1.Hysteroscopy plus laparoscopy on stress response and pregnancy in patients with tubal infertility

Objective To study hysteroscopy plus laparoscopy on stress response and pregnancy in patients with tubal infertility.Methods According to the digital table,80 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n =40 cases) and the observation group(n =40 cases).The control group were operated through hysteroscopy,while the observation group were operated through hysteroscopy plus laparoscopy.Operative time,blood loss and hospital stay were observed.Serum cortisol (Cor) and hsCRP were measured before and after surgery.Results In the observation group,operative time,blood loss and hospitalization stay were less than those of the control group(t =3.268,4.928,2.728,all P < 0.05).Postoperative serum Cor and hs-CRP were significantly higher,but the observation group were lower than the control group,there were a significant differences between the two groups(t =3.165,2.147,all P < 0.05).In the observation group,intrauterine pregnancy was significantly higher and ectopic pregnancy was significantly lower than those of the control group(x2 =4.78,4.16,both P < 0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy plus laparoscopy can improve pregnancy and decrease stress response in patients with tubal infertility.
2.Research of self-management self-efficacy and health-related quality of life in hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the self-management self-efficacy,health-related quality of life of hemodialysis patients and explore the relationship between them. Methods Self-management self-efficacy questionnaire and SF-36 were used,and 55 hemodialysis patients participated in this study. Pearson correlate and regression analysis were used to test the relationship between them. Results 55 questionnaires were available. Positively associated between self-management self-efficacy and HRQOL(r=0.268,P<0.05);significantly positively associated between physical activity self-efficacy and HRQOL(r=0.409,P<0.01). Regression analysis showed that physical activity self-efficacy is the factor of HRQOL (t=3.261,P<0.01).Conclusion Physical activity self-efficacy is the factor of HRQOL in hemodialysis patients,increasing self-management self-efficacy is benefit to their HRQOL.
3.Analysis of stress in spondylolysis of lumbar spine

[Objective]To investigate the biomechanical pathogenesis of lumbar spondylolysis,and to provide theoretical basis and scientific foundation for the treatment prevention of lumbar spondylolysis.[Method]The three dimension analytical method of finite element was used to set up a 3-D finite element model of whole lumbar vertebral column and to investigate the stress distribution of seven different posture in isthmus of lumbar spine.[Result]The stress of vertebral isthmus increased from L_(1~5) gradually.The concentration phenomenon of the stress prominently appeared in anteflexion and postextension,with the largest postextension position.[Conclusion]Spondylolysis may be caused by the long-term hazard stress on the lumbar isthmus,in high relation with postextension of lumbar spine.

5.Surveys on 1004 nursing managers' pre-post training needs in 11 provinces

Objective To conduct surveys on nursing managers'pre-post training needs in the country.Methods Self-made questionnaires on nursing managers'pre-post training and the managerial skills of nursing managers in the next five years were used to conduct surveys on 1 004 nursing managers in 77 domestic hospitals.Results Among those surveyed,45.8% of the heads of nursing departments and 54.2% of the head nurses had no pre-post training while 94.5% of those surveyed deemed it extremely necessary for nursing managers to receive pre-post training.Conclusion It is essential for nursing managers to get pre-post training,which ought to be conducted at various levels,with different focal points, and according to their needs.Such training should be gradually conducted in a standardized and systematic way.

A device for promoting normal locomotor activity recuperation was made, which was composed by frame, elastic bolt and normal gait mark carpet. The device has the effects of weight relieving, abnormal gait preventing, and safeguards providing. The patient could do gait training by he/her self or assistant self training under the weight reducing and protecting of the device in order to improve the walking ability and the normal gait formation. It is effective for preventing drop foot and leg adduction, and also helpful for the recovery of normal gait ability and the prevention of abnormal gait formation. It is applicable for the patient who can not be trained with ordinary weight relief walking training, such as severe cerebral palsy and severe spasmodic lower extremity and foot drop after brain injury. The results demonstrated that the device is effective in protecting, correcting, preventing abnormal gait as well as forming normal gait.
7.Pelvic radiotherapy induces dysbiosis of gut microbiota and enteric infection in mice

Objective To explore the changes of gut microbiota in response to abdominal and pelvic radiotherapy and its potential relationship with intestinal infection.Methods Irradiation was delivered to the abdominal region of BALB/c mice,following the regular human pelvic-radiotherapy protocol,2.0 Gy/d,continuous 5 d/week.Samples of ileum tissue and the intestinal content were collected at different time points of irradiation procedure,including after 3 and 5 weeks,and at 1 week after 6 weeks of irradiation.Quantitative RT-PCR was used to measure the mRNA level of antimicrobial peptides and pro-inflammtory factors.Bacterial translocation was determined by PCR.The gut microbiota was characterized by the denaturing gradient electrophoresis assay.Results The expressions of cryptdin-1 and cryptdin-4 were decreased after 3 weeks of irradiation and at 1 week after 6 weeks of irradiation(t =-7.43,-3.54,-4.72,-4.27,P < 0.05),while they were significantly increased at the 5 weeks of radiation (t =6.15,5.75,P < 0.05).The diversity index and richness of gut microbiota after 3 or 5 weeks irradiation were significantly decreased (t =-3.49,-4.19,-3.44,-4.97,P < 0.05).The gut microbiota dysbiosis of the irradiated mice was characterized with the decrease of probiotics of Lactobacillus and the increasing of opportunistic pathogen of Escherichia coli,Shigella flexneri,et al.Bacterial translocation episodes were more frequently in the irradiated mice than that of control animal.The mRNA levels of IL-1β、IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly increased after 3 or 5 weeks of irradiation (t =4.85,6.16,7.71,4.60,4.86,5.97,P < 0.05).Compared with the control,the expression levels of IL-1β and TNF-α at the 1 week after 6 weeks of irradiation ending was also obviously enhanced (t =3.67,5.88,P <0.05).Conclusions Pelvic radiotherapy can induce abnormality of enteric antimicrobial peptides and may result in gut microbiota dysbiosis.The disturbed gut microbial flora may further trigger an incurrence of bacterial translocation and enteritis.Therefore,the gut microbiota may be a potential interfering target to alleviate radiotherapy adverse effect.
8.Following-up of Early Syphilis with both RPR Test and Tp-IgM-Capture-EL ISA after Treatment

Objective To explore the significance of RPR te st and Tp -IgM-Capture -ELISA in fol-lowing-up of early syphilis.Methods Sixty-one cases of primary syphilis with less than one-year course and 77cases of secondary syphilis were enr olled into the study.The patients we re followed up by RPR test and Tp -IgM-Capture -ELISAat intervals of three months for two years after treatment .Results By the end of 3,6,9,12,15,18,21and 24months,RPRtest became negative in 6.2%,31.5%,61.5%,83.8%,90.7%,92.3%,94.6%,and95.3%of patients,respectively.By the end of 3,6,9,12and 15months,Tp -IgM-Capture -ELISA became negative in 25.4%,56.5%,86.2%,97.1%and 100.0%of patients,respectiv ely.In primary syphilis the RPR test became nonreactive in 8.2%(3months after treatment ),31.1%(6months),57.4%(9months),75.4%(12months),83.6%(15months),85.2%(18months),and 100.0%(21months)of patients,and Tp -IgM-Cap-ture -ELISA in 45.9%(3months),85.2%(6months),98.4%(9months),100.0%(12months)of patients.In secondary syphilis RPRtest became n onreactive in 2.6%(3months after treatment ),28.6%(6months),58.4%(9months),81.8%(12months),84.4%(15months),88.3%(18months),90.9%(21months)and 92.2%(24months)of patients,and Tp -IgM-Capture -ELISAin 9.1%(3months),33.8%(6months),71.4%(9months),94.8%(12months)and 100.0%(15months)of patients.Tp -IgM-Capture -ELISA was found to be negative earlier than that of RPR test in all ca ses.No sero-resistant was shown in T p -IgM-Capture -ELISA.Conclusions Tp -IgM turns to negative in 12months after treatment for nearly all patie nts with early syphilis.Tp -IgM-Cap-ture -ELISA may be served as a useful t ool to follow up early syphilis patie nts after treatment.[

Objective To develop one kind of device that can not only reduce the body weight,but also provide a good condition for training lower extremity potentialities.Methods The body weight bearing support and protection system,body weight reducing system and scaled footboard were made respectively.The lower extremity potentialities,nervous conduction speed and leg motion coordination ability training were done under protection and body weight reducing.Results The potential training device could exactly protect the patient and reduce body weight,and make the training step by step.Under the effects of protecting and body weight reducing of the potential training device,the training could be performed together with the Chinese traditional medicine rehabilitation method;that was physical and breathing exercises.The lower extremity potentialities were developed nicely.Conclusion The lower extremity potentialities training device is a useful training device which can bear body weight,have protective effect,develop lower extremity potentialities and improve coordination ability of lower extremities.
10.Expression and identification of recombinant fusion protein of thrombopoietin mimetic peptide and growth hormone in Pichia pastoris

Objective To fulfill high-efficient expression of rTMP-GH,a recombinant fusion protein of thrombopoietin mimetic peptide and human growth hormone,in Pichia pastoris.Methods cDNA fragment coding for rTMP-GH was amplified by PCR,and subsequently cloned into the expression vector pPIC9K.The linearlized plasmid pPIC9K-rTMP-GH was transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115 cells and screened in MD/MM plates under pressure of G418.The recombinant fusion protein rTMP-GH was identified by Western blotting,and its biological activity was analyzed by its ability on colony formation of megakaryoblasts.Results The pPIC9K-rTMP-GH expression plasmid was successfully constructed.GS115 cells with high expression of rTMP-GH was screened out,and the rough purified rTMP-GH showed promotive effect on megakaryoblast colony formation.Conclusion High-efficient expression of rTMP-GH in Pichia pastoris is achieved.
