Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy.Methods:Thirty women underwent laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy(GroupⅠ),29 women underwent open intrafascial hysterectomy(GroupⅡ) and 30 underwent abdominal hysterectomy(Group Ⅲ) were compared.The operating time,blood loss,postoperative pain,postoperative morbidity,time to first flatus and emiction were analyzed.Results:The blood loss was in Group I(61.00?21.95)ml,respectively,it was significantly lower than those in the GroupⅡ(121.03?53.61)ml and Group Ⅲ(101.00?21.07) ml(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy is truly a minimally invasive surgery,and was associated with significantly less intraoperative bleeding,shorter hospital stay with less morbidity and shorter convalescence period.This remains the obvious advantages of laparoscopic in comparison with abdominal hysterectomy.

AIM: To study the clinical significance of determining serum anti-endothelial cell antibodies (AECA) and thrombopoietin (TPO) in the differential diagnosis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycols (PEG) on functional constipation in children by Meta-analysis.Methods The Medline,Pubmed,Cochrane database,Embase,VIP database,China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI) and WANFANG MED ONLINE resources were reviewed for the treatment with polyethylene glycols on functional constipation in children from the inception to December 2016 to collect all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or comparative prospective studies.Revman 5.3 software was used to assess risk of bias of the Cochrane Collaboration's tool.A Meta analysis of the therapeutic effect of polyethylene glycols on functional constipation in children was conducted by Stata1 1.0 software.The pooled standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95％ confidence interval (95％ C/) were calculated in order to know the clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycols on functional constipation in children.Results Seven literatures were included in our Meta analysis.There were 662 children were included in this study,and they were divided into PEG treatment group (n=318) and non-PEG treatment group (n=344).The forest plot results of Meta analysis showed that the main effect index weekly stool frequency was significantly higher in PEG treatment group than that of lactulose group,according to the different control measures.The main effect index weekly stool frequency was significantly higher in PEG treatment group than that of non-PEG treatment group,according to the mapping forest chart displayed different clinical effect observation time points.Results from Meta analysis showed that the secondary effect index successful stool consistency improvement was significantly higher in PEG treatment group than that of non-PEG treatment group,according to different observation time points.Conclusion Polyethylene glycols is safe and effective in the treatment of functional constipation in children.

Objective To study the changes in the percentage of CD+4 CD+25 regulatory T (Tr) cells in peripheral blood and deciduas in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) patients, normal non-pregnant and pregnant women respectively. Methods The percentage of CD+4 CD+25 Tr cells in deciduas and peripheral blood from 25 URSA patients, 22 normal non-pregnant (NNP) women, and 34 normal early pregnant (NP) women were measured by double-staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. Results (1) The percentage of CD+4 CDbright25 T cells in peripheral blood in both URSA and NP [ ( 1.55±0.77 ) %, (2. 65±1.10)%, respectively] women were increased significantly than that in NNP women [ (0. 39± 0.14)% P<0.05]. The percentage of CD+4 CDbright25 T cells in peripheral blood in URSA women was significantly lower than that in NP women (P<0.05 ). (2) The percentage of CD+4 CDbright25 T cells in decidua in URSA women was significantly lower than that in NP women [ ( 0. 59±0. 23 ) %, ( 1.24 ± 0. 55)%, respectively, P <0. 01 ]. There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD+4 CDdim25 T cells in decidua between URSA women and NP women [ (4. 23±1.52)%, (3.75±1.88)%, respectively, P>0.05]. (3) The proportion of CD+4 CDbright25/CD+4 cells in deeiduas was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood in NP women [(13. 10±10. 25 ) %, ( 5.59±2.62 ) %, respectively, P < 0. 05 ] . However, a significant difference in the proportion of CD+4 CDbright25/CD+4 between decidua and peripheral blood was not found in URSA patients [ (5. 16±2. 83 ) %, ( 4. 64±2. 07 ) %, respectively, P>0.05)].Conclusions The number of CD+4 CD+25 Tr cells is increased in normal pregnancy and decreased in URSA. Therefore, CD+4 CD+25 Tr cells may play an important role in maintaining maternal-fetal tolerance and may be involved in the pathogenesis of URSA.

Objective To observe the effects of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule on the expressions of the main roles, Rock1 and Rock2, in RhoA/Rock signal transduction pathway in rats with myocardial infarction (MI);To explore the possible mechanism of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule to improve ventricular remodeling in myocardial fibrosis. Methods The MI model was induced by ligation of the left coronary artery. Rats with MI were randomly divided into the model group, Fuzheng Huayu group and Fasudil hydrochloride group. A sham-operation group threading without ligation was setting as a control group, with eight rats in each group. The rats were treated with corresponding medicine for 4 weeks from the second day after modeling. The expression of Rock1, Rock2 and its mRNA were detected by immunohistochemical and real-time PCR method. Results The protein expression of Rock1 and Rock2 in model group were significantly higher than those in the sham-operation group (P<0.05). The protein expression of Rock1 and Rock2 in the Fuzheng Huayu group and Fasudil hydrochloride group were lower than those in the model group. The mRNA expression of Rock2 was significantly higher in the model group than that in the sham-operation group (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of Rock1 in the Fasudil hydrochloride group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of Rock2 in the Fuzheng Huayu group and Fasudil hydrochloride group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu Capsule can decrease the expression of Rock1, Rock2 and Rock2 in the marginal zone of myocardial infarction in rats with MI. The anti ventricular remodeling mechanism of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule maybe related with this.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on serum asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) level of the atherosclerosis rabbits.

METHODTwenty-four male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n = 8) was fed with normal diet; the model group (n = 8) was fed with high fat/high cholesterol diet; and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (n = 8) was fed with high fat/high cholesterol diet and intragastric administrated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 7.10 g x kg(-1) x d(-1). Concentrations of serum total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), serum ADMA and serum nitric oxide (NO) were measured after eight weeks. Rabbits' aorta were made into the pathological section to observe the pathology changes degree and atherosclerotic plaqu mean gray value and plaque area were analyzed by OPTIMAS image analysis system.

RESULT1) Compared with the aortic atherosclerotic plaqu mean gray value of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group 175.56 +/- 12.30, those of the model group 198.91 +/- 5.08 were significant higher (P < 0.01). Significant difference were found between the the aortic atherosclerotic plaque area of the model group (4.80 +/- 0.83) mm2 and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (1.96 +/- 0.48) mm2 (P < 0.01). There were no atherosclerotic plaque in the control group rabbits' aorta. 2) The serum TC (23.42 +/- 7.80) mmol x L(-1), TG (2.37 +/- 0.42) mmol x L(-1) and LDL (17.24 +/- 8.29) mmol x L(-1) of the model group were higher than those of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (P < 0.01); Compared with control group, the serum TC (15.63 +/- 4.12) mmol x L(-1) and LDL (7.64 +/- 2.36) mmol x L(-1) of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group increased significantly, while there were no significant changes between serum TG of control group (1.11 +/- 0.26) mmol x L(-1) and serum TG of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (1.43 +/- 0.34) mmol x L(-1). The serum ADMA of the model group (1.57 +/- 0.17) micromol x L(-1) were higher than those of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (1.01 +/- 0.13) micromol x L(-1) (P < 0.01), while the serum NO of the model group (8.76 +/- 2.42) micromol x L(-1) were significantly lower than those of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group (15.90 +/- 2.38) micromol x L(-1) (P < 0.01). There were no significant difference between the serum ADMA of the control group (0.93 +/- 0.11) micromol x L(-1) and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group. Compared with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group, the serum NO of the control group (17.88 +/- 3.34) micromol x L(-1) have no significant difference. 3) The serum ADMA of all rabbits negatively correlated to the serum NO (r = -0.773), (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONXuefu Zhuyu decoction can decrease the serum ADMA level in atherosclerosis rabbits. The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on anti-atherosclerosis may be related to the decreased serum ADMA level.

Objective: To assess the efficacy and toxicity of decitabine-based conditioning regimen in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) , acute myeloid leukemia secondary to MDS (MDS-AML) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) . Methods: From March 1, 2013 to May 25, 2015, 22 patients who underwent allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) with decitabine-based conditioning regimen were analyzed retrospectively. Results: ①22 patients, 14 males and 8 females with a median age of 42.5 (24-56) years old, were diagnosed as MDS (n=14) , CMML (n=4) , MDS-AML (n=4) . ②15 patients were treated with the conditioning regimen of decitabine combined with busulfan, cyclophosphamide, fludarabine, and cytarabine, the other 7 cases were treated with decitabine, busulfan, fludarabine, and cytarabine. The dose of decitabine was 20 mg·m^-2·d^-1 for 5 days.Rabbit anti-human anti-thymocyte globulin (2.5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 for 4 days) was involved in conditioning regimen in patients with unrelated donor or haploidentical transplantation. ③Except 1 patient died of infection in 2 months after transplantation, the other patients were engrafted successfully. The median time of granulocyte engraftment was 13 (12-18) days, and the median time of platelet engraftment was 16 (13-81) days. ④The incidence of acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) was (41.3±10.6) %, and severe aGVHD (grade of III-IV) was (18.4±9.7) %. The incidence of chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) was (56.4±11.3) %, and extensive cGVHD was (36.4±12.1) %. ⑤8 patients were suffered with cytomegalovirus (CMV) viremia. Among the 18 patients with definitely infection, 6 occurred during myelosuppression and 12 cases occurred after hematopoietic reconstruction. The 2-year and 3-year non-relapse mortality was (13.9±7.4) % and (24.3±9.5) %, respectively. ⑥The 2-year and 3-year overall survival (OS) was (77.3±8.9) % and (67.9±10.0) %, respectively. The 2-year and 3-year relapse-free survival (RFS) was (72.7±9.5) % and (63.6±10.3) %, respectively. Conclusions allo-HSCT with decitabine-based conditioning regimen is feasible in the treatment of MDS, MDS-AML or CMML.
