Objective To find the nursing methods to train the neonatal sucking function and accelerate the gastrointestinal peristalsis and the secretion of digestive juice. Methods 80 premature infants with feeding difficulty within two days after they were born were chosen by random. Then according to the psychological characteristics of neonates, took the canonical and practical feeding methods by the appointed person in continuity. Results Compared with before, the incidence of difficult feeding decreased, sucking ability and gastrointestinal function greatly alleviated after using the modified method. Conclusions The improved method could accelerate the recovery of sucking and gastrointestinal function as soon as possible for premature infants without complications, which has practical clinical significance.

Objective:To explore the effect of instant blood glucose monitoring system (FGM) in perioperative blood glucose management in patients with hip fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus, and to provide guidance for perioperative blood glucose management.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hip fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus treated in the Department of Orthopaedics, Gongli Hospital, Pudong New Area, Shanghai from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random digits table method with 50 cases in each group. The patients in both groups adopted the mode of multidisciplinary cooperation.The experimental group was used to monitor blood glucose based on FGM, and traditional blood glucose monitoring was used in the control group. The waiting time before operation, the pain caused by blood glucose acupuncture, the satisfaction of patients and medical staff, the blood glucose level at different time points and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time before operation, the proportion of patients with moderate and severe pain after acupuncture and the incidence of hyperglycemia in the experimental group were (2.58 ± 1.30) d, 2% (1/50) and 30% (15/50), respectively, the control group were (3.67 ± 1.59) d, 22% (11/50) and 50% (25/50), respectively. The differences were statistically significant( t value was -2.087, χ2 values were 9.470, 4.170, P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients and medical staff in the experimental group were (46.43 ± 1.87), (46.58 ± 2.10) points, respectively, the control group were (40.67 ± 3.24), (43.84 ± 2.92) points, respectively.The differences were statistically significant( t values were 8.441, 8.087, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and pre-bedtime blood glucose between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusions:The application of FGM can realize the continuous blood glucose monitoring and management of patients,making the blood glucose reach the standard more quickly and smoothly, meanwhile it may effectively shorten the waiting time before operation and reduce the acupuncture pain of blood glucose monitoring and recognize patients with concealed abnormal blood glucose. The application can improve the satisfaction of patients and medical staff, and promote the rapid recovery of patients as well.

Objective To study the clinical significance of the change of plasma BNP levels in patients with grades sepsis and its correlation with the left ventricular ejection fraction.Methods One hundred patients of sepsis who were admitted in intensive care unit of Taizhou hospital were selected.It was divided into four groups:30 patients with septic shock,40 patients with severe sepsis,30 patients with sepsis and 20 persons without disease as control group.The concentration of plasma BNP was determined using sandwich immunoflurescence,and ultrasonic cardiogram was used to evaluate heart function and clinical features in all groups.To compare with the differences of the concentration of plasma BNP and the correlation between the concentration of Plasma BNP and LVEF in all groups,the data of clinical features,28-day mortality,prognostic values of BNP and the length of stay (ROG) in ICU were collected and compared.Result Plasma BNP levels in patients with septic shock[ (976.3 ± 160.7) pg/ml] were obvious higher than severe sepsis[ (648.4 ± 267.3) pg/ml ],sepsis [ (217.2 ± 89.7) pg/ml ] and control group [ (50.3 ± 25.4)pg/ml] (P ＜0.01).LVEF in patients with septic shock [ (48.2 ±9.6)% ] was obvious lower than severe sepsis[ (52.8 ±9.4)% ],sepsis[ (61.3 ± 8.9)% ] and control group[ (66.4 ±9.3)% ] (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01).It appeared to be inverse relationship between LVEF and the plasma BNP levels (r =-0.876,-0.724,P ＜0.01).BNP levels were significantly higher in non-survivors compared with survivors[ (1367.6±506.4)pg/ml vs (420.3 ±82.6)pg/ml,P ＜0.01 ].The receiver operating characteristic (ROG) curves indicated that values of areas under the curve of plasma BNP levels for 28-days mortality were 0.918(P ＜0.01).Conclusion The concentration of plasma BNP in patients was different in different grades of sepsis.It appeared to be negative correlation between the concentration of plasma BNP and LVEF.Plasma BNP levels had predictive value to the patients with sepsis.

With the application and integration of high-quality computer software and hardware as well as the advanced sensors,a rehabilitation VR system has been explored and developed for breast cancer patients.According to the changes of lymphedema and motor function,the rehabilitation process was divided into four phases.After a three-month control experiment among 76 cases of breast cancer patients,the results showed that the VR system with auxiliary game treatment to control patients' training process was able to substantially improve limb function recovery,compliance and subjective initiative in rehabilitation training,and reduce the edema of affected limbs,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Therefore,the VR system helps patients' limb function recovery and reduce negative emotions after surgery.

Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the effects and mechanisms of plant-derived oleuropein on GDM mice.Methods Oleuropein was administered to GDM mice at the dose of 10 mg·kg-1·d-1.Body weight and blood glucose were recorded.The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)were measured by ELISA and RT-qPCR to assess the inflammation level in GDM mice,the activation of Adenosine 5′-monophosphate-activated protein kinase signaling pathway was measured by Western blot.Gestational outcome was analyzed through comparing litter size and birth weight.Results Oleuropein attenuated the elevated body weight of GDM mice and efficiently reduced blood glucose,and restored insulin sensitivity.Oleuropein treatment also reduced oxidative stress and inflammation levels,activated AMPK signaling pathways in the liver tissues of GDM mice,and significantly improved gestational outcome in mice.Conclusion Oleuropein is effective in alleviating symptoms of GDM and improving gestational outcome in the mouse model.This effect is achieved by attenuating oxidative stress and inflammation,which is mediated by the AMPK signaling pathway.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tongue traction massage in the improvement of speech deficit in acute stage of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke aphasia patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group (30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random digits table method,the control group was treated with drug therapy, experimental group was treated with drug plus tongue traction massage therapy. The curative effect of tongue body massage and traction safety was compared between two groups. Results After 2 courses of treatment, there was no significant change in vital signs in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 90.00%(27/30), and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00% (21/30), there was significant difference between two groups(Z=-2.05,P<0.05). Conclusions In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke aphasia,the tongue traction massage,good clinical effect,can effectively improve the patient′s speech function,simple operation,safety,compliance is good,worthy of promotion.

Objective:To explore problems and self-experience of the newly graduated recruited nurses in the process of work and to provide a basis for formulating solutions to allow newly graduated recruited nurses to adapt to clinical work as soon as possible.Methods:The phenomenological method of qualitative study was used to interview 25 newly recruited nurses in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Guangzhou from 2018 to 2019.Results:By sorting out, refining and analyzing the interview data, three concepts related to professional confusion, career planning limitation and emphasis on professional acquisition were extracted.Conclusions:Professional confusion is common in newly recruited nurses in department of psychiatry. Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological status and self-experience of newly recruited nurses in department of psychiatry, provide necessary help and support and reduce the negative experience of nurses so as to make them better adapt to clinical work.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its components among people aged over 15 years in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and to compare the difference between Zhuang and Han populations.Methods Adopting cluster sampling,a survey of diabetes mellitus was conducted in Guangxi from 2003 to 2005.A total of 27 240 subjects aged over 15 years with complete data,including background information of each individual,blood pressure,lipid profile,plasma glucose,blood uric acid and fasting insulin were analyzed in this study.The prevalence of MS and its components were analysed in Han and Zhuang Chinese in Guangxi.The criteria of International Diabetes Federation(IDF)in 2005 and the China Diabetes Society(CDS)in 2004 were applied for diagnosis.Results(1)The crude prevalence rates of MS according to IDF definition were 13.15%in total,12.41%in male and 14.11%in female respectively.The age- standardized prevalence rates of MS(according to the population composition in China in 2000)were 7.66%in total,7.26%in male and 8.81%in female.The crude prevalence rates of MS according to CDS definition were 10.75%in total,13.45%in male and 7.28%in female respectively and the age-standar-dized prevalence rates of MS were 5.9%in total,7.21%in male and 4.31%in female.The prevalence of MS in total,male and female was increasing with age(P

β-Thalassemia is a single-gene disease caused by mutations in β-globin and has a distinct geographical characteristics. Current treatment for patients with moderate to severe thalassemia has mainly relied on long-term blood transfusion and/or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. B cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A (BCL11A) as a transcriptional repressor plays a vital role in monitoring γ/β hemoglobin switching, maintaining the normal function of hematopoietic stem cells, and regulating erythrocyte differentiation and lymphocyte development. With the rapid progress in gene editing technology, the BCL11A as a therapeutic target for β-thalassemia has shown promising results. This article has systematically summarized the regulatory mechanism and therapeutic potential of the BCL11A, with an aim to provide new ideas for the treatment of β-thalassemia.
