Building a digitized and customer-oriented hospital customer service system is conducive to better service at the hospital.Such a system is an open customer service and management system,comprising digitized customer relation management and service platform,digital intelligent IVR customer service system,video interaction service system for hospital wards,IOT-based health management and service system,and 3G-based seamless pre-hospital and post-hospital green emergency rescue system,as well as other customer service systems including the outpatient auto-calling,self-service,information release,payment management,and IOT-based customer management system.By means of thorough customer analysis,automatic service trigger-off mechanism and considerate customer service,digitized hospital customer service system realized value of the hospital while providing the customers with valuable services.

The widespread application of adjuvant therapy has shown clear benefits in the treatment of operable breast cancer. It is essential for the clinicians to select appropriate adjuvant regimens for this heterogeneous group of patients. Recent data from clinical trials evaluating the utility of adjuvant therapy were reviewed.

With the improvement of the multi-parameter and high throughput technology,FCM has expanded its clinical application from cellular phenotying to other areas,such as protein function analysis,fine needle aspiration,cerebrospinal fluid determination,circulating tumor cell detection as well as clinical microbiology.Currently,lack of standards for the sample processing,equipment adjustment and data analysis remains the main obstacle for routine application of FCM.Therefore,it is recommended to establish consensus standard operation procedures as well as shared FCM platform regionally to provide better service of FCM in clinical laboratory.

Breast milk is the best food for the newborn.The effect in the development and growth of the neonate is irreplaceable.There are many hormones in the breast milk,including insulin,leptin and thyroxine.The quantity of thyroxine is low and is related to the methods of the mensuration and the duration of the lactation.Breast milk thyroxine may mitigate the transient hypothyroxinaemia of preterm and delay the infants' hypothyroidism.
