Objective To investigate the relationship between plasm N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels and severity of coronary artery disease and coronary artery lesions. Methods 150 patients complaining of chest pain and suspected to have coronary artery disease (CAD) were enrolled in the study. Plasm NT-proBNP contents were determined with ELISA method within 48h, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was assessed with echocardiography 5-7 days after admission. All patients underwent coronary artery angiography(CAG) 2-17 days after admission and the severity of coronary artery lesions was estimated by coronary angiographic Gensini scores. According to the clinical data and results of CAG, 78 patients were diagnosed as acute coronary syndromes (ACS), 33 patients as stable angina, and 39 patients in whom angiography showed negative findings, served as normal controls. The correlation of plasm NT-proBNP levels with clinical severity of coronary artery disease and Gensini scores were analysed. Objective To investigate the roles of a variety of cytokines including transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the differentiation of CD+4 Tlymphocyte cells.Methods T lymphocyte cells either in human peripheral blood or routine spleen were cultured in vitro under different stimulation conditions.Flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentages of CD+4IL-17+ T-helper 17(Th17) cells,CD+8 IL-17+ T cells,CD+4 CD+25 FOXP+3 T regulatory (Treg) cells among activated T cells.Results Differentiation of Treg cells,Th17 cells and CD+8 IL-17+ T lymphocyte cells was enhanced when murine splenic T cells were cultured with TGF-β.The levels of expression were (7.8±2.2)%,(12.6±3.1)%,(10.1±2.6)% ,respectively.Experimental control group was severally same type of T cells without cytokine treatment.The levels of expression were (4.8±0.6) %,(1.7±0.5) %,(1.0±0.4) %,respectively.There were statistically significant differences among them (q=4.09,8.80,9.61.P<0.05 or P<0.01).Under combination treatment with IL-6 and TGF-β,(17.8±5.3) % Th17 cells and (15.0±4.2)% CDCD+8 IL-17CD+ T cells were induced,whereas the levels of Treg cells whose differentiation were restrained were (4.1±1.2) %.The differences were statistically significant compared with the level of same type of T cells in TGF-β group (q=5.03,5.17,5.04,P<0.01).Moreover,combination treatment with IL-2 and TGF-β decreased percentages of Th17 and CDCD+8 IL-17CD+ T cells and increased percentages of Treg cells in T cell population.There was an opposite effect when anti-IL-2 was apphed.The percentages of Th17 and CD+8 IL-17+ T cells were increased and the percentages of Treg cells were reduced The regulation trend of T lymphocyte cells in human peripheral blood was similar with those in routine spleen.Conclusion Various cytokines are of great importance in the regulation of the balance between Th17 and Treg cell.
3.HPLC determination of metoclopramide and its related substances in metoclopramide nasal spray

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metoclopramide (MCP) and its related substances in MCP nasal spray .Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile and phosphate buffer solution (0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution, added with 5 ml of triethylamine and adjusted to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid)(19∶81) as the mobile phase at 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 275 nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃.Results and Conclusion Related substances were completely separated from MCP .For MCP,the linearity of determination was over the range of 10-200 μg/ml and the recovery of the method ranged from 100.3%to 101.6%.The relative standard deviation was 0.68%(n=9).The method is accurate, reliable, repeatable, and could be readily utilized as a quality control method for MSP nasal spray .
4.Vascular Stimulating Effect of Sodium Ozagrel for Injection:An Empirical Study

OBJECTIVE:To observe the stimulating effect of instilled sodium ozagrel for injection on rabbits'auricular vein.METHODS:Rabbits'auricular veins were assigned to receive sodium ozagrel for injection(19.0 mL?kg~(-1))or 5% glucose injection(19.0 mL?kg~(-1))q.d for 7 days by instillation.The rabbits were executed at 24 h and 72 h respectively after the last infusion,with rabbits'auricular blood vessel samples taken at the distance of 1 cm and 5 cm distal from injection site for histopathologic examination.RESULTS:Histopathologically,the rabbits treated by sodium ozagrel for injection(19.0 mL?kg~(-1))or 5%glucose injection showed similar changes in the skin and veins of the injection sites,and there were no abnormalities such as congestion,edema,induration and necrosis in both groups.CONCLUSION:No obvious stimulating effect on rabbits'auricular vein blood vessel was noted for sodium ozagrel for injection.
5.Comparison of Wy10 teeth whitening systems and Beyond Ⅱ cold light bleaching for extrinsic tooth discolouration

Objective To compare the efficacy of Wy10 bleaching equipment and Beyond Ⅱcold light whitening apparatus for discolored tooth.Methods 100 patients were randomed into two groups:treatment group and control group.50 patients accepted the treatment of Wy10 (treatment group),and another 50 patients accepted the treatment of Beyond Ⅱ (control group).Efficacy was measured according to the Vita classical shade guide after treatment.Sensitivity between groups were tested by SPSS11.0 software package.Results The two groups did not significantly differ in tooth shade at the end of the treatment.Significant differences in sensitivity were detected between experimental group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Both of treatment with using the Wy10 and Beyond Ⅱ system shows significant clinical efficacy,and Wy10 bleaching equipment can significantly solve patients' problems due to postoperative tooth sensitivity and fear.
6.Study on the Quality Standard of Fresh Gastrodia elata Lyophilized Powder

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment of quality standard for Fresh Gastrodia elata lyophilized powder. METHODS:TLC was conducted for the qualitative identification of G. elata in preparation,and HPLC was conducted for the content determination of gastrodin in preparation. The column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phos-phoric acid(3∶97,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 220 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃ and vol-ume injection was 10 μl. RESULTS:TLC pots of Fresh G. elata lyophilized powder were clear and well-separated. The linear of gastrodin was 2.9-14.5 μg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than 1.00%;recov-ery was 98.07%-102.70%(RSD=1.74%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Fresh G. elata lyophilized powder.
7.A Study of False Negative Results of Gelle Test

Objective To study the false negative results of Gelle test .Methods Hearing test data between August 2013 to July 2014 were retrieved from outpatient records with hearing complaints of tinnitus or hearing loss . Recruiting criteria:no history of otitis media ,normal tympanic membrane ,no radiologic manifestations of lesions in middle ear and mastoid and abiltly of clear expression of changes of hearing .A total of 60 patients(120 ears ) were tested with conventional pure tone audiometry (PTA) and Gelle test .Acoustic immittance and distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) were tested in 110 and 113 ears ,respectively .Results Among 120 ears ,7 were di‐agnosed as conductive hearing loss ,23 as mixed hearing loss ,52 as sensorineural hearing loss ,and 38 as normal hearing by pure tone audiometry .The negative Gelle test results were detected in 5 ,11 ,16 and 3 ears ,respective‐ly .110 ears were tested with tympanometry ,types A ,B and C tympanograms were found in 102 ears ,2 ears and 6 ears ,respectively ,and the negative Gelle test results were 22 ,2 and 4 ,respectively .DPOAEs were recordable in 56 ears and negative in 57 ears ,and negative Gelle tests were recorded in 12 and 17 ears respectively .Conclusion False-negative results were found in all types of PTA ,tympanometry and DPOAE .It indicates that Gelle test might not be sensitive and accurate enough to evaluate the integrity and mobility of ossicular chain .Gelle test com‐bined with PTA and DPOAE may be better for assessment of hearing loss and entity of ossicular chain .
8.Effect of general intervention on the psychological state alleviation of healthy pregnant women

Objective To explore the effect of general intervention in improving the psychological condition of healthy pregnant women. Methods Totally 96 pregnant women who made prenatal visits in our obstetrics and outpatient department were divided into the control and the intervention group stochasti-cally. The intervention group started from first prenatal visit. The general intervention measures included cognitive intervention, the behavioral intervention, family coping intervention and psychological intervention with self-designed relaxation exercises. While conventional prenatal visit, propaganda and nursing were im-plemented to the control group.Self-made general questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90)were used to survey and analyze the results. Results Post-natal depression and anxiety of the control group was obviously higher than that of the prenatal. The Post-natal obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, terror and bigotry in the intervention group were greatly alleviated. Com-pared with the control group, obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and terror of the intervention group were significantly different (P<0.05). The depression improved while the difference was not evidently differenL Conclusions Delivery had great influence on the psychological status of women,especially anxiety and depression. General intervention measures like psychological relax-ation exercises can improve the psychological condition of healthy pregnant women obviously,especially de-pression.
9.Study on the Quality Standards for Gastrodia elata Horey-fired Tablet

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Gastrodia elata hency-fired tablet. METHODS:TLC was used to identify the gastrodin and benzyl alcohol and determine the content of moisture,ash and extract;HPLC was used to determine the content of gastrodin and benzyl alcohol. Column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate(3:97,V/V) at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 220 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃ and volume injection was 10 μl. RE-SULTS:The TLC of gastrodin and benzyl alcohol showed clear spots and good separation. The moisture content<35.0%,total ash contents<2.0% and extract content>40.0%. Linear range of gastrodin was 25.2-126.0,12.7-63.5 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),respectively;RSDs of precision,reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 2.0%;recovery was 99.49%-102.40%(RSD=1.09%,n=6), 98.75-102.63%(RSD=1.53,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Gastrodia elata hency-fired tablet.
10.Study on the expression of IkappaB-alpha protein in TNF-alpha induced apoptosis of U937 cells.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the TNF-alpha induced apoptosis of U937 cells, the expression, degradation and subcellular localization of IkappaB-alpha, and its degradation mechanism.
METHODChanges and subcellular loca-lization of IkappaB-alpha were observed by fluorescence microscopy, expression and degradation of IkappaB-alpha protein with N-tosyl-L-phenylalanylchloromethyl ketone (TPCK protease inhibitor) blocking test and apoptosis of U937 cell by flow cytometry.
RESULTS(1) immunolfluorescence assay showed that IkappaB-alpha localized in cytoplasm only. (2) The level of IkappaB-alpha protein was downregulated after TNF-alpha stimulation, flow cytometry also confirmed the downregulation. (3) The downregulation of IkappaB-alpha protein levels in TNF-alpha induced apoptosis was partially inhibited by TPCK. (4) The apoptosis rate of U937 cells induced by TNF-alpha was (60.73 +/- 1.61)%.
CONCLUSION(1) Degradation of IkappaB-alpha protein during TNF-alpha induced apoptosis of U937 cells suggested the activation of NF-kappaB. (2) TPCK sensitive protease plays an important role in the degradation of IkappaB-alpha protein. (3) TPCK sensitive protease also involved in the apoptosis of U937 cells induced by TNF-alpha.
