2.Ketosteril, a simple drug but high efficiency in science and practice
Journal of Medical Research 2002;18(2):50-51
Use of ketosteril is a solution of supplying the essential aminoacide without complement of nitrogen for patient so limits the hyperuremia during renal failure. In order to enhance the effect of ketosteril, the patient should take up the low protein dietary. This dietary will limit the hyperuremia. The combination ketosteril with the low protein dietary better limits the hyperuremia, currently without leading to lack of essential aminoacid

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2021;45(5):551-554
OBJECTIVE:
To establish an amino acid assay for the determination of β-lactoglobulin in Anti-HPV biological protein dressing.
METHODS:
Under acidic conditions, β-lactoglobulin is hydrolyzed into free amino acids, separated by cation exchange chromatography, and derivatived after ninhydrin column. The chromatogram at 570 nm is collected. The content of β-lactoglobulin in the sample is indirectly determined by measuring the lysine content obtained by hydrolysis.
RESULTS:
β-lactoglobulin has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 77.28~309.12 μg/mL (
CONCLUSIONS
The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of β-lactoglobulin in anti-HPV biological protein dressing.

4.Surveillance of urinary deoxypyridinolin (DPD) in healthy womens
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2004;298(5):15-18
The urines of 80 healthy women were taken for qualifying DPD and creatinine. Results showed that; group 1 (aged 25-40) has got 4, 12 – 7,7 nM DPD/nM creatinine, group 2 (aged 41-49): 5,25-10,27 nM DPD/nM creatinine; group 3 (aged 50-68): 4,48-14,4 nM DPD/nM creatinine.
In pre-menopausal women nM DPD/nM creatinine value was higher than in women of reproductive age.
The method of combining metabolic bone marker and bone density was more efficacious than the simple bone densitometry. The rate of nM DPD/nM creatinine in particular and bone metabolic marker were very useful for diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis

In order to reveal the regional characteristics of nucleosides and amino acids in Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu,39 samples of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu collected from 4 different regions were analyzed by UPLC-QTRAP ~®/MS2 method followed by orthogonal partial least-squares discrimination analysis( OPLS-DA) and cluster analysis( CA). The results showed all the samples contained abundant nucleosides and amino acids, with the total content of 45. 09 μg·g~(-1) and 634. 80 μg·g-1,respectively. The samples presented significant regional differences in the contents of individual components, and the main differential components included Ura,Hpro,Thr,Glu,G5 P,2'-dG,Adeno,Met,Ade,Gln,Orni,Phe,2'-dA,Hit,Lys,and Ile. Among them,Ura,Met,Glu,and Ile had the highest content in the samples from Dafeng in Jiangsu,Qinhu in Jiangsu,Beijing, and Shishou in Hubei, respectively. OPLS-DA and CA demonstrated that all the samples of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu could be divided into three categories, reflecting the regional characteristics. The results indicated that the accumulation of nucleosides and amino acids in Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu was closely related to its habitat, providing a useful reference for the research on the quality formation, quality evaluation and control,as well as the comprehensive utilization of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu. The findings suggested that the content factors of Ura,Met,Glu,and Ile could be included into the quality standard system of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu as the characteristics of medicinal materials from different regions.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2022;38(3):868-881
Ectoine is an amino acid derivative and an important natural product in halophilic microorganisms. It plays an important role in protecting cells and stabilizing biological macromolecules, and can be widely used in biomedical fields such as drug preparation adjuvants, organ transplantation and preservation, skin wound repair and cosmetics. Due to the medical value and commercial market demand of ectoine, this article summarized the recent advances in the microbial production of ectoine, including the mutation and breeding of hyper-producing strains, construction of genetically and metabolically engineered strains, optimization of fermentation processes, and extraction and purification processes. The application of multi-omics technologies and computational biology to develop an ectoine producing cell factory was prospected, with the aim to provide a reference for ectoine overproduction.

inhibitor, 2-aminobicyclo-(2,2,1)-heptane-2-carboxylic acid (BCH). The affinity of [14C]L-leucine uptake and the inhibition profiles of [14C]L-leucine uptake by various amino acids in the Saos2 cells were comparable with those for the LAT1 expressed in Xenopus oocytes. The majority of [14C]Lleucine uptake is, therefore, mediated by LAT1 in the Saos2 cells. These results suggest that the transports of neutral amino acids including several essential amino acids into Saos2 human osteogenic sarcoma cells are for the most part mediated by LAT1. Therefore, the Saos2 human osteogenic sarcoma cells are excellent tools for examine the properties of LAT1. Moreover, the specific inhibition of LAT1 in tumor cells might be a new rationale for anti-tumor therapy.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2023;39(6):2158-2189
The synthesis of fine chemicals using multi-enzyme cascade reactions is a recent hot research topic in the field of biocatalysis. The traditional chemical synthesis methods were replaced by constructing in vitro multi-enzyme cascades, then the green synthesis of a variety of bifunctional chemicals can be achieved. This article summarizes the construction strategies of different types of multi-enzyme cascade reactions and their characteristics. In addition, the general methods for recruiting enzymes used in cascade reactions, as well as the regeneration of coenzyme such as NAD(P)H or ATP and their application in multi-enzyme cascade reactions are summarized. Finally, we illustrate the application of multi-enzyme cascades in the synthesis of six bifunctional chemicals, including ω-amino fatty acids, alkyl lactams, α, ω-dicarboxylic acids, α, ω-diamines, α, ω-diols, and ω-amino alcohols.
