chinese T2DM patients——Clinical application and research advance of high-ratio premix insulin analogues
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2017;25(3):285-288
Postprandial hyperglycemia is one of the characteristics of glucose profiles in Chinese T2DM patients. High-ratio premix insulin analogues with advantages of excellent pharmacokinetic characteristics and flexible and convenient administration provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese T2DM patients to effectively control postprandial glucose and reduce blood glucose fluctuation. This paper is a literature review on its clinical evidence and experience.

7.Evaluation of the application effect of nursing intervention on patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by hepatocirrhosis
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(18):7-8
objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect and evaluate the value of the intervention measures by giving nursing intervention to patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by hepatocirrhosis. Methods The research object were 100 patients with liver ciirhosis complicated with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by hepatocirrhosis from June 2009 to June 2011.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measuress, including admission instruction and health education, based on this, the observation group was given nursing intervention measures, its main measuress including; psychological counseling intervention, behavioral therapy intervention and other comprehensive intervention methods. The nursing effect and incidenee of complications were analyzed between two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate was 98% in the observation group, higher than 80% of the control group. The incidence rates of recurrent hemorrhage.,mortality, constipation, hepatic encephalopathy of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusions Patients with upper digestive tract bleeding caused by hepatecirrhosis showed various clinical symptoms due to many reasons.Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients improve the treatment effects, and help them recover soon.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
8.Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pulmonary function and depressive mood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(27):9-11
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on lung function and depressive mood of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression, and summarize the effective care of the disease,in order to achieve better efficacy in clinical care and treatment in the future. Methods 58 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression in our hospital were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the routine care group and the integrated care intervention group with 29 patients in each group. The routine care group received conventional care, and the integrated care intervention group was given comprehensive care according to the patients'individualized condition and psychological intervention on the basis of conventional care. The patients' lung function and severity of depression 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared. Results In the integrated care intervention group, the lung function 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantlybetter than the routine care group, the degree of depression was significantly slighter than routine care group. The effective rote of treatment was higher than the routine care group. Conclusions The efficacy of integrated care intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression was significant,it can improve the lung function and depression state of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
9.The effect of PARP in heart ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;14(8):1034-1037
Objective To investigate the effect of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) in heart ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Methods Forty - eight rats were divided into 4 groups randomly.3,4 -dihydro-5- [ 4- ( 1 -piperidinyl) butoxy ] - 1 ( 2H ) - isoquinolinone ( DPQ ),an inhibitor of PARP,was used to inhibit the expression of PARP in rat's heart. The expression of PARP,heart infarct size, heart function, and apoptosis of the cardiomyocytes were detected of different groups of the rats. Results The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Mter DPQ was used, the expression of PARP decreased significantly(5.04 ± 1.25 vs 2.33 ± 0.65,t =1.35,P < 0.05 ) ; inhibition of the expression of PARP improved the cardiac function; inhibition of the expression of PARP decreased cells apoptosis from (34 ± 6.2) % to (323 ± 3.8) % ( t =2.25,P < 0.05).Conclusions The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Inhibition of the expression of PARP could protect the heart from I/R injury.
10.Scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis after total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(18):11-13
Objective To present the experience with scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis to decrease the anastomotic leak. Methods An analysis of the clinical outcome of 86 consecutive patients from January 2000 to October 2008 who underwent scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis after total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Results Two of these patients died, the operative mortality rate was 2.3%. Eighty-four survivals were followed up for 2-95(44±3) months. None of the survivals developed anastomotic leak and reflux esophagitis. Anastomotic strictures occurred in 4 patients (4.8%) treated before December 2004, and transgastroscopy dilatation was effective treatment. There was no anastomotic stricture developed after surgical technology improved. Conclusion The new scarf-liking esophagojejunal anastomosis has more advantages to reduce anastomotic complications and total gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma, is safe and effective.
