OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoaiping injection with rectum administration combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of epithelial ovarian tumor. METHODS:60 patients diagnosed as epithelial ovari-an tumor were divided into observation group and control group according to the actual order,with 30 cases in each group. AU pa-tients received TC chemotherapy,4-6 cycles in total;And patients in control group received TC chemotherapy for 3 weeks,i.e. pa-clitaxel 175 mg/m2,3 h,i.v.+carboplatin AUC=5-7.5,1 h,i.v.. Based on this,observation group was additionally given Xiaoaip-ing injection with rectum administration,20-30 ml each time,once a day,2 weeks as a treatment course. Clinical effective rate, 1-year progression-free survival rate and median progression free survival and the incidence of adverse events were compared be-tween 2 groups. RESULTS:Effective rate of observation group was 83.33%,and higher than that of control group (53.33%);there was statistically significant difference (χ2=13.20,P<0.05);1-year progression-free survival rate of observation group was 86.67%,and median progression free survival was 11.3 months;those of control group were 63.33% and 7.2 months;there was statistically significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(χ2=0.53,P=0.47). CONCLUSIONS:Xiaoaiping injection with rectum administration combined with con-ventional chemotherapy in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer show good curative effect and safety,high 1-year progres-sion-free survival rate and long median progression-free survival.

The effect of carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature,moisture,pH and light on the fungal growth,conidia production and conidia germination of Paecilomyces cicadae LB were studied.For the fun-gal growth and conidia production,the optimum carbon sources were soluble starch and glucose,while the optimum nitrogen source was peptone.For the fungal growth and spore germination of P.cicadae,the opti-mum temperature was 25?C~27?C,for the conidia production,the optimum temperature was 25?C.Conidia geminated at RH 90%~100%,but did not below 90%.When RH reaches to 100% or the conidia were in wa-ter,the germination rate was the highest.The range of pH for the fungal growth,conidia production and co-nidial germination was 4~10,while the optimum pH for the fungal growth was 6 and 6~7 for the conidia production and conidial germination.The light treatment significantly influenced fungal conidia production.The lethal temperature for the fungal conidia was 55?C remaining 10 minutes.The present results suggest the isolate LB can adapt to nutrition and environment more widely,and has greater potential as biological control factor against of pest.

METHODTwenty Paecilomyces cicadae were collected and isolated from 8 natural reserves in China and the Cheju Island of Korea. By the impregnation method, their infection to silkworm larvaes and silkworm chrysalises and the synneneta production were studied.

RESULTThe results showed that all P. cicadiae strains could infect silkworm larvaes and silkworm chrysalises, and some strains could produce synnenetas.

CONCLUSIONThe silkworm chrysalis was better than silkworm larvae to culture C. cicadidae.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the safety of Tripterysium glycosides tablet systematically,and to provide evidence-based reference.METHODS:Retrieved from Chinese Journal Full-text Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang database,PubMed,Embase,Medline (Ovid) and The Cochrane Library,randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about added or combined with Tripterysium glycosides tablet (trial group) versus basic treatment or combined with other drug (control group) in the treatment of various disease-induced ADR (the incidence of leukopenia,gastrointestinal reaction,irregular menstruation,lover dysfunction) were collected.After data extraction and quality evaluation with Cochrane 5.1.0 quality evaluation tool,RevMan 5.0 statistical software was used to conduct Meta-analysis.RESULTS:A total of 36 RCTs were included,involving 2 814 patients.Results of Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of leucopenia [OR=3.42,95 ％ CI (1.88,6.22),P＜ 0.001],irregular menstruation [OR=8.42,95％CI(4.93,14.38),P＜0.001] and abnormal liver function [OR=2.99,95％CI(2.01,4.46),P＜0.001] in trial group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance.Results of subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of irregular menstruation in trial group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance [OR=5.39,95％ CI (2.50,11.59),P＜0.001].When combining with glucocorticoids,the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in trial group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance [OR=0.40,95％CI(0.19,0.84),P=0.02].When the indications were the diseases of immune system,the incidence of leucopenia [OR=3.42,95％ CI (1.49,7.82),P=0.004] and abnormal liver function [OR=2.27,95％ CI (1.08,4.76),P=0.03] in trial group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance.CONCLUSIONS:ADR induced by Tripterysium glycosides tablet mainly include leucopenia,gastrointestinal reaction,irregular menstruation and abnormal liver function.More attentions should be paid on irregular menstruation when combining with other drugs.More attentions should be paid on leucopenia and abnormal liver function when treating the diseases of immune system.
