Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(10):1-3
Objective To search an effective method for the attendance of perineum wound to en-hance the first healing rate of wounds and relieve the pain of puerperas. Methods 120 puerporas with perineum wounds after spontaneous delivery per vagina from January to June ,2005 were selected as the control group, and the observation group were composed of 120 paerperas with perineum wounds after spontaneous delivery per vagina from January to June, 2006. With the complete of wounds suture post par-tum, wounds were swabbed with iodophors only in the control group; in the observation group, after swab-bling with iodophors, wounds were attended with the KunZhiYuFuLing perineal pad for perineum wounds. The time of detumeseence, the degree of pain, the lust healing rate and the time of sutures out were com-pared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, during the 24 hours post par-tum, the number of wounds detumeseenee and the degree of pain in the observation group was beth signifi-cantly reduced. The first healing rate in the observation group was significantly increased than that in the control group. And compared with the control group, the time of suture out in the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter. Conclusions The method with the KunZhiYuFuLing perineal pad for perineum wounds has better effect than traditional methods. It can speed up detumescence, relieve pain effectively, cut down the wounds infection, promote the wounds bealing,,reduce the time of suture out; furthermore it is manufactured easily, used conveniently, and deserve to be generalized in clinic.
2.Application of evidence-based medicine in establishing infection control process in supply room
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(20):6-9
Objective To explore using evidence-based medicine to establish infection control process of hospital supply room. Methods We determined problems in the practice through collecting relevant materials on infection control of hospital supply room. Then we searched the related literatures from the evidencebased medicine(EBM) websites(MEDLINE database, ere) and undertook comprehensive evaluation, established all the infection control processes of hospital supply department by applying a systematic method. Results All the monitoring indexes were compared between the control group and the observation group :disinfection and sterilization of instruments (P<0.01), management of aseptic materials (P<0.05), environmental hygiene monitoring (P<0.05) and handwashing compliance of medical staff met standard requirements(P<0.05).All the items were statistically different between the two groups. Conclusions The method of EBM applied in establishing of infection control process of hospital supply room provides scientific and systematic working method.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE Optimizing the infection control process to prevent the infection in the Operating room.METHODS Based on the operating room materials, the problems were found out then with the help of the comprehensive analysis to get the best evidence, finally use the systemic method to optimize the infection control process in the operating room.RESULTS Optimal process was corresponding to the requirements of National Medical department, and has good maneuverability,so it was easy to carry out for the nurses.Comparing the control group and the observation group,we could found: the monitoring of the cleaning of occult blood on surgical instruments(P
4.Effects of somatostatin in adhesive intestinal obstruction-a meta analysis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(8):160-164
Objective To examine the effect of somatostatin in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction by meta-analysis. Methods Researchers extensively searched CNKI, Wanfang, and Pubmed and included articles which met the inclusion criteria. For each included article, researchers extracted the research methodology and the related indicators including gastrointestinal decompression, abdominal distension time, exhaust time and hospitalization time.We selected fixed effect models or random effect models to combine the effect of each variable according to the heterogeneity test results. Results Somatostatin could significantly reduce the amount of gastrointestinal decompression -213.19 mL/d (-252.97,-173.40), shorten the abdominal distension time-1.42 d( -1.71,-1.14), exhaust time-1.39 d( -1.79,-0.98), and the hospitalization time-3.46 d( -4.10,-2.83).Conclusion Somatostatin is effective in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.

Objective To observe the anti-cancer effect in vitro of Aitongxiao Granules containing serum on SMMC-7721 and Bel-7404 liver cancer cells, thus revealing the anti-cancer mechanism of the treatment in adjusting proliferation and apoptosis. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were administered by gastrogavage Aitongxiao decoction of 86.4, 43.2, 21.6 g/kg twice a day for 1 week. Using serum pharmacologic method, the proliferation of SMMC-7721 and Bel-7404 liver cancer cells were determined by MTT chromatometry after co-cultured with medicated serum containing different concentration of Aitongxiao decoction. The apoptosis of SMMC-7721 and Bel-7404 liver cancer cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results The research in vitro showed that Aitongxiao Granules containing serum low, medium and high dose groups had varying degrees of inhibition on hepatoma cells, and this inhibition showed a concentration dependence within a certain range. Aitongxiao Granules containing serum could induce apoptosis of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells and Bel-7404 cells. Conclusion Aitongxiao Granules showed effect of inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis on SMMC-7721 and Bel-7404 cells in vitro.

Aim To analyze the antibiotic activity and mechanism of a polypyridyl ruthenium complex. Meth-ods The antibacterial activity of [ ( Phen ) 2 Ru ( dp-pz) ] ( PF6 ) 2 was determined by MIC and MBC value. Based on a fluorescent activity of this complex, the flu-orescent emission spectra was used to analyze the com-bination of complex to DNA. Then the competition combination was analyzed between complex and Gold View to DNA. Lastly, gel electrophoresis of DNA was applied to detect the combination situation between complex and DNA. Results This kind of polypyridyl ruthenium complex showed a significant antibacterial activity with a minimum antibacterial conentration of 0. 2~0. 4 g · L-1 . That was caused by the combina-tion and distortion of DNA due to the activity of this complex. Conclusion The antibacterial activity and the mechanism of antibacterial activity about [ ( Phen) 2 Ru( dppz) ] ( PF6 ) 2 are confirmed in this re-search, which provides a good foundation for the devel-opment of such class of compound.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Objective To analyze the determinants of television viewing among people in China, and to provide basic information for developing intervention strategies. Methods The data of 66 601 subjects aged 6 years and over(male 32 254,female 34 347) on television viewing from 2002 China National Nutrition and Health Survey was used. Results The prevalence of watching TV 2h and over among Chinese residents was 60.6%.Female had a decreased likelihood of watching TV 2h and over(adjusted odds ratio,AOR: 0.78).Children aged 13~17 years had a decreased likelihood of watching TV 2 h and over(AOR: 0.71) compared with younger children, however, adults had an increased likelihood(AOR: 1.34 for 18~44 yr,1.16 for 45~59 yr,1.04 for 60 yr and over).Light intense occupations were associated with an increased likelihood of watching TV 2 h and over(AOR: 7.18).Higher family income had an increased likelihood of watching TV 2 h and over(AOR: 1.12,1.07).Highest education level was associated with a decreased likelihood of watching TV 2h and over(AOR: 0.91).Engaging in exercise was associated with a decreased likelihood of watching TV 2h and over(AOR: 0.74).Conclusion Age,gender, socioeconomic status and exercise can influence the time spending on TV among Chinese residents.
