Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(6):844-845
Objective To discuss the influence of high-quality rehabilitation model intervention on postoperative anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures. The observation group received high-quality rehabilitation model intervention on the basis of routine nursing measures.SAS and SDS were used to observe the psychological status of the patients,SF-36 was used to observe the quality of life of patients. Results Two weeks after operation,SAS,SDS scores of the observation group were (47.5 ± 5.2) points,(49.7 ± 5.7) points, which were significantly lower than (55.2 ± 6.3) points,(53.4 ± 5.8) points of the control group (t =5.163,2.492,all P < 0.01).Two weeks after operation, the general health, physiological function, physical function, body pain, activity, social function, emotional function, mental health, quality of life score in the observation group were (79.06 ± 3.78)points,(79.57 ±3.96)points,(78.39 ± 3.71) points,(76.98 ± 3.52) points,(77.59 ± 4.16) points,(75.52 ± 4.85) points,(79.28 ±4.91) points,(78.31 ± 4.27) points, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (74.19 ±4.07)points,(75.24 ± 4.12) points,(71.92 ± 4.38) points,(73.25 ± 3.47) points,(74.06 ±4.13)points,(72.17 ±4.21) points,(74.65 ± 4.35) points,(73.87 ± 3.92) points(t =4.802,4.150,6.174,4.133,3.298,2.857,3.866,all P < 0.01).Conclusion High-quality rehabilitation model can significantly improve the postoperative anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer.

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of auricular therapy in schizophrenia pa-tients with constipation. Methods 200 psychotic inpatients with anti-psychotic medication were random-ly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 100 cases in each group. The intervention group received conventional therapy combined with auricular therapy while the control group adopted only conventional therapy. The incidence of constipation was observed in the two groups. Results The rate of constipation was 11.34% and 36.73% in the intervention group and the control group, respectively. Auricu-lar therapy showed various effect in constipation caused by different drugs, especially for constipation caused by clozapine, chlorpromazine and pentiapine. Conclusions Auricular therapy showed good effect in preventing constipation induced by antipsychotic drags with less pain and adverse effect, easy and safe to operate, besides, it can improve the medication compliance of patients and promote their rehabilitation.

Objective To explore the clinical application of 5S methodology in the operation room of nursing management, and to provide reference for daily management. Methods A total of 2 459 patients were chosen from October 2012 to May 2014. 1 147 Patients from October 2012 to June 2013 were in the control group that given regular nursing management, while 1 312 patients from July 2013 to May 2015 were as experimental group and underwent 5S methodology. Quality of operation nursing management were compared before and after using 5S methodology, and managerial experience was summarized. Results The items readiness rate, equipment readiness rate, use of intact rate and emergency items readiness rate were 96. 95%, 98. 70%, 99. 77% and 97. 79%, respectively, and there were statistically significance between the two groups (χ2 =10. 52, 12. 33, 8. 76, 9. 28, respectively;P <0. 05). In the experimental group, the air bacteria detection index, time of fetching items and time of supplementing items were (29. 71 ± 5.94)cfu/m3, (18. 34 ± 6. 42)and (17. 85 ± 5. 89)s, which were better than those in the control group (t=132. 48, 21. 27, 26. 18, respectively;P <0. 05). For the satisfaction of medical staffs and patients, the experimental group (89. 42% and 92. 38%) were better than control group, the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =8. 56,9. 41;P<0. 05). Conclusions The implement of 5S methodology can help to improve the efficiency of nursing management in operation room, and promote the operation room overall work efficiency and quality.
