Objective Using principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method to make objective and accurate evaluation of hospital operation management quality.This aims at proving whether such methods are scientific and feasible for comprehensive evaluation for the quality of hospital operation management and providing the basis for hospital decision making.Methods 15 typical Hospital Performance Indicators were chosen from a cancer hospital during 2008-2012,which were subject to TOPSIS method and principal components analysis,weighted TOPSIS method for comprehensive evaluation.Results The results with principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method conform to the actual hospital conditions and prove the rising quality of operation management of the hospital.That is,the closer the date,the higher the ranking.Conclusion Principal components analysis and weighted TOPSIS method are proven flexible,practical,scientific and reliable and suitable for popularization and application in the quality evaluation of hospital operation management.

Objective To observe the curative effects and explore the homeostasis mechanism of Fuxueningheji in treating metrorrhagia with blood stasis.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into test group(30 cases,treated with Fuxueningheji)and control group(30 cases,treated with Gongxuening pulse),one course was 1 month.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,and markedly effective rate was 66.67%,while the control group was 66.67% and 40% respectively.There was no significant difference in total effective rate,but was significant difference in markedly effective rate.Fuxueningheji could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously and reduced the bleeding and coagulation time,improve the hemorheology,decrease PGI2,increase TXB2.The effects was superior to that of the control group(P

Two patients were admitted to the hospital for 2-month history of pruritic eruptions on the forehead and 2-week history of pruritie eruptions on the leg, respectively. Both patients had a history of pet contact. Topical application of glucocorticoids did not work well. Dermatological examination revealed a patch measuring 5 cm ×6 cm on the forehead of one patient and a patch measuring 2 cm × 3 cm on the leg of the other patient. Both patches were surrounded by red papules and scaling. Microscopic examination of skin scales revealed hyphae and chain-like spores, and culture of skin scales grew Microsporum gyeum. Both the isolates of Microsporum gyeum were sensitive to ketoconazole, miconazole, bifonazole, terbinafine, and voriconazole. Both patients were healed after treatment with oral terbinafine and topical ciclopirox olamine.

ObjectiveTo evaluate and compare the efficacy and adverse effects of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ : IgG Fc protein for injection (etanercept) and methotrexate ( MTX )regimens for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). MethodsForty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups by stratified sampling method:etanercept group,22 patients were treated with 12.5 mg of etanercept,twice times per week by subcutaneous injection;and MTX group,24 patients were treated with 5-10 mg of MTX,once per week by oral administration. The course of treatment lasted 24 weeks in both groups, so as to observe their ACR20, ACR50, ACR70 and adverse effects of the drugs. ResultsAfter treated for 24 weeks,ACR50,ACR70 respectively achieved 54.5％ (12/22),31.8％ (7/22) in etanercept group,which were significantly higher than those in MTX group[16.7％(4/24),4.2％( 1/24)]. The total efficacy was 86.4％ (19/22) in etanercept group, 20.8％ (5/24) in MTX group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P ＜ 0.05 ). The incidence of adverse effects was not significant between the two groups [22.7％(5/22) vs. 50.0％ (12/24)](P ＞ 0.05). ConclusionEtanercept has a good efficacy and safety for the treatment of active RA.

Objective To observe the effect of the different bore diameter membranes on technological parameters of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula and to optimize the process of membrane filtration.Methods Three different membranes were tested under different parameters of operation to observe the changes in membrane flux and the content of effective components by Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula.Results The membrane(50 nm)had the great flux,the transfering rate of stilbene glucoside was the highest;The optimum conditions:the operation differential pressure was 0.8-1.2 MPa;The operation temperature was 50-60 ℃;the membrane surface flow rate was 3.0 m/s.When the volume of filtration solution was condensed to 1/10 of former,entering the same volume deionized water into it,and when the effective components transfering rate reached 80%,the filtration was finished.Using the strong acid and strong alkali to wash it in turn,the flux could revive above 90%.Conclusion It can be obtained a good result that adopts the technology of ceramic membranes microfiltration to refine Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula.This can provide the foundation for the application of ceramic membrane microfiltration in the refinement of water extraction of other Chinese materia medica.

Objective To investigate the etiological characteristics of non-bacterial pneumonia in children in Xi'an. Methods Virus IgM antibody was detected by solid phase ELISA technique, and mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) IgM antibody was detected by Au-mark immunodotting technique. Results In a total of 302 cases, mycoplasma pneumonia and / or virus were detected in 204, with the positive infection rate as 67.55%(204/302); 328 cases were found with positive strains of pathogens including 120 mycoplasma(MP) strains (36.6%) among which were 77 coxsackie virus(CV) strains (23.5%), 56 respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) strains (17.1%), 39 influenza virus strains(11.9%), 25 adenovirus strains(7.6%) and 11 EBV strains(3.4%). The single infection rate was 51.99%(157/302) while the mixed infection rate was 15.56%(47/302). The onset of non-bacterial pneumonia in Xi'an could be seen in all seasons of the year. There was significant seasonal difference among the incidences caused by different pathogens(P0.05). The highest incidence age was between 7 months to 3 years. Conclusion MP, CV, RSV are the leading pathogens that cause non-bacterial pneumonia in children in Xi'an. ELISA and Au-mark immunodotting techniques are simple and quick to detect viruses and mycoplasma.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of hesperidin in Yangweishu tablets.METHODS: The samples were separated on octadecyl silane bonded gel silica column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-7% acetic acid solution(32∶68) under a detection wavelength of 283nm.RESULTS: The linear range of hesperidin was 49.6～892.8 ng(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 99.02%(RSD=0.45%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Yangweishu tablets.

Objective To investigate the myocardium protective effect of immunoinflammatory response induced by preinfarction angina. Methods Eighty-eight patients of acute myocardial infarction were divided into preinfarction angina group (48 subjects) and sudden onset group (40 subjects). The incidence of severe arrhythmia,heart failure,cardiac shock and in-hospital mortality were assessed in the two groups. This study was aimed to explore the action mechanism of massage treatment in combination with small needle knife to cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy (CSA). A total of 400 CSA patients were randomly divided into four groups, which included group A (medicine treatment group), group B (small needle knife therapy group), group C(massage treatment group) and group D (small needle knife combined with massage treatment group). The observation was given on the average blood flow velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI) and treatment efficiency of ver-tebral artery(VA) and basilar artery (BA) before and after treatment among 400 cases using transcranial doppler (TCD). The results showed that TCD detection of Vm of VA and BA in group B, C and D were obviously improved after treatment; and the PI of them was close to normal. The total effective rate of group A was 66.0%, 78.6% in group B, 80.2% in group C, and 96.0% in group D. It was concluded that the treatment by massage in combination with small needle knife therapy of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis had a clear effect. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of Vm and PI of vertebral basilar artery.
