1.Control of long-term complications and secular management after metabolic surgery
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(9):792-795
Metabolic surgery has brought new hope for obese T2DM patients. Control of long‐term complications and integrated management after metabolic surgery are important for patients to obtain a long‐term benefit. Cooperation of multidisciplinary teams plays an indispensable role in this systemic work.
2.On Privacy Protection of Patients with A H1N1 Influenza
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Protection for privacy is the guarantee for sustaining personal dignity and individual liberty.Protection for patients' privacy has a long history and is of great realistic significance. However, patients with A H1N1 Influenza are facing the risk of exposing privacy in current circumstances. This paper argues that the privacy protection for this particular population is beneficial both for social and public interests, and also can be justified from an ethical perspective.
3.THE PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION NITROGEN GENERATING DEVICE
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
A pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generating device for producing nitro- gen enriched gas from compressed air was discussed.Utilizing the feature of the molecular sieve carbon with the property of selective adsorbing oxygen and ni trogen, the device enriches the product nitrogen at gas phase, and uses the gas lower in concentration than the product nitrogen for flushing residual gas,it help molecular sieve carbon with desorption.
4.A RFID-Based Hospital Personnel and Material Management System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To improve the material and personnel management in hospital by promoting construction of information system. Methods Based on the existent network system and RFID technology, the RFID-based system was developed to manage doctors, nurses, patients and material of hospital. Results The system could identify people and material automatically, thus realizing automatic management efficiently. Conclusion The combination of RFID technology and hospital information has good development prospects.
5.Clinical Study on Preservation of Anus Function in Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
The theme of this article lies in how to preserve the anus or restore the anal function in the treatment of middle or lower rectal cancer in order to avoid abdominal artificial anus,on the basis of not violating the principles of radical resection. From August 1995 to October 2004,86 cases of rectal cancer were operated with radical resection,48 of which preserved anus.Based on close observation of the patients, postoperative anal function seems the best in those with Dixon's anterior approach.if transplantation of the gracilis muscle is successful, satisfactory function restoration is always possible. Many scholars ever reformed Dixon's resection with lots of operative procedures, such as Bacon's resection.Because stapler can join rectal and anal together at any location,Bacon's resection is seldom adopted in clinical practice. The indications for anus preserving operation are as follows:①early or middle stage disease with localized lesion not invading beyond the muscle layer of the bowel;②no metastatic regional lymph adenopathy and;③adenocarcinoma at high or moderate degree of differentiation. It is suggested that different types of operative procedures are adopted according to the location of the lesion.
6.Comparison of the Cost of 4 Kinds of Second-line Drug Treatment Regimes for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
China Pharmacy 2007;0(26):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the cost of 4 kinds of second-line drug treatment regimes(docetaxel, pemetrexed, gefitinib, and erlotinib)for non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). METHODS: The utilization information of medical resources in the NSCLC treatment regimes was collected from experts who were familiar with NSCLC treatment. The costs of 4 kinds of second-line drug treatment regimes were calculated using micro-simulation method. RESULTS: The costs of every cycle period(3 weeks)were 12 237.02 yuan for docetaxel regime, 12 102.82 yuan for gefitinib, 27 614.93 yuan for pemetrexed and 14 272.76 yuan for erlotinib. CONCLUSION: Gifitinib is not inferior to docetaxel in terms of pharmaeconomics for those with 6 months or longer period of anticipated progression-free survival.
7.THE DEVELOPMENT OF IMMUNORADIOMETRIC ASSAY OF HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE IN URINE AND ITS CLINICAL APPLICATION
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
A specific solid-phase immunoradiometric assay (IRMA),optimized for maximal sensitivity, has been developed for measurement of human growth hormone in urine. One monoclonal antibody was iodinated using modified Ch-T method, another was linked to CNBr activated Sepharose-4B. The assay sensitivity was 125 pg/L: Intra- and inter-assay variation were 3.8%, 5.19% respectively. The dilution test and the recovery test were satisfactory. This assay is not influenced by the changes of following conditions: pH(5.0- 7.4), 0-0.25 mol/L sodium chloride and 0-0.5 mol/L urea. The GH values in the urine of 10 hours at night in healthy young males (n=9), females (n = 9), patients with acromegaly (n = 9), and patients with complete GH deficiency(n = 8) were 0.55 ?0.50 ng, 0.44 ?0.33 ng, 58.07?35.90 ng, and unde-tectable, respectively. In young males and females, the urinary GH values were not significantly different, while in patients with acromegaly, the urinary GH values were significantly different from that in normal adults(P
8.Experimental Study on the Pedicled and Free Skeletal Muscular Graft to Repaire the Defect of Peripheral Nerve
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
We used sheletal muscle of various lengths to repair defect of peripheral nerves in our animal experiments. Both pedicled skeletal muscular graft and free skeletal muscular graft, as nerve grafting conduits, were compared and observed under electron microscope. The finding showed that free skeletal muscular graft used as nerve grafting conduits were more helpful to the regenenation of nerve fibers, compased with pedicled skeletal musular graft, especially to nerve defect in places with abound tendon such as wrist and ankle.
9.VALUE OF URINARY GROWTH HORMONE DETERMINATION IN DIAGNOSIS OF ACROMEGALY
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Using a highly sensitive IRM A which can detect the hGH in urine directly, we measured the nocturnal urinary GH values in 13 normal men, 12 normal women, and 17 patients with acromegaly. The values were 0.58?0.56 ng, 0.52?0.37 ng, and 167.21 278.2 ng respectively. The nocturnal urinary GH secretion was significantly higher in the acromegalic patients than in the normal adulls (P
10.EFFECTS OF OIL OF PIPER LONGUM UNSAPONIFIABLE MATTER ON CHOLESTEROL METABOLISM IN EXPERIMENTAL HYPERCHO-LESTEROLEMIC MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Exogenous hypercholesterolemia in mice was induced by feeding with diets containing 2% cholesterol. It was found that Oil of Piper Longum Unsaponifiable Matter ( OPUM ) at 40mg/kg?d-1 ig for 20d could reduce the levels of total cholesterol (TC). ( LDL + VLDL) - c and the hepatic cholesterol content, increase that of biliary cholesterol in exogenous hypercholesterolemic mice. The hypocholesterolemic effect of OPUM is in a dose-dependent manner over the range of 20~40mg/kg. OPUM at 40mg/kg ig could elevate Lecithin - Cholesterol Acyltransferase ( LCAT ) activity inhibited by treating with ip of yolk. It was suggested that the hypochole-sterol effect of OPUM could be concerned with protectiong cholesterol esterification and be of great advantage to protection from arteriosclerosis arteriosclerosis in mice.
