Building a digitized and customer-oriented hospital customer service system is conducive to better service at the hospital.Such a system is an open customer service and management system,comprising digitized customer relation management and service platform,digital intelligent IVR customer service system,video interaction service system for hospital wards,IOT-based health management and service system,and 3G-based seamless pre-hospital and post-hospital green emergency rescue system,as well as other customer service systems including the outpatient auto-calling,self-service,information release,payment management,and IOT-based customer management system.By means of thorough customer analysis,automatic service trigger-off mechanism and considerate customer service,digitized hospital customer service system realized value of the hospital while providing the customers with valuable services.

The widespread application of adjuvant therapy has shown clear benefits in the treatment of operable breast cancer. It is essential for the clinicians to select appropriate adjuvant regimens for this heterogeneous group of patients. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumor with increasing incidence worldwid.Most of patients with HCC are diagnosed at a late stage.Threrfore,the prognosis of HCC patients is generally poor with a 5-year survival rate of 20% if withoutoperration. Screening strategies including α-fetoprotein (AFP) and ultrasound every 6 months in patients with liver cirrhosis,the major risk factor for HCC development, have been recommended to detect HCC at earlier stages amenable to effective treatment strateges.AFP, however,is a marker with poor sensitivity and specificity and the ultrasound is highly dependent on the operator's experience.Apart from AFP, lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive AFP and des-gamma carbexyprothrombin and several other biomarkers(e.g., glypican-3,human hepatocyte growth factor,and insulin-like growth factor) have been proposed as markers for HCC detection.In addition,with recently employed techniques,such as gene-expressing microarrays and proteomics,it is to be expected that new HCC-specific markers will become available in the near future.For all such proposed markers,however,the clinical usefulness has to be carefully evaluated and validated.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with Nimodipine on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups(control group and treatment group),the control group was given Nimodipine on the basis of regular treatment,and the treatment group was given Ginkgo biloba extract combined with Nimodipine on the basis of regular treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (x2 =3.62,P ＜0.05),improvement of neurological deficit was better than that of the control group (t =2.57,5.32,all P ＜ 0.05),Plasma TC and TG levels were significantly lower than that of the control group(t =4.23,6.43,all P ＜ 0.05).During treatment,patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract and Nimodipine have synergistic effects,the two combined treatment of acute cerebral infarction have significantly effects,which is safe and reliable.
