2.Perioperative treatment for children with hemophilia

Hemophilia is a common pediatric hereditary bleeding disorder,including hemophilia A (FⅧ deficiency) and hemophilia B (FⅨ deficiency).Children with hemophilia tend to spontaneous bleeding or bleeding after minor injuries or surgery.In this review,we briefly discussed the preoperative diagnosis and classification of hemophilia,dynamic monitoring of FⅧ or FⅨ,dose of clotting factor and duration of treatment and some other perioperative issues when surgery is needed,to guide hemophilia children's surgery and postoperative rehabilitation.

4.Quality Standard of Danchong Liniment

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Danchong liniment.METHODS:Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC.The content of Paeonol was determined by HPLC in which Hypersil C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(45∶55)at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:Clear characteristic spots of Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume were noted in TLC identification.The linearity of Paeonol was good in the range of 0.048 2~0.482 0 ?g(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 99.01%(RSD=1.60%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Danchong liniment.
5.Effect of NF?B family proteins on growth and drug-resistance of human ovarian cancer cell lines

Purpose:To investigate the relationship between the expression of NF?B family proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines with chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cell lines. Methods:First, 13 ovarian cancer cell lines were cultured, and then protein was extracted separately from cytoplasm and nucleus. Using Western blotting and MTT chemosensitive testing, the relationship between the expression of NF?B family proteins in ovarian cancer cell lines with chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cell was observed.Results:It was found that the expression of positive rate of P65, P50 and IKB in cytoplasm was 76.9%, 81.8% and 84.6% respectively, and the significant positive expression of P65 and P50 was also found in the nucleus, with a rate of 15.3%, 45.5% respectively. In OV MZ 5 and OV MZ 2774, the expression of P65 was positive and their IC 50 reached a significant value. Conclusions:It was concluded that P50 and P65 affected the growth and development of ovarian cancer cells with the effect of P50 being more obvious. P65 had a close relationship with the chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer cells, and thus P65 could be expected to be a new marker in the observation of prognosis.
6.Investigation on the Prevalence of Human Demodex Among 2 248 Medical Students in Inner Mongolia

Objective To understand the difference of Demodex prevalence among medical students living and studying together with different classes, sexes and nationalities. \ Methods\ Demodex folliculorum and Demodex brevis were detected by using cellophane tape on the nasolabial grooves. \ Results\ The overall prevalence was 51\^5% in 2 248 medical students. Prevalence in different classes and sexes was: freshman 42\^6%, sophomore 49\^6% and third year students 66\^8%; 55\^7% in males and 48\^7% in females.
