1.Family Influence on Children's Development of Attachment Style
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Parents and family background cast important influence on children's attachment style. Studies have consistently showed positive relations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment security. Warm and harmonious family was also found to be an important factor. On the contrary, parents' poor marital status and high level of stress in family would result in insecure attachment style in children.
2.MRI in the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(10):762-765
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),a commonly used imaging technique, has been extensively investigated in lung cancer diagnosis and staging. Many studies have demonstrated that MRI can be used for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and for the screening of lung cancer; it also has important value in TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),with equivalent sensitivity and specificity to 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) PET-CT,which suggests that MRI can be used as an alternative imaging modality in noninvasive diagnosis and staging of NSCLC.

8.Relation between B7-1 and pathogenesis of proteinuria
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(6):629-631
For children suffering from primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS), podocyte is a crucial part of glomerular filtration barrier, whose injury usually causes proteinuria. The structural and functional integrity of podocyte cytoskeleton is the prerequisite of its normal physiological function.Recent studies demonstrated that under a certain pathological condition, B7-1, expressed in podocyte, can inhibit the activation of β1 integrin by competitively binding to the target site on the β1 integration, which may change the morphology and function of podocyte, consequently induced proteinuria.Other studies also have showed that abatacept, which selectively inhibit the cross-talk between B7-1 and β1-integrin,can reduce proteinuria in patients with B7-1-positive glomerular disease. These studies suggested that B7-1 may be a potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target in proteinuria in PNS.This review summarizes the role of B7-1 expressed in podocyte in the pathogenesis of proteinuria and the possibility of clinical application in the future.
9.Research progress on ion channels in human glioma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(12):861-864
Glioma is a serious threat to human health.Increasing evidences indicate that abnormal expression and activities of a number of ion channels,e.g.voltage-gated K+,Ca2+,C1-channels,are involved in the growth, proliferation, migration and invasion of glioma cells.Ion channels may affect the occurrence and development of glioma cells through regulating the membrane potential, adjusting the cytoplasmic volume, ion concentration, and pH value.In-depth understanding the role of ion channels in formation, development and transfer process of glioma may provide new targets for glioma prevention and treatment. In this paper, the advanced studies of ion channels in glioma were briefly reviewed.
10.Full-arch dental implant restorationversussectional repair for dentulous mandible
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(29):4677-4681
BACKGROUND:Ful-arch dental implant and sectional repair are mainly for patients with edentulous mandible, both of which have their own characteristics. Ful-arch dental implant restoration is suitable for the mandibular protection, but has unfavorable effects on the prosthesis; segmented restoration has better effects on the prosthesis. OBJECTIVE:To compare the clinical effectiveness of ful-arch dental implant and sectional repair in edentulous mandible patients as wel as patient satisfaction. METHODS: Forty patients with edentulous mandible underwent ful-arch dental implant restoration (n=28) or sectional repair (n=12). After restoration, al the patients were folowed for 1 year. Clinical examination and X-ray observations were performed to evaluate the osseointegration rate. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The success rate of implants was 100% in the ful-arch group and 98% in the sectional repair group, and there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The successful restoration rates were 96.5% and 98% in the two groups, respectively, with no significant difference (P > 0.05). Bone resorption showed no difference between the two groups at 3-4 months after implantation or at 12 months after restoration. Patients in the two groups were al satisfied with masticatory function, fixed effect, subjective comfort and pronunciation are satisfactory, and there was no statisticaly significant difference (P > 0.05). However, beautiful evaluation, maintenance convenience and total satisfaction were significantly higher in the ful-arch group than the sectional repair group (P < 0.05). These findings suggest that both ful-arch dental implant restoration and sectional repair can have better effects on edentulous mandible, but the former one is superior to the latter one in the folowing aspects: beautiful evaluation, maintenance convenience and total satisfaction.
