1.Research and Practice of the Hospital Librarians Performance Evaluation System
Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(7):83-86
The paper elaborates the construction idea of the hospital librarians performance evaluation system, introduces affirmation of the performance indicator weight and the performance evaluation methods.Taking Shandong Linyi Yishui Central Hospital as an exam-ple, it sorts performances of the librarians and tests the difference before and after making performance evaluation. The result shows that it is a reasonable and scientific way to evaluate performance of the librarians by using entropy weight method and RSR method. The evalu-ation result can serve as the basis to judge work of the librarians.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:In order to enhance the quality control of Chinese botanical extracts and to facilitate the entry of Chinese botanical drugs and traditional Chinese medicine into the international market.METHODS:The market overview of the botanical extracts was expounded, problems existed in the quality control of the Chinese botanical extracts were analyzed, and the significance and key points in establishing Good Extracting Practice(GEP)of the traditional Chinese medicine were discussed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The quality control of the Chinese botanical extracts must be emphasized, which means to establish the feasible quality standard;the production process should be optimized and the corresponding‘Standard Operating Procedure’should be formed;advanced technology and facilities should be adopted to improve the content of hi-tech,the toxic substances should be strictly controlled;the quality of the raw material should be guaranteed, the connection between which and the‘Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese Crude Drugs'should be strengthened.
4.The Management of American Botanical Preparations and Its Enlightenment
China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the expanding of Chinese traditional medicine enterprises in USA market.METHODS:The management mode of the botanical preparations in the USA and the related laws and regulations were overviewed from the perspectives of dietary replenisher and drug areas.RESULTS&CONSCLUSION:For the entry of Chi?nese traditional medicine into the USA market,a realistic way of behavior for the time being is to adopt a step-by-step pol?icy,i.e.first of all,a research of the standard botanical extracts should be conducted before entering into the USA market in the status of dietary replenishers, then the clinical research application was raised after marketing in USA market for several years, eventually, new drug application was raised.
5.Opportunities and Challenges for the Expanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine in European Union Herbal Drug Market
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To facilitate a better understanding of the European Union(EU)herbal drugs market for Chinese TCM enterprises and to promote the internationalization of Chinese traditional medicines.METHODS:The opportunities and challenges confronted by TCM enterprises in their expanding of their products in the EU herbal medicine market were analyzed based on the knowledge about market size, market segmentation, consumption patters and developmental tendencies of the EU herbal medicine market.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:There were both opportunities and challenges for the expanding of traditional Chinese medicines in the EU herbal medicine market, yet on the whole, the opportunities were more than the challenge.Chinese enterprises should strive to further expand the EU herbal medicine market.
6.Governmental Price-Cutting Policy and Expelling of Low Price Drugs from Market by High Price Drugs
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To put forward proposals for governments on how to properly regulate drug market.METHODS:The theory of price elasticity in economics was applied for the analysis.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:With the increasing of national income year by year, the cases for high price drugs to expel low price drugs has become increasingly common. The government policies should be based on the development of pharmaceutical industry, meanwhile government should take mild policy to ease the contradictions arose from the development.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Among the theories supporting the increase of incidence of allergy during the last several decades is the concept that environmental pollutants may play a vital role. The present review reported the effect of different types of pollutants on the development, modulation and persistence of allergic reactions. It analyzed how pollutants including ozone, nitrogen dioxide and particulate materials contribute to allergy directly and indirectly. It reviewed several possible mechanisms involved in the enhancement of allergic inflammation by air pollutants. Finally, it made a delineation of many factors affecting allergy, which could provide useful information on the prevention of allergy.

Objective To investigate the role of modified Seldinger technique combined with vascular ultrasonography in the placement of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) in patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. Methods Totally 120 patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy were equally divided into the observation group and the control group using the table of random number. In the observation group,PICC were placed using the modified Seldinger technique combined with vascular ultrasonography; in the control group, the PICC were placed using the traditional blind puncture technique. The success rate of first puncture, success rate of first placement, and the incidences of mechanical phlebitis and thrombosis were compared between two groups. Results The success rate of first puncture, success rate of first placement, and the incidences of mechanical phlebitis were 91.67%,100%,and 3.33%,respectively,in the observation group and 76.67%,86.67%,and 45%,respectively,in the control group (P =0.0061,P =0.0434,and P < 0.0001).However,no significant difference was found on the incidence of thrombosis between the two groups (P =0.1187).Conclusion Modified Seldinger technique combined with vascular ultrasonography is efficient and safe for PICC placement for patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of treating bifurcation lessions with jailed-balloon technique in simple strategy. Methods Ninety patients with bifurcation lessions (Duke D or F type) who received the side branch protection technique with simple strategy were involved in a single center retrospective analysis. Patients were randomly divided into jailed-balloon protection group (n=48) and jailed guidewire group (n=42). The process operating, procedural success of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), complications and the results of follow-up were investigated. Results The clinical baseline date and the bifurcation lesions were not significant different between jailed-balloon group and jailed guidewire group (P>0.05). The procedural success rate of PCI was 100%in jailed-balloon group and 97.6%in jailed guidewire group, no significance difference user between two groups (P>0.05). The perioperative complications (the rate of no reflow) was lower in jailed-balloon group than those of jailed guidewire group (1.0%vs. 19.0%, P<0.05). The procedural success rate of PTCA were lower in jailed-balloon group than that of jailed guidewire group (4.2%vs. 23.8%, P<0.01). The total operation time [(56.40±11.71) s vs. (72.60±10.62) s],exposing time [(9.86±1.82) s vs.(12.24±2.32)s] or amount of used contrast agent [(90.54±15.26) mL vs. (118.16±18.64) mL] were significantly lower in jailed-balloon group compared with those of jailed guidewire group (P<0.05). At the 12-month follow-up, the MACE was lower in the jailed-balloon group than that of jailed guidewire group (16.7%vs. 38.1%, P<0.05). The restenotic rate (2.1%vs. 4.8%, P>0.05) and the maximum restenotic level (19.24%vs. 21.46%,P>0.05) in the main branch were not significant different between jailed-balloon group and jailed guidewire group. But the maximum restenotic level in the opening of side branch was lower in jailed-balloon group than that of jailed guidewire group (51.2% vs. 72.46%, P < 0.01). Conclusion The jailed-balloon technique reduces the operation complications, exposure time and amount of contrast agent, and also saves surgical consumables. The procedure of branch with simple strategy is safe and effective in treatment of bifurcation lesions.
