2.Measuring potency of Candida albicans allergen through tests in vivo and in vitro
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2005;0(3):41-47
Using tests in vivo and in vitro to assess potency of Candida albicans allergen in 6 lots of rats with 250 - 300g in bodyweight, each lot had 10 rats. Results: anaphylactic value was 3.4±0.04, mastocyte test, prick test and stimulatory test had highly positive rates. Aandida Albicans allergen is one of the rhinitis inducing allergens that have high positive rate of tests: prick test 55.36%, stimulatory test 87.10%. Candida albicans allergen can be used for specific diagnosis in subjects, who are suspected of allergy with Candida albicans

3.Preparation of Candida albicans allergen
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2005;0(3):1-9
The study uses combining allergen preparation process of Coca and Sutherland method to prepare feather allergen with efficiency of 1.87g%. The allergen composes 16 amino acids, among that cyclic ones are of 19.25% and total nitrogen protein levels are 11,940 PNU (1/500 solution). The produced allergen has low toxicity, so it is safe for use

Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;57(12):1949-1956
Allergen-specific Th2 cells refer to a subset of Th2 cells that undergo substantial expansion following allergen stimulation. They play a crucial role in allergic diseases, and an increasing amount of research has revealed a close relationship between surface molecules on allergen-specific Th2 cells and allergic diseases. In comparison to other CD4+T cells or Th2 cells, allergen-specific Th2 cells exhibit low expression of CD27 but high expression of CD154, CD69, CRTH2, CD161, ST2, hPGDs, CD49d, and COX-2. They can be used for the identification of allergen-specific Th2 cells and serve as potential targets for the prevention and treatment of specific diseases. They hold significant value in preventing the onset and exacerbation of allergic diseases.

8.Desensitive treatment for Dermatophagodes pteronyssinus allergen in allergic rhinitis
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;503(2):24-27
Study on specific desensitive treatment for Dermatophagodes pteronyssinus allergen in 33 patients (mean age: 33.73+/-10.98) with allergic rhinitis at Central Otorhinolaryngology Hospital from November 2003 to October 2004. After treatment, all of clinical symptoms were reduced. Common effects on clinical treatmen were excellent in 24.3%, good in 45.5%, moderate 15.1% and bad in 15.1%. Before treatment, 100% patients had positive nose stimulation test and by 6 months of treatment, the rate only was 9.1%. After treatment, total IgE level in serum was lower than before treatment and total IgG level in serum was increased in comparison with before treatment. Common results after treatment: excellent 24.2%, good 48.5%, moderatel18.2% and bad 9.1%
