1.Confirmatory factor analysis of armymen's mental quality scale
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2010;19(7):658-660
Objective To analyze the structure of Armymen' s Mental Quality Scale. Methods Army-men's Mental Quality Scale was administrated to 1426 Chinese armymen in five areas of China, and quantitative methods, such as exploratory factor analysis ( EFA), confirmatory factor analysis ( CFA) was adopted . Results (1) Exploratory factor analysis showed that the 15 factors of armymen' s mental quality can explain 58.328% of total variance. (2)Fit indexes of 15-factor structure model were all consistent with model fitting condition. (3) One factor two and five factor one model of mental quality fitted well. The structure of armymen' s mental quality include 5 dimensions (concretely 15 factors):aptitude,loyalty,bravery,self-confidence and willpower respectively. The aptitude was comprised of judgment, decision-making and response; the loyalty consists of patriotism, dedication and responsibility; the bravery was constituted of determination, steadiness and constancy;the self-confidence consists of imperturbation, independence and team spirit;the willpower consists of adaptability, adjustment and endurance. Conclusion The structure model is reasonable and Armymen' s Mental Quality Scale has good structural validity.

3.Clinical analysis of 110 cases with internal hemorrhoids undergoing tissue-selecting therapy stapler
International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(5):330-332
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of tissue-selecting therapy stapler with internal hemorrhoids. Methods Clinical and follow-up data of 110 cases with internal hemorrhoids undergoing tissue-selecting therapy stapler between March 2011 and March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The efficacy, adverse reaction and the complications were assessed. Results Of the 110 patients,Ⅱ degree hemorrhoids in 21 cases,Ⅲ degree hemorrhoids in 63 cases,Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids in 26 cases. The mean operation time was 18 minutes, range 15 to 25 minutes. The mean hospital stay time was 4 days, range 3 to 6 days.Of the 90 patients, urinary retention 9 patients (8.18%),anal bulge 41 patients(37.27%),fecal urgency 8 patients (7.27%),no other complications found, such as postoperative bleeding, anorectal stenosis and fecal incontinence.Recurrence rate was 4.55 % within a year follow-up.Conclusions Tissue-Selecting Therapy stapler for internal hemorrhoids is a simple and safe procedure with less intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, low recurrence rate, fewer postoperative complications and so on.It's worthy of clinic application.
4.Establishment of mental quality scale norms for servicemen in Chinese PLA and analysis of their application
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(13):-
Objective To establish the morms of mental quality scale for servicemen in Chinese PLA.Methods A total of 7 124 servicemen were randomly sampled from Chinese PLA.Their mental quality was assessed based on the "mental quality scale" we previously established by correlation, regression, variance and student's t test analysis. Results A significant difference existed in mental quality of servicemen, which can be greatly influenced by different services, official ranks, and lengths of military service.Four norms, including a total norm,a service norm,a rank norm, and a military service length norm, were accordingly established, which can be used as the objective criteria for the assessment of mental quality of servicemen in Chinese PLA.A significant difference was found in mental quality of servicemen between the services, official ranks, and lengths of military service (P
5.Comparision of Different Guiding for Percutaneous Pulmonary Lesions Biopsy
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the indications and clinical values of percutaneous transthoracic biopsy guided by different locating means respectively on pulmonary lesions. Methods Patients were divided into different groups according the locating methods, which included X -ray, type -B ultrasonography, and CT. Pathologic diagnosis and complications were retrospectively analysed between groups. Conclusion Each locating method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Results we should choose the optimistic one according the patients′ condition.

7.Progress of Epidemiology Study on Cooking Oil Fume Toxicity
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
In China, cooking oil fume is a kind of indoor air pollutant that is ubiquitous. With the development of catering trade, the pollution of cooking oil fume is becoming more and more severe. The results of animal experiments showed that cooking oil fume could damage the genetic substance and cause cancer. The results from the epidemiological studies indicated that cooking oil fume could induce lipid peroxidation and change the pulmonary and immunologic functions, cause chromosome damage and increase the risk of lung cancer.
8.Brain Structural Basis For Autobiographical Memory
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Autobiographical memory (AM) is the memory of personal events. At present, autobiographical memory has become another upsurge of memory research after implicit memory. Researches of the brain -based structure for autobiographical memory have also been fruitful, this paper which combined with recent researches reviewed the brain structural basis of autobiographical memory.
9.Effect of Scalp Acupuncture on Allomnesia post Stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(2):189-191
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture on allomnesia post stroke. Methods 60 stroke patients with allomnesia were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group accepted routine rehabilitation training for 4 weeks, while the observation group accepted scalp acupuncture in addition. They were evaluated with Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test (RBMT-II) before and after treatment. Results RBMT-Ⅱ scores improved in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scalp acupuncture may improve the effects of rehabilitation on the memory dysfunction in patients with stroke.
