1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.

5.The application value of CT and MRI on children’s vein of Galen malformation
Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(1):103-106
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of CT and MRI on the children’s vein of Galen malformation (VGAM).Methods CT and MRI images of 10 children cases with VGAM were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT and MRI find-ings:10 cases with dilatation of the vein of Galen,8 cases with straight sinus dilation,6 cases with dilation of confluence sinus, and 6 cases with other sinus dilatation.Blood supply vessels:basilar artery in 6 cases, posterior cerebral artery in 2 cases, anterior cerebral artery in 1 case and other vascular in 1 case.Complications:bleeding in 4 cases, thrombosis in 2 cases, and calcification in 2 cases. Conclusion CT and MRI can confirm the diagnosis of children’s VGAM,and abnormal blood-supply vessels.CT has advantages of observation of calcifications, and MRI has advantages of observation of hemorrhage and thrombosis.
6.Construction of rat models of recurrent aphthous ulcer and the intervention of baicalin
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(40):6504-6508
BACKGROUND:Extracelular matrix degradation and remodeling is the common pathway of a variety of pathological and physiological processes, and is invovled in the pathogenesis of a variety of oral diseases. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the role of extracelular matrix remodeling folowing celular apoptosis in recurrent aphthous ulcer and the therapeutic effect of baicalin, so as to provide references for new drug development and clinical treatment. METHODS: Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: control, recurrent aphthous ulcer model, low-dose baicalin and high-dose baicalin groups. Rat models were established using oral mucosal homogenate plus Freund’s immunoadjuvants in the recurrent aphthous ulcer model, low-dose baicalin, and high-dose baicalin groups. Rats in low-dose baicalin and high-dose baicalin groups were intragastricaly administered 10 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg of baicalin respectively for 14 days, once per day. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, serum superoxide dismutase level was distinctly decreased, however, malondialdehyde level distinctly increased; the expression levels of Bax, Caspase3 and matrix metaloproteinase 2/9 were increased, but the expression of Bcl2 was decreased in the recurrent aphthous ulcer model group. The abovementioned indicators of rats returned greatly towards normal levels in the low dose baicalin and high dose baicalin groups, and there was significant difference in the effects of different doses of baicalin on these indicators. These results suggest that baicalin treats recurrent aphthous ulcer mainly through inhibiting extracelular matrix degradation and remodeling.
7.Analysis of genetic polymorphism of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur,Kazak and Han populations
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(33):4632-4634
Objective To identify the genotype and allele distribution feature of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur , Kazak and Han populations ,and by detecting the CYP2C19 genotype .Methods Finding out the differences of genotype distribution among the three Chinese nationalities .The 750 inpatients were selected from Second Department of Internal Medicine ,Cadres Ward of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University .The CYP2C19 genotypes of the unrelated patients were assessed by pol‐ymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism .Results Six different CYP2C19 genotypes were determined in this study .There was a significant difference among the three Chinese nationalities (P< 0 .05) .The rate of fast metabolism type in Kazak is 93 .8% more than the rate of Han populations .The rate of slow metabolism type in Kazak is 6 .2% less than the rate of Han populations .The difference was statistically significant (P= 0 .006) .Conclusion Nationality has significant effect on genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19 in Chinese Uighur ,Kazakand and Han populations .

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,vicenin-2 and isoschaftoside in Rabdosia lophanthoides to assess its optimal harvest period. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min ,detection wave-length was 334 nm ,column temperature was 25 ℃ and volume injection was 15 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.23-5.68 μg/ml for caffeic acid(r=0.999 9),0.31-7.76 μg/ml for vicenin-2(r=0.999 8)and 0.45-11.30 μg/ml for isoschaftoside(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%,average recoveries were 95.1%-98.9%(RSD=1.8%, n=6),97.4%-101.3%(RSD=1.7%,n=6) and 95.5%-98.8%(RSD=1.4%,n=6),respectively. The contents of above-men-tioned 3 ingredients of R. lophanthoides were the highest harvested in Apr. to May and Jul. to Aug. in a year. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,vicenin-2 and isoschaftoside in R. lophanthoides. The optimal harvest period is Apr. to May and Jul. to Aug. in a year.
