Building a digitized and customer-oriented hospital customer service system is conducive to better service at the hospital.Such a system is an open customer service and management system,comprising digitized customer relation management and service platform,digital intelligent IVR customer service system,video interaction service system for hospital wards,IOT-based health management and service system,and 3G-based seamless pre-hospital and post-hospital green emergency rescue system,as well as other customer service systems including the outpatient auto-calling,self-service,information release,payment management,and IOT-based customer management system.By means of thorough customer analysis,automatic service trigger-off mechanism and considerate customer service,digitized hospital customer service system realized value of the hospital while providing the customers with valuable services.

The widespread application of adjuvant therapy has shown clear benefits in the treatment of operable breast cancer. The survey of a large-scale water iodine had been carried out in the 1980 s in China,and the map of iodine content in drinking water of China was drawn.Endemic goitre was prevalent in all the provinces of China except Shanghai.It was found in the surveillances of 2002 and 2011 that the people's iodine nutrition level was enhanced in the areas of media water iodine 50-＜ 100 μg/L,pregnant and breastfeeding women's iodine nutrition level was appropriate,but the children's had reached or closed to excess.The areas of median water iodine 50 ～ ＜ 100 μg/L may be considered as adequate iodine areas preliminarily,at the same time the people's iodine nutrition level also need to be considered.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of triple needling at muscle insertions plus moxibustion in treating acute carpometacarpal joint injury. Method Forty patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture and medication groups, 20 cases each. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment. Result The total efficacy rate and the cure rate were 100.0%and 80.0%, respectively, in the acupuncture group and 90.0% and 50.0%, respectively, in the medication group. There were statistically significant differences in the total efficacy rate and the cure rate between the two groups (P<0.01). The VAS score decreased significantly in both groups of patients after treatment compared with before (P<0.01). The post-treatment VAS score was lower in the acupuncture group than in the medication group (P<0.01). Cooney wrist joint score increased in both groups after treatment compared with before (P<0.01). The post-treatment Cooney score was higher in the acupuncture group than in the medication group (P<0.01). Conclusion Triple needling at muscle insertions plus moxibustion has clinically a marked therapeutic effect on acute carpometacarpal joint injury.
