1.SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID IN MEDICINES AND FOODS BY FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
A sensitive and rapid flow injection analytical method for the determination of ascorbic acid has been developed, based on the reaction between iodine and ascorbic acid(VC) and the reaction between iodine and starch. The linear range of VC is 0-12ppm. Recoveries of 96-110% can be obtained. The method was applied to the determination of VC in medicines and foods with satisfactory results.
2.STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF TRACE MOLYBDENUM BY CATALYTIC FLOW INJECTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
A catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace molybdenum by flow injection analysis has been established, based on the catalytic oxidation of potassium iodide by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of molybedenum (VI) and the iodine produced is coloured with starch. The linear range and detection limit for molybdenum (VI) were 0 to 0.4 ppm and 3.2 ppb. The method has been successfully applied to determine molybdenum in the grain, soil and hair.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):141-143
Objective To observe the effects of compound Danshen dropping pill combined with low frequency pulsed electrical stimulation in rehabilitation period after stroke. Methods 90 stroke patients in recovery period were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low frequency pulsed electrical stimulation while the observation group was additionally given oral compound Danshen dripping pill. The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), extracranial internal carotid artery blood flow velocity(ICAex), microcirculation blood flow perfusion(PU), and the scores of neurological deficit, Fugl-Meyer upper limb fraction(FMA-UE), the motion function status Scale(MSS) and the improved Barther Index(MBI) were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the ESR of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and ICAex and PU were significantly increased(P<0.05).The score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of FMA-MS, MSS and MBI were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pill combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation is an effective treatment after stroke, and can effectively improve intracranial blood perfusion, reduce neurological damage and promote limb function recovery.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(2):164-171
In view of the lack of systemic analysis for stepless transmission using noncircular gears, two basic noncircular gear units, an addition unit adopting differential mechanism and a multiplication unit applying a fixed gear train, are proposed. Then, the design methods of the noncircular gear pair of each unit, transmission ratio relationship, rotation angle relationship and key parameters with specific physical meanings are studied. The adjusting properties, composing strategy and varying range of transmission ratio etc. are investigated in detail for each unit. Following this, several examples of using a noncircular gear pair in the units and their manipulation technique are introduced.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of vascular endothelial grouth factor(VEGF) and Interleukin 1?(IL 1?) in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Methods Serum VEGF and IL 1? levels were determined by ELISA and balanced radioimmunoassay respectively in 16 patients with TIA and 38 patients with cerebral infarction during different phase (in 24 h,at 3 d,7d and 14 d after the onset of disease),and 30 healthy controls were included. Results It was found that the levels of VEGF in patients with infarction were much higher than those with TIA( P 0.05 ).Conclusion VEGF and IL 1? may take part in the pathological process of ischemic brain damage VEGF may serve as a sensitive monitor to estimate the cerebral ischemic degree and clinical prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(2):202-204
A catalytic kinetic photometric method for the determination of nitrite with surfactant sensitizer has been developed. The method is based on the catalysis of NO2- to the discoloring reaction of pyronine B oxidized by potassium bromate in the solution of dilute H3PO4. When cetylpyridine bromide was used as a sensitizer of the reaction, the sensitivity increased by 2.5 times approximately. There was linear relationshop of lg(Ao/A) with nitrite in the range 0.005 ~ 0.15 mg/L. The detection limit was 0.004 mg/L. The method was used in the determination of trace nitrite in water and vegetable samples with satisfactory results.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2017;42(8):979-985
The biological effects mediated by vitamin D and vitamin D receptor (VDR) are involved in the regulation of multiple pathophysiologic processes, including calcium phosphorus metabolism, immune regulation,anti-inflammation,anti-infection and cancer prevention, etc.Autophagy is a eukaryotic cell lysosome-mediated catabolic pathway, which is classified into 3 different types:macroautophagy, microautophagy, and chaperone-mediated autophagy.Since autophagy is vital to maintain energy and metabolism in cells, autophagy dysfunction is closely associated with various pathological processes such as inflammation, infection and tumor.Studies have shown that vitamin D/VDR can affect the different stages of autophagy and regulate inflammation in autophagy. Moreover, vitamin D/VDR and autophagy play an important role in autoimmune disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and other inflammatory diseases.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility of determining the maximum comfortabl level by using the acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold via cochlear implant. METHODS Eleve cases of Nucleus C124 cochlear implant recipients operated in our hospital were selected(8-39 years old, who can decide TIC value by themselves with the postoperative time ranging from device initiation to 1 year after operation),of those four cases were diagnosed as bilateral large vestibular aqueduct syndrome,1 case as common cavity dysplasia,.neural response telemetry of these five patients with inner ear dysplasia were very high or barely measurable.Real-MCL level and acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold under activated condition were measured respectively. The stimulating sound was 110dB of white noise.RESULTS The two group values of ASRT and real-MCL were found to be consistant .There is no significant difference statistically (P>0.05). The thresholds of ASR increase with the increasing of real-MCL at the beginning of device initiation. CONCLUSION The acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold may reflect (ASRT) the maximum comfortable stimulation level under activated conditions in patients with cochlear implants.it is simple, reliable and may be used to determine the MCL of child cochlear implanted patients.
