1.Effect of melatonin on serum MDA, NF-κB, TNF-αand β2-MG levels in secondary brain damage following intracerebral hemorrhage patients

Objective To investigate the effect of melatonin on serum malondialdehyde (MDA), NF-κB, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) andβ2-microglobulin (β2-MG) levels in secondary brain damage following intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods 90 patients secondary brain damage following intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment after surgical removal of hematoma, and the experimental group, on the basis of control group, were given melatonin capsule (6 mg melatonin) , orally, once a day, for 2 weeks treatment.The levels of MDA, NF-κB, TNF-αand β2-MG in patients’ serum were detected.Results The MDA, NF-κB, TNF-αand β2-MG levels after treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment in two groups (all P<0.05), and the above indexes in experimental group significantly decreased compared with control group ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion Melatonin can significantly reduce the levels of MDA, NF-κB, TNF-αand β2-MG levels in brain injury patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and repair brain damage, which has a guiding significance for clinical use.
2.Observation of the effect of interferon combined with kenacort in the treatment of scars

Objective To observe the effect of interferon combined with kenacort in the treatment of scars. Methods According to random number table,287 patients with scars were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(145 cases) was treated with injection of the mixture of interferon and kenacort. The control group(142 cases) was applied with contratubex.The effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.86%,which was higher than 64.08% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =45.52,P<0.01).The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(χ2 =1.25,P>0.05).Conclusion These find-ings may shed some light on the clinical application of combined injection therapy on scar treatment,given that the closed dynamic method of injecting interferon combined with kenacort significantly improved scar healing.

4.Effect of simvastatin on serum level of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-1 in patients with acute coronary syndromes

Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS).Methods 74 patients with coronary heart disease were studied.Among them,there were 34 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 40 patients with ACS.At the same time 25 cases of age matched healthy individuals were selected as a control.The serum level of MMP-gand TIMP-1 were compared among all groups.Results There was a significant difference in serum level of MMP-9and TIMP-1 among SAP group,ACS group and control group.The serum level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were different after treatment.Conclusion Plaque disruption may be related to the increased serum level of MMP-9 and the decreased serum level of TIMP-1 .Simvastatin can decrease serum level of MMP-9 and increase serum level of TIMP-1 in patients with ACS,and it may have a beneficial effect on clinical treating of patients with ACS.
5.HPLC fingerprint of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule

AIM:To establish a fingerprint method of analyzing Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule(Semen Persicae,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Fruclus Aurantii,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,etc.) by HPLC. METHODS: A HPLC in combination with PDA detector was applied with a HiQ C_(18)(4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m) column by gradient elution using methanol-1.0% acetic acid solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 260 nm. RESULTS: Thitrty-six common peaks were obtained in the fingerprint of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule with good separation,six of them were identified as adenosine,paeoniflorin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin and ligustilide by comparing chromatogram with control compounds. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method with good precision and reproducibility can be used for the quality control of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule.

7.The effect of pidotimod oral liquid in treatment of bronchial asthma in children and its influence on the immune function

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pidotimod oral liquid in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,and its effect on immune function.Methods 260 children of bronchial asthma were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was given pidotimod oral liquid on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy and immune function index were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.85%,which was higher than 76.92% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.86,P <0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treatment in the observation group,the FVC was (398 ±0.66)L,FEV1 was (307 ± 0.29)L,PEF was (3.58 ±0.42)L/min,and those were increased significantly compared with before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =7.99,853,8.27,6.88,7.12,6.73,all P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in the indexes of the two groups before treatment (P >0.05).After treatment,CD +3 was (6.974 ±3.21 )%,CD +4 was (42.95 ±4.76 )%,the ratio of CD +4 /CD +8 was (1.38 ±0.44)% of the observation group,which were significantly increased compared with pre -treatment and the control group,the CD +8 of the observation group was (24.10 ±2.96),and it was obviously lower than pre -treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =8.43,7.55,7.54,7.51,6.74,6.55,all P <0.05).Conclusion Pidotimod oral liquid in treatment of bronchial asthma in children can significantly improve the pulmonary function and immune function of the children,the curative effect is remarkable,and the application value is high,which can carry on clinical promotion.
8.Early studies of cognitive dysfunction after narcotrend monitoring different depth of anesthesia of elderly patients with colorectal cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of different depth of anesthesia monitoring in elderly cancer patients in the early postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD).Methods: 124 cases were received general anesthesia laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer in elderly patients, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 62 cases. The mean artery pressure (MAP) and heart rate of two groups of patients at different depth of anesthesia in each period were compared with the previous induction of anesthesia (t0), the organ before intubation (t1) and after intubation (t2), before pneumoperitoneum (t3) and after pneumoperitoneum (t4), after surgery (t5) and extubation (t6). The corresponding indexes were also compared between the two groups of patients. Results:In the control group, heart rate of t2, and t4~t6 increased significantly faster. The differences were statistically significant compared with the observation group (t=4.132,t=4.345,t=4.253,t=5.326;P<0.05). MAP parameters in the control group were significantly higher than that in the observation group and the differences were statistically significant (t=5.433, t=4.985,t=5.032,t=5.163;P<0.05). POCD in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (x2=5.323,P<0.05).Conclusion: In elderly patients with laparoscopic colorectal surgery radical NTS will remain at D2 level, which can effectively reduce the incidence of POCD patients and help patients maintain stable hemodynamics. It is worth of further promoting in clinical.
9.Clinical analysis of four cases of infantile cholestasis hepatitis caused by Hitlin protein deficiency

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,laboratory features,methods of diagnosis and treatment and prognosis outcome of intrahepatic cholestasis caused by citrin deficiency (NICCD).Methods Four patients in two months ages diagnosed as NICCD were investigated from February 2014 to December 2014 in the Children's Hospital of Wuhan.The diagnosis and treatment and prognosis were analyzes.Results All patients were in hospital due to the skin with yellow dye admission.The direct bilirubin elevated anomalies associated with different levels of blood lipid,blood ammonia and lactate metabolism were characterized by liver function tests.The hot spot of NICCD SLC25A13 gene mutations in the regional common mutations IVS13 + 1G/A,1638ins23,IVS11 + 1G/A,851del4,S225X,1800ins1,R605X,IVS6 + 5G > A were detected by genscaning and genotyping.Genotyping of SLC25A13 gene in 4 cases were 1638ins23 and 851del4 two heterozygous mutations,851del4 homozygous mutation,851del4 heterozygous mutation,and IVS6+ 5G>A heterozygous mutation,respectively.So these patients were confirmed as NICCD.The patients were cured by antiinfective and gallbladder back yellow symptomatic treatments.The liver function,blood ammonia,lactic acid and blood lipid were exanimated at the time of admission,1 weeks and 2 weeks after admission,respectively.The results indicated that the treatment effect were good.The liver function were restored to normal after two weeks of outpatient.Conclusion The diagnosis of NICCD needs a comprehensive analysis of clinical,biochemical,metabolic genomics,imaging and pathology.SLC25A13 gene analysis is the reliable basis for the diagnosis of the disease.It is the key for NICCD to diagnose early.It is important to distinguish bile deposition caused by biliary atresia and other related diseases from NICCD.The diet early replacement is good for the prognosis.
10.The clinical study of Ziyin-Shengjin decoction on the patients with hormone-independent ;dermatitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ziyin-Shengjin decoction on the patients with hormone dependence dermatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis were divided into 2 groups (n=40), according to the random number table. Treatment group was treated with Ziyin-Shengjin decoction for oral administration and for external application, and moisturizing cream, and the control group with oral loratadine capsule, wet compress by 3% boric acid and moisturizing cream. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Symptoms, signs were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.50%(37/40), while the control group was 72.50% (29/40) (χ2=4.242, P=0.039). After treatment, the symptoms and signs scores of treatment group (2.70 ± 0.86 vs. 10.05 ± 1.25, t=30.638) were lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of Ziyin-Shengjin decoction for oral administration and for external application, and moisturizing cream can improve clinical symptoms on the patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis.
