1.The effect of clinical nursing in patients with heart failure of alcoholic cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Objective To discuss the nursing characteristics in patients with heart failure of alcoholic cardiomyopathy during hospitalization. Methods 16 patients with heart failure of alcoholic cardiomyopathy were studied and experience summarizations were made from four different aspects:normal nursing, life sign monitoring, observation and nursing during medication and psychological nursing. Results After abstinence of alcohol, heart failure treatment, nutrition treatment of cardiac muscle, detailed observation and careful nursing, the heart function of the 16 patients were improved, and the symptom disappeared so that those patients were ready to leave the hospital. Conclusion The key for the treatment in heart failure of alcoholic cardiomyopathy is immediate and thorough abstinence of alcohol, and,if heart failure happens, life sign monitoring, medication observation and psychological nursing are also important.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
In order to enhance their core competitiveness, hospitals will deal with medical service suppliers, patients, counterpart hospitals and other stakeholders constantly.Such multiple value activities constitute a patient-oriented and hospital-centered value group.Hospitals have to constantly meet the demand of patients in the provision of medical services, and patients will be satisfied through their own participation in medical activities, thus realize the increase of their value. The pattern of mutual value creation between hospitals and patients forms the new hospital-patient relationship. It is an important condition for the hospitals to gain competitive advantages in the medical service provision through the two models of value maximization and organization minimization, and is also profitable for the formation of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.

Thirty eight adult male rabbits were selected for the experiment. The experimental peptic ulcer was induced by means of injection of 40% acetic acid to the submucosa of the stomach. Animals of the control group were injected with normal saline instead and another control group consisted of normal rabbits without any treatment. The animals were killed by decapitation at different time intervals (3~49 days) after the operation. The adrenal tissues were prepared for histochemical studies from both experimental and control animals. The results were observed as follows:During the early stage of the peptic ulcer, the fascicular and reticular zones were the chief sites in the adrenal cortex where histochemical changes were involved. Three days after the peptic ulcer operation, the cells of the fascicular and reticular zones filled with sudanophilic lipid droplets and cholesterol droplets. Five days after the operation, both of lipid droplets and cholesterol droplets decreased; the content of ascorbic acid increased slightly; and the activity of succinic dehydrogenase also increased. The above changes were most conspicuous in the inner portion of the fascicular zone within ten days. After fourteen days, all the above histochemical changes began to recover and gradually returned to the normal level after eighteen to thirty five days. In the normal saline operation control group, the contents of lipid droplets and cholesterol droplets decreased in the fascicular and reticular zones after three days and returned to normal level during the period of ten to fourteen days after operation for saline injection. The above histochemical changes showed that the adrenal cortex was at an active functional state during the early period of the experimental peptic ulcer.

Objective To investigate healthy status and disease distribution of couples through analysing the results of pre‐preg‐nancy laboratory examination and to explore high risk factors ,in order to provide scientific references for the realization of eugenics . Methods The routine blood test ,serum markers of hepatitis B ,five items(TORCH) examination ,detection of female vaginal secre‐tions were carried out in 8 313 couples planning pregnancy from 2013 to 2014 ,and the results of pre‐pregnancy health examination were analysed and evaluated .Results The thyroid dysfunction accounted for 17 .43% of all women undergoing examination ,which was the most common disease .Among items carried out in all couples ,thalassemia and positive of hepatitis B surface antigen were the most common ,accounted for 10 .20% and 9 .94% respectively .Conclusion The pre‐pregnancy health examination could screen high risk factors ,which is benefit for guiding eugenics and effectively reducing the birth defects and adverse pregnancy and is a sig‐nificant measure for eugenics .

Objective To explore the mechanisln of action of Jianpiyishen Decotion on renal fibrosis and provide experimental evidence for chnieal application. Methods The Wistar male rats were randomly divided into four groups. They were normal control group(N group),model group(M group),low dose treatment group(L group)and high dose treatment group(H group).AⅡanimal models were made of CRF with subtotal renal ablation except the N group.Interference began at one week after operation. After being interfered for 8 weeks, blood serunl and nephridial tissues were taken out.Serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Scr)and fibronectin(FN)were detected. Results In N group。There were light expression in renal tubniointerstitial substance, cellula epithelialis basal meulbnule and Vascular smooth muscle. In M group,FN was strong expressed in renal tubulointerstitial substance and renal tubde, and also in glomerular mesangium. There was significant difference between N and M group(P
