China is a large agricultural country, with nearly 900 million people living in the countryside. The establishment and perfection of rural medical security mechanism is not only the need of developing socialist market economy, but also an important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and it is also the indispensable "safety net" and "stabilizer" of harmonious society. However, the extant rural medical security mechanism is still very imperfect. This is unfavorable to the improvement of peasant's health quality, harmonious development between the urban and rural areas, and prosperity and stability of the country. So we should take all kinds of measures to speed up the establishment and perfection of rural medical security mechanism.

Combining with the disharmonious ethical phenomena in employment of medical students at present,this paper analyses its subjective and objective reasons,and puts forward some practical approaches to the cultivation of harmonious employment ethics of medical students.

OBJECTIVE: To attempt to apply the research method of evidence-based medicine for the scientific administration of pharmacy. METHODS: The meta-analysis method in evidence based medicine was applied,the pharmacy work basal protocols original sources were established as primary source or data for aggregate analysis. RESULTS: 15 basal protocols and 25 standard operating manual and the associated supervising system had been established. The key problems were discovered through the data analysis and which were solved accordingly. CONCLUSIONS: Applying the research method in evidence based medicine can facilitate digitalization, routinization, and institutionalization in the administration of pharmacy and greatly enhance the efficiency of administration.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the way,approach and the effects of continuing education of pharmacists in hospital.METHODS:Multimedia and lectures were adopted as the mode of teaching medical courses and exam system was established as well.RESULTS:Continuing education made up for pharmacists'lack of medical knowledge to some degree,which laid a specialty foundation for pharmacists in the clinical service.CONCLUSIONS:The mode of launching continuing medical education for pharmacists is practicable,which can make up for the current lack of clinical pharmacy graduates from medicine academy.

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effects of gemcitabine plus cisplatin (DDP) for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:20 cases were treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin.Results:The complete response rate was zero, and partial response rate was 45%. Conclusions:GP regimen is effective for treating non small cell lung cancer. [

The compositions of amino acids and carotenoids, Na+,-K+ and Ca2+ in Spirulina grown in culture media with different NaCl concentrations have been determined. The experimental results indicated that at higher salinity the composition of amino acids did not change, but some of its ratios altered obviously. The ?-carotene constituted the majority of the carotenoids, the content of which declined with the increasing of NaCl concentration in medium. Along with the increase of NaCl, the content of Na+ increased, but K+ declined, and Ca2+ kept constant.

Objective To explore the measure to diminish the misdiagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome.Methods 46 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome were analyzed.Results 33 cases had ever been misdiagnosed with average time of 5.3 years.One of the main clinical symptoms was the pathological process of lower limb(84.8%).Doppler color flow imaging examination showed positive rate of 100% in liver veins and inferior vena cava,,but none of the misdiagnosed cases received this examination.The viral marker test had a positive rate of only 4.3% that was not higher than that of general population.Conclusion Budd-Chiari syndrome has a variety of symptoms,so Doppler color flow imaging is considered an important means to diagnose this disease.

Methaqualone and 2-methyl-3 [2- (hydroxymethyl) phenyl]- 4 (3H) quinazolinone (metabolite I) concentrations in human serum wereanalyzed quantitatively by reverse high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The concentrations of methaqualone ranging from 1-35?g/ml were in good linear relationship(Correlation coefficient r = 0. 9980, regression line y = 0. 06324x-0. 1029), The average recovery of methaqualone reached as high as 102.08?9. 987(SD)% (n= 5). The detective limit was 1 ng. The relative quantity of metabolite I was determined according to the linear concentration of methaqulone. RP-HPLC assay is proved to be useful in determening blood methaqualone and metabolite I concentrations in forensic toxicology.

Objective To investigate the status of pregnancy syphilis screening ,diagnosis,treatment,follow-up in Panyu district for improvement of management of pregnancy syphilis .Methods Using the method of a retro-spective survey,the follow-up data for 219 cases of patients were diagnosed with gestational syphilis from 2011.10.1 to 2013.9.30.Results 219 cases were diagnosed with gestational syphilis in 103 665 cases of pregnant women .The positive rate was 2.1%and all cases were latent syphilis .176 cases underwent a course of treatment during pregnancy , of which 33 patients received two courses of standard treatment .40 cases didn't receive treatment and 3 cases could not be followed up due to the phone empty ,shut down or refuse .14 cases were congenital syphilis ,the rate was 6.4%. Conclusion Pregnancy syphilis is a serious mother to child transmission of disease .After standard treatment ,close follow-up,strengthen publicity and education to improve patient compliance can reduce the incidence of congenital syphilis.

Objective To analyze the cognition, utilization and satisfaction on pregnancy health management of basic public health services. and to find out potential problems and provide suggestions for promoting equality in rural basic public health. The Weishan Lake area was selected as the sample point and the left behind pregnant women in the countryside as control. Methods In the period from May 2016 to July, questionnaires were designed for the pregnancy health management of basic public health services, 330 left-behind pregnant women and 300 rural immigrating pregnant women were selected as our target interviewees. The average age of rural immigrating pregnant women and the left-behind pregnant women was (28.6 ± 3.7) years, and (28.3 ± 3.4) years old, respectively; the degree of education of rural immigrating pregnant women and the left-behind pregnant women was secondary specialized school or high school and junior middle school, respectively. The occupation of rural immigrating pregnant women was mainly workers;accounting for 31.4%, while the occupation of the left-behind pregnant women was farming, accounting for 36.7%. Results The awareness rate ofgeneral pregnancy examination and gynecological examinationin health management items of rural immigrating pregnant women and left-behind pregnant women was the highest, which were 77.7% and 78.3%, respectively, and the lowest awareness rate of the 2 prenatal follow-up was the lowest in the third trimester, which was 22.6% and 23.0%, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant. The maternal health management service understanding rate of rural immigrating pregnant women and left-behind pregnant women were 24.7% and 17.9% respectively , the difference was statistically significant (Z=-1.993, P=0.046);the awareness rate of delivery and breastfeeding in late pregnancy were 36.2% and 47.6% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.933, P=0.005). The rate of the registering of the maternal health care handbook of rural immigrating pregnant women and left-behind pregnant women were 40.4%and 54%respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=11.065, P=0.001), Among them, the rate of registering in township hospitals was 46.6% and 73.3% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=21.104, P=0.0000); the utilization rate of 3 or more antepartum examination and follow-up services was 8.4%and 23%respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=23.878, P=0.000). The growth and development of the health of pregnant women and fetal assessment and utilization rates were 9.8% and 23.6%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=20.460, P=0.000); prenatal guidance (childbirth preparation, breastfeeding) utilization rate were 8%, 13.7%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.011, P=0.027);abnormal or critical maternal referral utilization rate were 22%and 34.8%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=12.133, P=0.001). Conclusion Imbalance exists in acquiring basic public health services of the two pregnant women cohort, the left-behind pregnant women are better than the rural immigrating pregnant women. Therefore, the government should propagate this service by multi-channel to improve their cognition and utilization of this policy implemented, and to promote the development of the services.
