3.Effect of Acupuncture plus Massotherapy on Post-lithotripsy Stone Discharging in Urinary Stone Patients

Objective To investigate the promoting effect of acupuncture plus massotherapy on post-lithotripsy stone discharging in urinary stone patients.Methods Sixty-two patients who had received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 31 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus massotherapy and the control group, no treatment. The incidence of postoperative complications was observed in the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate and the incidence of postoperative complication were 90.3% and 61.3%, respectively, in the treatment group and 77.4% and 80.6%, respectively, in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus massotherapy can promote post-lithotripsy stone dis- chargeing in urinary stone patients.
4.Isolation,culture and oriented differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) are a kind of non-hematopoietic cells living among bone marrow stroma,and are able to differentiate into mesoderm-type cells and non-mesoderm type cells.At present,there are three main methods for isolating and purifying BMSCs:bone marrow adherent culture,density gradient centrifugation and immune selection.This review listed many kinds of cells that BMSCs can differentiate into under certain conditions,discussed the related different directing conditions reported by researchers,analyzed the principle behind the artificial controlling conditions,and tried to find relatively uniform and effective directing conditions.The cells that BMSCs can differentiate into various types of cells including mesoderm-type cells,and non-mesoderm type cells:osteocytes,chondrocytes,adiocytes.As seed cells and a source of cell therapy in tissue engineering,BMSCs have been widely used in studying stem cells.
5.Effect of drug therapy on the expression of serum adiponectin in patients with Graves disease hyperthyroidism

Objective To explore the hyperthyroidism patients with Graves disease before and after treatment serum adiponectin level changes.Methods 108 cases of hyperthyroidism patients with Graves disease as the research object,they are divided into GD1 and GD2 two subgroups,and the other in the same period to our line of health inspection in 50 cases of healthy controls,fully explore hyperthyroidism before and after treatment in patients with Graves disease changes of the serum adiponectin level.Results Compared with healthy controls,GD1 group of adiponectin level is higher,the GD2 group of the low level of adiponectin,compared with those of GD2 group had significantly higher GD1 group,P<0.05.Data statistical differences between groups,P<0.05.GD group of TSH is lower than healthy controls,GD1 TSH level below the GD2 group.P<0.05,compared with healthy controls,GD two subgroups of FT3 level was significantly higher,data statistical differences between groups,P<0.05,compared with those of GD2 group GD1 group of FT3 level is higher,data statistical differences between groups,P<0.05 compared with control group,GD1 group had a significantly higher FT4 levels,P<0.05.GD2 group FT4 level slightly lower than the control group,P>0.05,compared with those of GD2 group GD1 group had a significantly higher FT4 levels,P<0.05.The control group,the GD1 and GD2 group of serum adiponectin level and TSH is negative correlation,and FT4,FT3 is positive correlation,and there is no correlation between the baseline data.Conclusion Graves disease hyperthyroidism in treatment,adiponectin levels rise,after drug treatment,obtain relief,adiponectin increase cholesterol and FT4 influence,and the correlation between glucose metabolism index is not strong.After treatment,Graves disease in patients with hyperthyroidism adiponectin level is lower than normal group,the low and FT4 levels after treatment with a certain relevance.
6.Tendency and strategy of tissue engineering in the 21th century

With 20 years’ development, tissue engineering has proceeded to a new stage where the focuses of research are quite different from those at the initial stage. Clinical application and industrial development have been the chief concerns for tissue engineering. After brief comments on the current advances and future prospects, this paper suggests that the future tendencies and strategies will be the primary clinical application, industrial development of tissue engineering products, increasing integration of basic research and clinical application and industrial development, construction of bionic and intelligent tissues or organs, and reliability evaluation. This paper also puts forward some strategies.
8.THE INTRODUCTION OF RETINOSCOPY WITH DOUBLE-DOOR ILLUMINATION

The author's retinoscopy with a double-door type of illumination is presented in this paper. It is an objective method for the measurement of refractive errors by using an elect ic retinoscope. Spherical lens are used to neutralize the illumination from the pupil of the Patient u til the size, intensity and rapidity of movement of the double-door illumination from the pupil becomes almost identical. When a lineal back slit srace has been revealed in the middle of the double-door illumination, with a point of re(?)lex light on the center corneal surface, the neutral point is determined. The main points of using this method are also discussed in this paper.
9.Experimental study of antitumor of spleen LAK cell and LAK-88/DC cell (?)ne from 615 Inbred mice

In the present experiment, we investigated the im munoprophylactic and immunotherapeutic effects of transferring spleen LAK cells or " LAK-88/DC " cells from 615 inbred mice against mouse leukemia. The results showed that transferring LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC" cells and injecting conditional medium for a week 21 days before L615 inoculation induced significant prophylactic effects, which cured 80% of the L615-sufferring mice. Injecting conditional medium alone was also effective, which cured 60% of the mice, While transferring LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC" cells at the same time with L615 inoculation or 1 day after L615 inoculation presented no apparent therapeutic effect. However, when combined with cyclophosphamide (CY) chemotherapy, the transfer of LAK cells or "LAK-88/DC " cells 5 days after L615 inoculation could prolong the mean survival time and even cured 25%-28.6% of the advanced L615 leukemic mice.
